My shipment with AWB number:[protected] is missing in transit and the company is not even responding to any of my complaints on any of the emails or calls. The company has just kept on increasing the delivery date by more than expected time now.

Order Pick Up done on 20 June, today is 29 June.
Still no update on delivery date.
It is showing in transit from last 8 Days.
No customer support provided.

Courier has been not delivered since 15 days passed.
It is showing in cancelled state.

I have got Delhivery scheduled to pickup my courier from Hyderabad to Kakinada on 24th June, 2022. It was supposed to reach Kakinada on 27, which I was still fine even though it usually takes just a night’s travel. It reached Rajahmundry, a nearby city 60kms away, on 25th. And it still hasn’t reached Kakinada on 28th of June. I suprised parcel from hyd to Rajahmundry took only 9hours but Rajahmundry to Kakinada still they taken more then 4days.

The estimated delivery for my earbuds is 27th, till now it is showing In Transit - On hold. Destination unable to receive.
Plz let me know when r u going to deliver

It’s been a month for this shipment first they shown it’s misrouted and reached kanpur rather then aizwal because they misplaced it.Then they had done rto without giving a legit reason because they don’t have the shipment and just updating status.Now after a month still showing delay in rto due to natural disaster and doesn’t have specific answer because they lost it.See in the mails screenshot uploaded how they mentally torture there clients and stole there hard earned money

I order two refrigerators from Samsung, they both were damaged on arrival, and guess who is the delivery partner.

Then I raised a request to return the same, and delivery[protected], are showing out for pickup for last 3 days, but no one came. I called the assigned agent, he said he do not have a big loader, so he couldn't come.

I had ordered a Nike Shoe from the official Nike store. It was shipped from Singapore and post customs clearance, Delhivery was responsible for delivering the shipment. However, they never CONTACTed me even once when the shipment had arrived to Visakhapatnam and returned the package to the seller without any prior intimation. When I saw that the shipment is getting unnecessarily delayed, I tried to find out the sequence of events from one of the random Delhivery executives I came across on the streets. He gave me the CONTACT of required people and that’s how I got to know that the shipment has been returned. This company is just torturing people on the name of cheap deliVERY SERVICEs.
Recently, a shipment from AJIO is due to reach me by 30th and it has been unfortunately shipped through Delhivery. Delhivery updates are showing that the shipment is getting delayed view some accident in transit. I am sure that the shipment will not reach to me on time. This consistent irresponsible behaviour from Delhivery should be strictly penalised. Kindly initiate some strict action against these unprofessional ###.

Hi, my Name is Saurav, my product to be delivered with DELHIVERY from Pune to Kolkata. From more than last 24hours, my tracking status is only showing, pickup pending, I want to know where is my order? What's going on? Please help me, that's not expected from DELHIVERY like company, I am really worried about this. I created complaints several times but there is no reply from them.

I have got Delhivery scheduled to pickup my courier from Hyderabad to Kakinada on 18th June, 2022. It was supposed to reach Kakinada on 23rd, which I was still fine even though it usually takes just a night’s travel. It reached Rajahmundry, a nearby city 60kms away, on 20th. And it still hasn’t reached Kakinada on 28th of June. I tried reaching their delivery warehouses but none of them have any valid excuse for the delayed delivery. Why does it take over 10 days to deliver a product which is just 500 kms away? Why does it take over 8 days to reach a city which is just 60 kms away. I would drive to there to collect it myself but none of the warehouses have any remote idea where my product is! Their customer support is quite lethargic, and would give you no proper answer. This would be the last time I’d ship with Delhivery; and if any e-commerce site would try to deliver my order with Delhivery, I’d cancel that order. Pathetic service and appalling customer service.

Next day i got call to provide otp. i told that shipment has been picked up.
still they told we need o change the status.
and after giving OTP, got sms that delivery has not been picked up or delayed. Since then till the date my shipment has been in cancelled state. and has not been delivered in Mumbai location. I send many complaints but not a single call or any answer from Delhivery support team.
there is no any contact number to contact in their web site.
it is totally fake courier company. Please take action against it.

I got few parcels today which I didn't like those and i want to return these but the delivery guy who is asking Rs 10 for each pack and the reason he is telling that he is changing the money for plastic re packing which he is doing. So it's waste to oder in Flipkart who is changing me more. The below codes are parcel number. AWB[protected] etc ...plz check it and take notice in it...it's waste of my money and i have wasted my time too

I was searching for courier service on 20-June-2022 to send my parcel from New Delhi to Rudrapur during that time I got call from Delhivery company(A lady I don know her name) for servicing my need & they requested that they will definitely help by picking the parcel from Railway station and deliver t Rudrapur.I accepted their request and didnt search for any other parcel companies.My flight was on 21-June-2022 from Coimbatore to Delhi Via Chennai.My flight timings was like 10.10AM from Coimbatore and destination reaching time was at 04:20PM. The parcel was to pick from Railway station by myself only.I communicated them that I will reach Junction at 17:30 and send the pick up person in the same time so that the parcel can be easily picked.

But what they did is like they sent pick up person at 4.00PM and the lady is trying my phone from 4:00PM to my mobile.I couldnt understand how network will be there in flight.I reached Delhi at 4:20PM and I spoke with her.She is shouting like anything in the watsapp voice msg & I have her recorded voice in the watsapp with me.Very, very poor and ridiculous in speaking.

I reached railway station at 5:45PM.Atleast I spoke with her many times during the way to Railway station.After many challenges I took the parcel from Railways and gave to pick up boy.The very weird thing is pick up boy also shouting on me.I handed over parcel to them on 21-June-2022 at 06:30PM.

The parcel reached my location(Rudrapur) on[protected] at 3.30PM.Guys I don know it will take only 5-6hrs time to reach Rudrapur from Delhi.But the Parcel took 4 days to reach the location.They commited on Thurday[protected] but it reached on Saturday[protected].2 days delayed.I literally frustated by talking with that Lady and one fellow from logistics.

After receiving the parcel I saw the condition of the parcel. Really one of my trolley damaged completely.I couldnt use again the same trolley.I neatly packed with white bag during giving to the pick up biy.During receiving there is no white bag on it.

My parcel was due to be delivered on 20th June but customer got a message for cancelling the delivery. Though the customer dint share any otp for cancellation still the parcel was cancelled and still not delivered. False updates are being given that call was placed to customer but customer got no calls. This is the 4th time im facing this issue with Delhivery courier. Awb no[protected]. Its so much harassing for me and my customer to face this issue continuously.

I have shipped a box from delhivery but it is being delayed. Since last 4 days it reached final destination delivery centre but till now it was not out for delivery. No body is listening from delhivery. Tracking number is[protected] i have tried contacting on email, raised n number of tickets but no help.

I have yet to receive my courier, it's showing delivered on portal but actually not.
After calling the customer care they asking to pay money else they will not deliver the parcel.
After denial of money from my side they started abusing me.

Awb no[protected] was not delivered to me…….i contacted customer care and raised the issue with them and was assured of a response within 3 days but no action or communication happened…..despite repeated reminders im still awaiting response…..and since it is a prepaid order it comes under deliberate fraud on behalf of delhivery…..pls resolve my issue at the earliest.
