I am unable to track my order, seller once send order it was return as I could not track it and there was no call from delhivery team why it returned..no attempt made for delivery.

Now seller has sent parcel again but still i couldn't track it.

If a product is out for delivery it means you will receive it on same day on which day the status shows out for delivery but this ### site is showing my product out for delivery from 3 days and still it didn't delivered. I am unable to understand how a product can take 3 days to be delivered into the city if the product is already at centre of that city. When will i receive my product 😠😠

I had booked a courier from Udaipur to be delivered at my home in Guwahati on 1st July 2022 and was supposed to be delivered on 9th July 2022. I had my college formals and few gifts in the package for my family. When we enquired about the same on 11th July 2022 with Delhivery, they informed it has been misplaced (even when the courier had been scanned in Guwahati on 9th July 2022). Filing complaint has not helped and its a mental torture. Such is sheer negligence when in this time of digitization locating a courier box even after a week is not possible.

I ordered an iphone which was delivered to me today and after contacting to the concerned they said that we are raising a email for pickup, and delhivery is an partner with those seller, and the ammount was nearly 19000 in COD ..I didn't getting any response from the seller . My percel not delivered yet. Estimated date changing again and again. No update since 11 July. No help from Customer Care. If I miss the warranty of the product, Delhivery will be responsible.

My package was to be delivered on 12th but it reached the final destination on 13th. Today is the 16th & till date my package has not been delivered. I placed multiple requests as I have an emergency situation and want that package delivered immediately. There was no response from the team. They're sitting ducks keeping my package at the location and not delivering.

I had requested for a courier to be shipped from Gurgaon to Delhi on 7th July. Estimated delivery date was 9th July but it was not delivered on time so I had to cancel my request. The package has not been returned yet. It has some important documents which I need on an urgent basis and there is no response from Delhivery team.

Please provide information about my package that was supposed to be delivered on 9th June 2022. Every day it shows delayed and the date of delivery gets pushed for no reason.

There are two packages that I am awaiting (Tracking Ids:[protected] and[protected].

Please get these delivered as soon as possible!

I have ordered some medicine and on the Apollo 247 pharmacy app and on today I received some calls from courier delivery boy and when I asked for home delivery first he refused by saying that i have to go to his given address and take the courier myself, and when I asked him that for home delivery he started missbehaving and continuously abused me wrong words again and again then, when I dropped the call, he was aggressively abusing on call and continuously making calls to me.
And this is really a very bad thing I heard by the courier delivery man. I want you to take this matter seriously and do some very strick action to teach him to his words .
I have placed more than 20+ order of medicine from you & many a sites and apps but this type of humilation never felt the abusal by courier man. I have 2 old aged parents in home far away at my home town for them I have to order medicine online, if this type of things happens to me how could I trust any and place order .

IT'S NOW YOUR DUTY TO TAKE CARE THIS MATTER SERIOUSLY AND STRICT ACTION ON THE DELIVERY BOY.

I booked a parcel one month ago. But, till now i haven't received any update about it's whereabouts. They are not even giving any proper reply after raising a ticket. I have never faced such disappointing service.

[protected] This is my tracking id. I placed an order from zara on 6th of july and it reached the location on 9th of June. It’s a prepaid parcel of₹5200. It’s in the city since 5 days and they are not delivering the parcel. It’s the worst and pathetic courier service. Even after raising multiple queries they don’t reply. No calls nothing. Don’t know where to contact. They are frauds and thieves. Have read multiple complaints against them. Strict action should be taken. Arrest ceo too for such a fraud company.

I received a package on 11th of july, i received a wrong box with my AWB number stuck on it. The box is not mine. They exchanged my package with someone else. My package had to and from addresses written on it. It had name and phone numbers as well. I have been mailing them since yesterday but no proper response. They asked me for a picture of my package, i didnt click a picture before sending. Why should i? I sent them a picture of the wrong package that i recieved. I requested a call from them.. but I didn’t get any response. Kindly look into this matter.

I made a new order on Delhivery Direct website.
After entering all details I choose payment method as Paytm UPI.
I paid but it is not reflected on their website.
Money is deducted but payment status is pending on their website.\
