No refund received for cancelled shipment

I booked a shipment pick up from my home and the pick up was delayed for 3 days which prompted me to cancel the pick upon Dec 10 2021, AWB[protected], they status shows cancelled and refund has been initiated but I never received my refund. One of the worst Logistic service company, they don't even have a customer support system...

I Have sent two parcels via delhivery please have a look at the screenshot. It has been more than 15 days that the parcels were picked up from my residence. Everyday, when I check the Delhivery app, the estimated delivery date gets shifted to the next day. There’s absolutely no way of communicating with the Delhivery team and they don’t reply to the emails either. The chat support system is a joke and doesn’t even solve the query and marks it as resolved. I am afraid they have lost both my parcels as when I try to cancel these two deliveries in the hopes of getting my parcels back, it says that the order has not been picked up yet. Please help!

      The parcel was dispatched on June 24 2022 from Mumbai. The delivery guy called me for OTP (as I didn't have client's contact) on 27th June 2022 and reassured me that he delivered the parcel at client's address. (in Kerala) But my client mentioned that he didn't receive the parcel. It's been more than 22 days. The parcel has been misplaced, the delivery agent delivered it to the wrong address I suppose. AWB #[protected] I contacted the franchise they also mentioned that it has been delivered to the given address but my client didn't receive the parcel. The parcel is very precious for me. Request you to look into the matter as soon as possible.

              The delivery is showing non delivered
              As I prefer my product on 3 Rd of July and now it has been 19 th of July. The website was showing that my product would be delivered on 16th of July but it has been take more that 15 days just to deliver jewellery item...
              Please deliver my product as soon as possible...

                This is probably the worst courier service in India and yet many reputation brands still seem to partner with then because .. you guessed it.. they are CHEAP
                They seem to do straight up fraud. False delivery updates, if they get a big item they want to deliver, they just straight up put false scans like incomplete address or delivery attempt failed. They are extremely slow. They seems to have incompetent service team/customer support. Magically 15 days late your package seems to arrive at the "incomplete" address without any issue. And products received damaged but they claim they got it that way. The WORST delivery service in India. Period.

                      I have ordered items from nykaa and delhivery boy has delivered that parcel to wrong address and also when I searched the number of the person to whom it get delivered they denied and told that courier person asked otp on phone and mark it as deliver and cut the phone. I wanted my parcel as it’s very costly and urgent.                           Shipment awb [protected] was picked up from Agartala on 15th of June, 22 and since then more than 34 days have passed by but till now the samples have not reached yet to consignee address which is in Gurgaon. Firstly i could understand due to Assam floods it was stuck in transit for more than 15 days. But after that the shipment moved from the location to Kolkata and then it was sent back to Origin. And they sends me daily reminder for payment which I already paid but the shipment was sent to Origin and yet there is no whereabouts since last 2 days as where the shipment is and delhivery support also doesn't respond to any mail or messages. Whenever i create a ticket in support, they just simply replies with a quote "Your issue has been resolved which is why we are closing your ticket".

                          Please help me to take necessary action against these people as they lost my 40k to 50k valued items meant for my clients!

                                  My company initiated an mmt request for the pick up of laptop. I got the msg for pickup on July 13th and after few hours without asking for my permission he cancelled the pickup. When I called him and asked he said sry and he'll reschedule the pick up request. It's been 4 days and there is no update. And the tracking is updated as the pick up was cancelled by me. PLEASE RESOLVE THIS AS SOON AS POSSIBLE AS MY PICK UP SHOULD BE DONE 2 DAYS BACK, BUT THE ITEM IS NOT EVEN ACTIONED YET.

                                    I have ordered a shirt on[protected] on Ajio app.Few days later i have been informed that my order was cancelled for some unknown reasons and the shipment was processed back to the warehouse.Today[protected]All of a sudden i got a call from the delhivery courier partner telling me that i have an order to take.So i took it by paying the money through COD.Finding out that it was the shirt which has got cancelled for some unknown reasons i tried to return the order but i could not find any order details related to the delivered item.Please help me.
