My C No is [protected] for medicines to be delivered to Bhiwadi, Rajasthan, Pin code 301019 . The package had reached Bilaspur in Haryana from Delhi to be further shipped to Bhiwadi but it has been sent to Thane, Maharashtra . Are the handlers there illiterate or just careless ? As this is medicine it's delay s harmful to my health but Delhivery just says expect delay !! if this is the service they provide and get aay scot free something needs to be done .

      I had booked a parcel on 21st July for Name : Hero, New hind automobile Purina 854301 address and the merchant had provided me a LRN No :[protected] but the merchant had been pasted a wrong label on my parcel having address of Kerala LRN No :[protected]. Due to this mistakes of merchant, my parcel has been reached in Kerala .I was connect with kerala merchant and explain the issue after found his contact no on hard working on google and with the help of Delhi merchant. But the Kerala merchant has not update the label in my parcel and that parcel is in Kerala from last 7 days. I am also attempt to contact with customer service on email and contact no. which is mentioned on the website but no one respond on that. My merchant (Delhi) has also send an email to delivery team but his team was not respond frequently as he said.
      Finally I would like to say that please update purnia 854301 address on my parcel LRN no :[protected] as per my merchant email received and deliver that parcel in Purnia address immediately.

          I have send a shipment to my hometown with delhivery. on there website the order shows delivered but it never reached at my home. I tried contacting them using twitter but not response there. They don’t have customer helpline also. I am feeling so frustrated and cheated

            I work for ap vigilance department. I usually use the indian post for courier service. For the first I have tried delhivery courier service. The package was picked up 3 days since then the package is struck at mantada facility. My superiors are puting pressure one me as matters in issue requires courier to be delivered in time. I am begining to think contents in package was stolen, if so, it will have dire consequence on job. My tracking id AWB[protected]. PLEASE LOOK INTO MATTER AS IT EFFETS MY LIVELY HOOD

              The delivery boy asked for the OTP code but at that time the code could not be provided and so we asked him to come later. He said he will come the next day but he never came now we don’t have the option of contacting him and the product has been marked as delivered. It was the headphone and the order number is AWB[protected]. Ordered through Nykaa fashion

                  Delivery is getting delayed for a week and there is no communication regarding that why its is getting delayed. What they are doing is that they are rescheduling delivery date every date.
                  If they can provide any kind of communication to the customer that would be very helpful but still there is no good customer care service. There customer care will be busy every single time. If they are not able to handle logistics they should close the company and sit down at home.

                    There is a Return Pick-up of a watch from Zara Clothing Brand and they schedule a return pick up with thier collaborating courier company which is delhivery .the pick up was scheduled on 25th july 2022 and took place on the same date which is 25th july 2022 morning . the delivery patner checked the product and initiate the return process but somehow the the product returned by the courier to Zara Clothing Brand was a wrong product as per the Zara and they refused to initiate the refund for the same

                        I ordered a product on cod through ajio. On July 9, 2022 my orderd had arrived through delhivery and I hade paid through qr code and then on my phone it showed successful and money was deducted but on delivery boys phone it showed unsuccessful . And then I got a message saying 'opps! Payment attempted through Qr code for AWB(******) failed any amount if debited from your account will get refunded within 4-7 business days - Delhivery'' then I asked delivery boy that I'll buy the product when I get the refund (because I wasn't sure of paying twice) and I been waiting it's been more than 20 days and there is no sign of any refund. Please help me out.

                              Tracking ID [protected]. It has been ten days since the first expected date of delivery. I have tried multiple times to email your customer representatives to no response. The tracker always updates at the end of the day to show that it will be delivered tomorrow. It never gets delivered.

                              I want you to tell me which warehouse/ office my things are in and give me the contact number of the person there. I will go collect them immediately.

                                  The seller from Fashion Villa has sent my prepaid courrier via Delhivery on 14 th July from Surat. He sent a photo of the package with the tracking number to me. I have been tracking the courrier ever since. And finally on 20 th July the tracking showed 'out for delivery'. So we have been waiting for calls and SMS from them. But that day courrier didn't come. In the evening when I checked tracking it showed Out for delivery on 21 St July. So Again I waited and waited on 21 St july. And there was no sms or phone call and no one came to deliver and In the evening when I checked tracking, it's shown as 'Delivered '. It was shocking.
                                  And when I tried to call to call someone there is no helpline or customer care number. All we can do is raise an enquiry with that company. And the seller has raised an enquiry. But they haven't contacted even now. There is absolutely no way to reach anyone. It's 28 th July today. It's been way too many days and I have no idea about the whereabouts of the courrier. Kindly help me. I have spent so much time, effort and money behind this.

And total amount is Rs 435 when I gave them money to your delivery boy and they told me your company does not take coins Indian currency coins 1, 2, 5 rupee coins so can you tell me that why your company don’t take Indian coins and i am only gave to her 35 rs change and 200 rupees two notes.
