Shipment awb [protected] was picked up from Agartala on 15th of June, 22 and since then more than 34 days have passed by but till now the samples have not reached yet to consignee address which is in Gurgaon. Firstly i could understand due to Assam floods it was stuck in transit for more than 15 days. But after that the shipment moved from the location to Kolkata and then it was sent back to Origin. And they sends me daily reminder for payment which I already paid but the shipment was sent to Origin and yet there is no whereabouts since last 2 days as where the shipment is and delhivery support also doesn't respond to any mail or messages. Whenever i create a ticket in support, they just simply replies with a quote "Your issue has been resolved which is why we are closing your ticket".

Please help me to take necessary action against these people as they lost my 40k to 50k valued items meant for my clients!

I have ordered a mobile phone from samsung.com and it uses delhivery as the courier service.Its been 9 days since i have delivered my ordered and there is no contact info or anything so that i can contact and make sure that where is my order .Ineed my order as early as possible as it is urgent but it is showing in transit since 8 days, and also increasing the delivery date day by day.

Not just the delivery is delayed, the customer care number are unavailable!!

My company initiated an mmt request for the pick up of laptop. I got the msg for pickup on July 13th and after few hours without asking for my permission he cancelled the pickup. When I called him and asked he said sry and he'll reschedule the pick up request. It's been 4 days and there is no update. And the tracking is updated as the pick up was cancelled by me. PLEASE RESOLVE THIS AS SOON AS POSSIBLE AS MY PICK UP SHOULD BE DONE 2 DAYS BACK, BUT THE ITEM IS NOT EVEN ACTIONED YET.

I have ordered a shirt on[protected] on Ajio app.Few days later i have been informed that my order was cancelled for some unknown reasons and the shipment was processed back to the warehouse.Today[protected]All of a sudden i got a call from the delhivery courier partner telling me that i have an order to take.So i took it by paying the money through COD.Finding out that it was the shirt which has got cancelled for some unknown reasons i tried to return the order but i could not find any order details related to the delivered item.Please help me.

My luggage which was expected to be delivered on 15th july has not been delivered yet. The delivery person is refusing to deliver and is not answering the call now. It has important items like my origin al documents

We courier printer using delhivery direct and amount was paid upfront. The item received at the destination was a book. we filed and raised complaint with Delhivery. After couple of assurance emails that complaint will be looked into, there has been no update. They stopped replyign to email and providing any update on the item.

I am tired of delay in delivery by Delhivery they are increasing the delivery time everyday by one day and the reason for delay is rain according to them though I have received two more deliveries after this order from Ekart Logistics is it raining only on delhivery personnel. And also I asked them for their office address so that I can go and collect my package but no response to that as well.

I am unable to track my order, seller once send order it was return as I could not track it and there was no call from delhivery team why it returned..no attempt made for delivery.

Now seller has sent parcel again but still i couldn't track it.

If a product is out for delivery it means you will receive it on same day on which day the status shows out for delivery but this ### site is showing my product out for delivery from 3 days and still it didn't delivered. I am unable to understand how a product can take 3 days to be delivered into the city if the product is already at centre of that city. When will i receive my product 😠😠

I had booked a courier from Udaipur to be delivered at my home in Guwahati on 1st July 2022 and was supposed to be delivered on 9th July 2022. I had my college formals and few gifts in the package for my family. When we enquired about the same on 11th July 2022 with Delhivery, they informed it has been misplaced (even when the courier had been scanned in Guwahati on 9th July 2022). Filing complaint has not helped and its a mental torture. Such is sheer negligence when in this time of digitization locating a courier box even after a week is not possible.

My percel not delivered yet. Estimated date changing again and again. No update since 11 July. No help from Customer Care. If I miss the warranty of the product, Delhivery will be responsible.

My package was to be delivered on 12th but it reached the final destination on 13th. Today is the 16th & till date my package has not been delivered. I placed multiple requests as I have an emergency situation and want that package delivered immediately. There was no response from the team. They're sitting ducks keeping my package at the location and not delivering.

[protected] tracking id.. reached Hyderabad office on July 1st. Initial date of delivery is 7th July and from then every single day, the estimated delivery date gets updated.

Similar case with another package too!

I had requested for a courier to be shipped from Gurgaon to Delhi on 7th July. Estimated delivery date was 9th July but it was not delivered on time so I had to cancel my request. The package has not been returned yet. It has some important documents which I need on an urgent basis and there is no response from Delhivery team.

Please provide information about my package that was supposed to be delivered on 9th June 2022. Every day it shows delayed and the date of delivery gets pushed for no reason.

There are two packages that I am awaiting (Tracking Ids:[protected] and[protected].

Please get these delivered as soon as possible!
