I ordered tata1mg product. delivery boy Ne order lete Samay natak Kiya aur paise Bhi Jyada mang raha tha aur mein handicap hu tobhi usne parking Mein Bulaya aur Mujhe Mera parcel Ghar Tak bhi nahin pahunchaya isiliye Mein Uske bare mein complaint karna chahti hun.

        I have order a product form an Instrgram page which was shipped through Delhivery on 20th July 2022 with Tracking ID [protected].

        The Product was to be delivered by 25th July, 2022. Upon raising an issue i got a customary email from delhivery customer care saying sorry for the delay.

        Nothing happened after that till date and my package is not yet delivered. none of my concerns are being answered by the Delhivery Customer Care.

        The tracking details are being updated saying that there will delay due to bad weather conditions. I really dont understand what bad weather is existing in my area.

        The customer care is the worst and we cannot reach to them through other means except for raising an issue on their website which will never be addressed.

        Help me to get the package delivered or get me refund of the original amount plus compensation for handling the issue in the worst way possible.

            On delivery, the delivery agent asked for OTP but we didnt get any OTP so he asked for ID proof to confirm, we gave aadhar card and he took photocopy of it and gave the package

            Is this the perferred way - to take photocopy and how to make sure that the data is safe with them?

              The people responsible for handling the delivery misbehaved with me. They yelled and threatened me on call. I had requested for a specific time slot for delivery which I had selected according to delhivery website regulations.. But three times they denied my request.They kept roaming around with the product in their vehiclefor 5 DAYS. In fact, the representative handling the delivery even YELLED and THREATENED saying if we do not take delivery according to THEIR convenience, they will send it back. During delivery, the person shoved the product in my house without handling properly.

                I used Delhivery services to ship my parcel. I shipped the courier on 12th July it failed to deliver the courier till today (3 August 2022). Delhivery courier has damaged my parcel. it is possibly due to rat infestation at their warehouse because rat bites can be seen on parcels packaging. I demand refund for payment done to avail their services. I demand compensation for the good which are damaged and not delivered to me yet.

                  Package with AWB no[protected] is showing to be delivered on 21st July through courier service delhivery. Customer send a message that he has not received product, neither any call. Complain was registerd to delhivery by both seller and customer to provide proof of delivery. They send a mail that they are tracking. 9 days have passed there is no details or proof of delivery and now even mail is not replied.

                    Happened on 20th July, 2022

                    Delivery agent - [protected] stole the package himself and updated in the evening on the courier tracking that i denied pickup, now I'm stuck struggling to get refund as both the delhivery and shoppersstop are denying the same.

                    The delhivery agent also knew that i had two shoes for return which he shouldn't, and now it has been ten days and no update has been given

                      The amount has been debited via UPI(PhonePe) Transaction Id T2207281954286160065037
                      and PayU has also confirmed the payment PayU ID is [protected], but the AWB was not generated and the payment status shows pending, kindly refund the amount for the same, and I have tweeted and DM them but getting no response, no way to contact them via email and or call, have registered the complaint for the same in consumer forum also .

                          Oops! Payment attempted through payment link for AWB [protected] failed. Any amount if debited from your account will get refunded within 4-7 business days - Delhivery
                          The above mentioned message send me by delhivery but my debit amount is not refund till date. My debit amount is 1211/- as on 20 July 22.

Next day mujhe delhivery se ek text messages mila ki apka debit amount 4-7 day me refund ho jayega but till date tak refund nhi huya. amount 20 July 22 ko debit huya tha.

                                My C No is [protected] for medicines to be delivered to Bhiwadi, Rajasthan, Pin code 301019 . The package had reached Bilaspur in Haryana from Delhi to be further shipped to Bhiwadi but it has been sent to Thane, Maharashtra . Are the handlers there illiterate or just careless ? As this is medicine it's delay s harmful to my health but Delhivery just says expect delay !! if this is the service they provide and get aay scot free something needs to be done .

                                    I had booked a parcel on 21st July for Name : Hero, New hind automobile Purina 854301 address and the merchant had provided me a LRN No :[protected] but the merchant had been pasted a wrong label on my parcel having address of Kerala LRN No :[protected]. Due to this mistakes of merchant, my parcel has been reached in Kerala .I was connect with kerala merchant and explain the issue after found his contact no on hard working on google and with the help of Delhi merchant. But the Kerala merchant has not update the label in my parcel and that parcel is in Kerala from last 7 days. I am also attempt to contact with customer service on email and contact no. which is mentioned on the website but no one respond on that. My merchant (Delhi) has also send an email to delivery team but his team was not respond frequently as he said.
                                    Finally I would like to say that please update purnia 854301 address on my parcel LRN no :[protected] as per my merchant email received and deliver that parcel in Purnia address immediately.
