I have placed the order on 23rd may on a priority base delivery but as of now it has been 15 days and it still says that

On May 9th I have sent a courier though delhivery from odisha to Karnataka, on May 13 it was reached hoskote Bangalore but it is not yet out for delivery,

After raising multiple times complain and mail, they are unable to tell us when the package will be delivered. They don't have proper customer service centre.

    It was a reverse product. It has been 15 days since the products was picked up from me worth 426INR. I have emailed and contacted them .Now they say it's lost. very much Disappointed. contact me and refund my products.

        Hello,
        I had courier with AWB[protected] shipped to Malegaon and received last Monday 30th of May. I had made payment through my bank which had failed twice initially amounting to Rs6000 and after that I made payment with my Google UPI which got through and I collected my courier. Later I made complaint with my bank and I got the amount of 6000 + 6000 refunded back but suddenly yesterday there were two transaction from you end for the same amount which bank says are auto debited from you company, I’ve details regarding the transaction.
        Please have a look into the matter and let me know if you require any more details.

            I have lost my baggage during transit of courier. There is no proper support given for tracking it being such a reputed courier service. I have some very important documents in it. There is no customer support contact number. Only limited number of mails can be sent. I am highly disappointed and don't know how to track it back so that it can be sent to the origin address. I need my baggage back on an urgent basis. I was following up everyday but no reply was given.I am attaching consignment number AWB[protected].It was a blue colour air bag

              The parcel (which contains eye glasses) has been just sitting in Hyderabad for the past 5 days since 2nd June. There is absolutely no way to contact them (there is a query system which does absolutely nothing). Everyday, the estimated delivery date just goes up by one and no one ever responds to the status of my shipment. AWB : [protected]

                I ordered one dress for my nephew and when delivery boy contacted my sister they were out of station and asked him to come next day.Next day I received mail my order got delivered but it was not delivered actually when I asked them after a month about size fit they told they dint receive and they forgot to remind me.My tracking id [protected]

                  I have sold few kurtas in free up app through delhivery courier service before sending I have check the weight and take the image of weight written manual but delhivery courier department sensed it was overweight but it was not first time i have faced this situation few times with same app again they are to cheat me tracking I'd[protected] and order I'd of[protected] I want proofs of parcel that it was showing 2.9kgsfrom delhivery courier service i am attaching proof of it

                    Delhivery guys picked up my shipments- two big bags full of books, both of almost 10 kgs.
                    They picked up the shipment on 30 April.
                    on 1st May, those bags were tracked to be in Bangalore Facility.
                    and after that, there was no update on those two shipments. I raised multiple tickets. And almost after a month, they took action on one bag and delivered it.
                    And, for the second bag, they simply marked it as lost on their website.
                    It was a big bag, not a small package that can be lost just like that.
                    Also, it never ever came out of Bangalore. Within 1 day they lost a big bag full of my hard-earned books.
                    I am so disappointed because those books were so precious to me.
                    Delhivery doesn't even have any phone support system only a ticket system. They assign a single person for the ticket and I believe the person who is handling my ticket "Priyanka Sachdeva" she has not taken any action on the ticket.
                    I request Delhivery team to take this seriously. I still trust you guys.
                    Please assign this ticket to someone may be "Ali Abbas". He helped me with the other shipment. I atleast trust that he can help me with this one.
                    So need support here.

                        I was apply for a credit card on last month, the card company send my card with the delhivery courier in last month. according to courier service status 1 time they delivered my card, but not recived yet. then i was compliant to courier on his site then he changed status again and after then he will trying to reattempt but not send my parasol.

                        also not provide any response.

                              My complaint is againt delhivery Itanagar arunachal pradesh.Its not first time that my parcel are not delivered, they will just message for self pickup thats without proper address and if failed they will return back without making single call to me.My parcel bearing AWB [protected] and awb [protected] are still in office. While some of my neighbors are getting their parcel delivered but only mine is not.My address and phone number are given correct.

                                Big Courier package sent from Dehradun to Thane not yet delivered. Prepaid Full payment for service. All India Packers and Movers (from Dehradun). Transferred To Delhivery (Mumbai). Last 7 days package showing in Mumbai as per tracking link. Still no sign of Delivery. Total weight around 90kg. Total worth around Rs 80k. Paid amount Rs 10500 approx. Please help

This shipment Showing in Bilaspur HR From 30th of may .. estimate delivery date was 1st june but still it is at Bilaspur HR .. i complaint too many times but its still not update .. please forward my shipment its contain mangoes if its get delay than may be become un eatable .. please i am request delhivery to deliver this shipment by today...

                                      I had a very bad experience with a delivery agent on June 1, 2022.
                                      I had booked some items from Amway, but by mistake they delivered 2 consignments.
                                      I had informed Amway to pick up the additional consignment.
                                      To my bad luck, the return pickup was transferred to Delhivery.

                                      My request to Amway was submitted in the last week of May. On Friday till the weekend I was not available at home, but I got many calls from Delhivery regarding the pickup. I have informed atleast 6-7 agents and customer service operators that I am only available from Monday, yet I got 4-5 calls on Saturday(May 25) regarding the pickup and again couple of calls on Sunday(May 26) .

                                      And the Delhivery agent came to my doorstep yesterday . In his system, I am not sure why there are 4 pickups marked to my name and I am not sure how that happened. The agent is blaming me for raising duplicate requests. I am no way related to Delhivery and neither do I know how to raise such requests. Why on earth should the agent blame me for this.

                                      And in his system, there are 13 items intended to be picked up. But the Amway package had 12 items. I showed that person the receipt of the consignment and all the items in the receipt are present in the consignment. Without thinking further he directly mentioned, I cannot take this pickup . YOU have to give me 13 items. Arey from where will I get the 13th item if I havent received it, Should I add a dirty broom to take the count to 13. So I asked him to show me the list of items to be picked. But the super Delhivery app only shows the count and not the List. So if i had packed 13 brooms inside a cover and sent, that guy would have picked it up probably.

                                      Once he checked with all the items, I was telling him that I am a loyal customer of Amway and am returning the duplicate consignment and check if all the items of the receipt are present our super boss replied SIR DONT ACT SMART, YOU ARE NOT LOYAL and NO ONE IS LOYAL. Who the hell is he to question my Loyalty.

                                      I actually wanted to hold back the package at this point, but I didnt want to contend with the idiotic and stupid process, agents of Delhivery .

                                      Now the Icing on the cake, I went out to close the gate . Boss abused me saying FOOL, GET INTO THE HOUSE.
