I ordered a product on cod through ajio. On July 9, 2022 my orderd had arrived through delhivery and I hade paid through qr code and then on my phone it showed successful and money was deducted but on delivery boys phone it showed unsuccessful . And then I got a message saying 'opps! Payment attempted through Qr code for AWB(******) failed any amount if debited from your account will get refunded within 4-7 business days - Delhivery'' then I asked delivery boy that I'll buy the product when I get the refund (because I wasn't sure of paying twice) and I been waiting it's been more than 20 days and there is no sign of any refund. Please help me out.

Sir/Mam, Kindly Speed up My Order ( AWB NUMBER : [protected] ) and Deliver it to me as soon as Possible and also Kindly Update the Status of my shipment .

It's been a week now that the package has been sitting in the Bangalore warehouse. Please get it delivered today. Also, please if you guys can't deliver I'll make some arrangements and pick up the package from the warehouse.

Tracking ID [protected]. It has been ten days since the first expected date of delivery. I have tried multiple times to email your customer representatives to no response. The tracker always updates at the end of the day to show that it will be delivered tomorrow. It never gets delivered.

I want you to tell me which warehouse/ office my things are in and give me the contact number of the person there. I will go collect them immediately.

80% items stolen in parcel. Personal valuable items which were irreplaceable. This theft is unbelievable. By such a big company.

The seller from Fashion Villa has sent my prepaid courrier via Delhivery on 14 th July from Surat. He sent a photo of the package with the tracking number to me. I have been tracking the courrier ever since. And finally on 20 th July the tracking showed 'out for delivery'. So we have been waiting for calls and SMS from them. But that day courrier didn't come. In the evening when I checked tracking it showed Out for delivery on 21 St July. So Again I waited and waited on 21 St july. And there was no sms or phone call and no one came to deliver and In the evening when I checked tracking, it's shown as 'Delivered '. It was shocking.
And when I tried to call to call someone there is no helpline or customer care number. All we can do is raise an enquiry with that company. And the seller has raised an enquiry. But they haven't contacted even now. There is absolutely no way to reach anyone. It's 28 th July today. It's been way too many days and I have no idea about the whereabouts of the courrier. Kindly help me. I have spent so much time, effort and money behind this.

Respected Sir/Madam, In churachandpur manipur one of your delivery boy always asking about money for delivery package, why? When i bought the product in the apps there is already delivered charge and why did he always ask money plz look after this matter because xpress bess ecom express delivery boy they don't ask.. only ekart delhivery delivery boy is asking

And total amount is Rs 435 when I gave them money to your delivery boy and they told me your company does not take coins Indian currency coins 1, 2, 5 rupee coins so can you tell me that why your company don’t take Indian coins and i am only gave to her 35 rs change and 200 rupees two notes. I ordered samsung refrigerator from samsung shop online app, my order was supposed to be delivered by Monday by Delhivery, but it's still not delivered since 3 days

Pickup pending after 5 to 6 days regularly

Even though the consignee hasn't yet received the package, the Delhivery app shows that it was delivered on July 21. I've tried all of the Delhivery support's phone numbers, but none of them work. I also attempted to submit a support request using the app, but it marked the issue as resolved without resolving it. My parcel needed to be delivered on July 21 since it was crucial. I used this service just once, and that was it. Pathetic.

The parcel was dispatched on June 24 2022 from Mumbai.
It was marked delivered on 27th June 2022 on the website but it wasn't delivered at the given address .i.e. in Kerala.
It's been more than 30 days since the courier got misplaced.

Expecting my courier to be tracked down and deliver it to the given address as soon as possible.

My luggage was send through delhivery from Raiganj, west Bengal. The item is still at delhivery bilaspur hr warehouse since last so many days. There are important items in the luggage. I want to get it delivered right away

My package is in Bangalore since 21st July and it is not being delivered. No one is responding to any query or call.
It was an urgent package and now it seems they have misplaced it.

My package (containing my apparels and some electronic items) was shipped with Delhivery from Gurgaon on 13th July. On 21st July, I received a package but this was the wrong package. It belonged to someone else. The Delhivery person took back the incorrect package and assured that I would receive my package the same day. However, I still have not received my package. I have emailed them multiple times, tweeted as well but no response at all. Their website says delivery delayed due to incomplete address, then how come they came with the package (although someone else’s) to my address on 21st July!
The website just keeps shifting the estimated delivery date but one day everyday

I was supposed to receive two of my shipments, one dated 22nd and one dated 24th. All of a sudden they were rescheduled (although they are sitting at Navi Mumbai Hub for two days).

I tried to log tickets in the shipment section, but there is a response to tickets/comments.

On 21st July I booked a surface shipment on Delhivery from Bengaluru (247667) to IIT Roorkee (247667) on Delhivery app and paid ₹180.8 for the same using Paytm UPI with UPI ref no.[protected]. But I received no confirmation from Delhivery in any way. I can't even complain on their website because they require a tracking number to register any complaint, which they did not give me. I contacted their twitter support account (@help_delhivery) and they asked me for more details but after sending it they started ignoring me.

My parcel was supposed to be delivered by 21st of july in bareilly...it had arrived in bareilly on 22nd but did not deliver...my parcel then left from bareilly to moradabad on 23rd and now has no trace of it.

I have shipped a courier via Delhivery to Ajio. AWB No. :[protected]. Its estimated delivery date was 20th July but till date its not delivered. And even after giving all required details they are not delivering it and also customer care not giving proper response. While tracking in their app, daily they change its estimated delivery date It is requested to deliver the product. My contact No. is [protected]

On 23rd of july a delivery person from delhivery courier came to pickup my return parcel. As he has already picked up the parcel but it is showing pickup pending. I was told that the matter will be resolved in 24 hours but no progress has been made. I am utterly disappointed with delhivery courier as they have lost my return parcel and now i am not getting my refund. There is no way to contact delhivery and they are not responding my emails.
