My courier with tracking ID[protected],[protected]
Why is it taking so long to deliver, as the ETD was 4th July, and it's stuck at the same place from last 8 days, I also visited the warehouse on 6th and 8th July, but they don't even talk to us, the warehouse manager Krishnan Majumdar (Cnt - [protected]) is so rude, he don't even pickup the calls and has also blocked me on whatsapp.
There isn't any toll free number of Delhivery and also I did filed online complain on delhivery website 5 days ago with ticket id 42106946, still didn't got any reply, also have mailed at customer.[protected]@delhivery.com, it was also of no help
please help me in getting my courier

    Unfortunately, I didn't know that Delhivery is not capable of transporting fragile products like refrigerators. Refrigerator was forcefully fitted in a small vehicle and has been carried, loaded and unloaded like a rice bag by a single manpower. While receiving the parcel there was only one person to unload from the vehicle and then to carry, infact driver was also not willing to help. Refrigerator is damaged and not even working,
    Finally, my Freezer was damaged and destroyed by Delhivery worth Rs 40000/-

      My order was not delivered by your delivery partner after OTP confirmation by phone call.Followong OTP confirmation by call he stole the product and didn't deliver it. The contact number of delivery partner is [protected]. The shipment no. Is[protected]. Please reply.

        I am a seller on Meesho dealing in men's garments. Delhivery is one of the courier partners that picks the product from my address and delivers it to the customer. Sometimes the customers cancels the product even before the product reaches the customer, thus creating a courier return. The delhivery executives do a fraud and they take out the product and insert garbage into the packet before returning to me. This is leading to a loss for me.

          My product was to he delivered by 07.07.2022. It reached near hub which is around 8 k.m from my location, still they have not delivered it, they have promised to deliver it by 8 july failing which, they will deliver it on in the next morning ie. 9th of July, they haven't delivered it in 9th and have again postponed it for 10th of july, the delivery faculty is not responding to phone call and is just giving fake assurance, I had urgent need of my product and now I have to invest Rs.18000 as a substitute of my product

              My package from Mumbai arrived Hyderabad on the 30th of May. Delivery was scheduled for 2nd June. I still haven't recieved my package. This is beyond rediculous. I had sent the Delhivery customer care several complains regarding this issue yet I haven't heard from them even once.
              This is a very important parcel and I need it at the earliest.

                Booked a courier for Mumbai KPMG office on 17th June 2022, AWB no[protected]. The office has been on that location for 10plus years. They kept showing status delivery failed as assignee did not pick verification call. I raised 10-12 queries via their website as there is no number to call customer care, to deliver the package on the office reception. I also gave two alternative numbers of the reception of the office. I even selected an option to drop at a neighbour and mentioned please hand it to the security guard or receptionist. I even got email confirmation that my queries have been noted by Akshay Trehan who replied to emails after every four to five days but this delivery failure continued for 20/25 days and package was returned to me on 8 July 2022. The package was torn from three sides and all documents had multiple fold marks and these were legal documents and applications. Over and above they just kept the 110 INR fees when there was absolutely no reason to not deliver to a well known office which is there for 10 plus years.
                In the last 20 years this the first experience of a courier company making fake attempts.

                Please help me escalate this rude behaviour and get me my charges back plus damages cost for my original documents.

                  I ordered a product on COD through ajio . On Thursday (june30, 2022) my order had arrived by delhivery and i had paid through qr code and then
                  On my phone it showed succesful and money was deducted but on the delivery boys phone it showed unsuccessful. And then i got a message saying "Oops! Payment attempted through QR code for AWB(protected) failed. Any amount if debited from your account will get refunded within 4-7 business days - Delhivery" then i asked the delivery boy that ill buy the product when i get the refund ( because i wasn't sure of paying twice) and I've been waiting it's been 8 days already. No sign of any refund pliz help me put.

                      My consignment parcel, tracking is/AWB[protected], is lost by DELHIVERY courier service, I am not getting any appropriate support from the DELHIVERY courier service.

                        I transported my bike ktm rc 200 from my hometown hazaribagh to banglore through delhivery transport service whose AWB NO IS[protected]. When i recieved my bike in banglore, my bike was heavily damaged in transit. Left handle bar is bend, gear shaft and gear lever is broken, engine oil leaked completely, clutch lever is broken, left sife front hold step assembly is broken, side satnd is broken. All the damage is on left side of the bike.I have raised complaint through email but i am not getting any positive response from the team. It is more than 72 hrs since my bike is delivered and no action is taken from delhivery team. I am requestfor getting compensation for repairing my damaged bike

                            There were two products in transit one was only delivered the other which is a monitor, costing me 24000 which is my organization one i was to be returned them and this delhivery people have stolen my product and not yet resolving or claiming my insurance amout. This is not getting resolved and ignoring my mails not giving me a agent to talk.

                                Hi Team
                                I have tried connecting with Delhivery over website as well as through email but no luck .
                                AWB[protected]
                                My company is unable to track this AWB and this courier contains very important papers and this courier have not been delivered yet .
                                This is urgently required .
                                When I am trying to track this AWB it is not giving any result, as well when i am fetching any of my older orders from website it is not reflecting any data

                                  Sir,

                                  My name is Jawaaz Ahmad. I had booked an article on 23rd of June 2022 at the Srinagar office. The article reached the Hyderabad office on 1st July as per the tracking details and the estimated delivery date was also 1st July 2022. But, till date, delhivery office at Hyderabad has never attempted to deliver my package to the customer. The delivery PIN code is: 500077

                                  TRACKING ID[protected]

                                  I had also complained about it via email but I don't get any good response.

                                  I have not received any solution so far for my package.

                                  Please give me the exact reason why the delivery of my package is being delayed.

                                  The delivery is already running late by 5 days.

                                  Please escalate this issue to your superiors otherwise I will file a complaint in consumer civil court.

                                  Also, forward me the detailed tracking details as well as contact number of the delivery office.

                                    I send my package almost 2 weeks before but it always showing it in transit, Neither these people have any phone number, and when I am emailing them I am getting same automated reply, at the end where is my package ?
                                    Why they are not clearly telling me,
                                    and some one called me and said I am from delivery courier service, I need to do 2-3 rs payment on google pay or Paytm or any bank service.

                                      I ordered an item from Amazon that was supposed to be delivered by Delhivery. Delhivery claimed that they tried to deliver the package twice but nobody was at home. However, I was at home on both days that they claimed they tried to deliver the package. I then called a customer service no. for Delhivery and my call was answered by an agent, Manish Kumar (likely not his real name) with mobile no.[protected]. He said that I hadn't put a landmark in the address and that it would cost Rs. 3 for delivering the package. He proceeded to ask for my bank details and induced me to install a phishing app that stole my bank information. I know doing this was incredibly stupid; I don't know what I was thinking. Before I realized that I had been scammed and locked my accounts, he stole Rs. 40000.
