I have yet to receive my courier, it's showing delivered on portal but actually not.
After calling the customer care they asking to pay money else they will not deliver the parcel.
After denial of money from my side they started abusing me.

    Awb no[protected] was not delivered to me…….i contacted customer care and raised the issue with them and was assured of a response within 3 days but no action or communication happened…..despite repeated reminders im still awaiting response…..and since it is a prepaid order it comes under deliberate fraud on behalf of delhivery…..pls resolve my issue at the earliest.

      I have sent 7 boxes through delhivery courier on 4th June, 2022, it consists of 1 7 seater sofa and 1 dining set which includes 1 dining table and 6 chairs, out of 6 I've recieved 4 completely damaged chairs and my sofa got damaged as well.           Today morning status showed as out for delivery. And now it is showing as attempted. They NEVER CALLED ME, DID NOT REACH THE ADDRESS. How can they change the status randomly without actually trying to deliver??

          Without calling or asking they send an OTP, so I waited at the address for 2 days. And no calls no adeliver!!!

          This is repeatedly happening!! I paid for the product. And these staff is not calling me nor reaching my address.

          You can use your company location device to track the delivery staff. You will see neither today nor yesterday thry reached anywhere near my address. If Delhivery cannot deliver to my address or pincode, then why are you taking my package ?????

          WITHOUT ATTEMPTING DELIVERY AND WITHOUT CALLING ME THEY AR SENDING IT BACK...

                  My parcel was picked up from Goa (AWB[protected] and was to be delivered to Mumbai. It has been more than 20 days and their email says they have accidentally sent it to Gurgaon and the gurgaon team cannot find it. Despite submitting a picture of the parcel, no response from them except ‘sorry for the inconvenience’.
                  I don’t understand what to do!

                          Delhivery delivers my product late everytime and now they have stopped delivery to my pincode 560068 and that too within Bangalore.
                          It shows non serviceable but other courier partner delivers all my parcels on time.
                          Without any reason or prior notice, they returned my parcel which i had already paid for.
                          Also nykaa team knowing that Delhivery has some issue in my area, deliberately handovers my already paid products to delhivery not once but four times.
                          And all shows the same status as Non serviceable.
                          Its too much of stress and harassment to customers

                              I have been facing this issue about 5_6 times I have complained about this to the customer support of that particular company but the problem is continuing
                              I will get the message that order is out for delivery and will wait for the whole day but no one will contact me nor I get my product when I check the tracking details they mark that the consignee refused or cancelled the order but I didn't even get a single ring from the delivery agent sometimes they return my order by themselves and mark consignee cancelled the order
