I booked a large box for pick up and delivery services via delivery direct. but when I received the box, they changed it, they delivered a small box with all the items which were inside the large box is missing.

Please Help, all the things inside the box are important to me.

      I had an order on amazon.They shipped through delhivery.So i tracked my order on delhivery site an it is still showing last update information which was 8 days ago.Since then they have not updated where my order is.I am very disappointed because tomorrow is the last delivery date and i am assuming tomorrow it will not come and it will be delayed.Its already been 13 days.

        Hello,

        I am being defrauded by one of the Delhivery agents (Kumar Enterprises) and the delivery team. I had booked my house hold items to be delivered from Mumbai to Kanpur, 61 packages in total. I have received only 54 packages and the 7 missing ones have not been delivered to me yet.

        Delivery status updated as delivered and my signature was forged along with my details, I approached the agent and he is demanding money before I get support for the recovery of the remaining 7 packages. I clearly wrote on the delivery documents that I have not received the full shipment and your delivery people took another copy of the document and forged my signature that the shipment was delivered along with name.

        I have filed a complaint against the agent in Mira Road Police Station(Mumbai). My 54 delivered packages and goods are badly damaged and I have raised 5 tickets however there is absolutely no response whatsoever.

        Please find the attached pics for your reference.

        I need my complaint to be registered and request your urgent support in this matter.

          I have sent my bike Calicut to Shillong through Delhivery on 19 May 22. The booking made through Officium Group, Calicut.

          My bike was received but so many parts bike was broken.

          *Indicator broken, Break light broken, Central Stand broken & Crash guard broken*

          I requested Officium Group for refund of the broken items, but they can't take any action positively.

            I have ordered the product from Tata cliq. I have received 1 product out of 5. My complaint is already in process with Tata cliq. On the shipment page it was mentioned for 5 shipments but I received just 1. How can the weight of 5 shipments that too dresses be 1.25kg? Where are my other shipments?

              I have ordered the product on tata Cliq. When the product received it was mentioned that there were 5 shipments but when I opened the packet it was just 1 shipment. My complaint was raised on tata Cliq but now I accessed you too. The packet was not tampered and the packet was too small that it can’t have 5 items in it. So where are my other shipments? Weight mentioned on it was 1.25kg which can’tbe of 5 items.

                On May 9th I have sent a courier though delhivery from odisha to Karnataka, on May 13 it was reached hoskote Bangalore but it is not yet out for delivery,

                After raising multiple times complain and mail, they are unable to tell us when the package will be delivered. They don't have proper customer service centre.

                  It was a reverse product. It has been 15 days since the products was picked up from me worth 426INR. I have emailed and contacted them .Now they say it's lost. very much Disappointed. contact me and refund my products.

                      Hello,
                      I had courier with AWB[protected] shipped to Malegaon and received last Monday 30th of May. I had made payment through my bank which had failed twice initially amounting to Rs6000 and after that I made payment with my Google UPI which got through and I collected my courier. Later I made complaint with my bank and I got the amount of 6000 + 6000 refunded back but suddenly yesterday there were two transaction from you end for the same amount which bank says are auto debited from you company, I’ve details regarding the transaction.
                      Please have a look into the matter and let me know if you require any more details.

                          I have lost my baggage during transit of courier. There is no proper support given for tracking it being such a reputed courier service. I have some very important documents in it. There is no customer support contact number. Only limited number of mails can be sent. I am highly disappointed and don't know how to track it back so that it can be sent to the origin address. I need my baggage back on an urgent basis. I was following up everyday but no reply was given.I am attaching consignment number AWB[protected].It was a blue colour air bag

                            The parcel (which contains eye glasses) has been just sitting in Hyderabad for the past 5 days since 2nd June. There is absolutely no way to contact them (there is a query system which does absolutely nothing). Everyday, the estimated delivery date just goes up by one and no one ever responds to the status of my shipment. AWB : [protected]

                              I ordered one dress for my nephew and when delivery boy contacted my sister they were out of station and asked him to come next day.Next day I received mail my order got delivered but it was not delivered actually when I asked them after a month about size fit they told they dint receive and they forgot to remind me.My tracking id [protected]

                                I have sold few kurtas in free up app through delhivery courier service before sending I have check the weight and take the image of weight written manual but delhivery courier department sensed it was overweight but it was not first time i have faced this situation few times with same app again they are to cheat me tracking I'd[protected] and order I'd of[protected] I want proofs of parcel that it was showing 2.9kgsfrom delhivery courier service i am attaching proof of it

                                  Delhivery guys picked up my shipments- two big bags full of books, both of almost 10 kgs.
                                  They picked up the shipment on 30 April.
                                  on 1st May, those bags were tracked to be in Bangalore Facility.
                                  and after that, there was no update on those two shipments. I raised multiple tickets. And almost after a month, they took action on one bag and delivered it.
                                  And, for the second bag, they simply marked it as lost on their website.
                                  It was a big bag, not a small package that can be lost just like that.
                                  Also, it never ever came out of Bangalore. Within 1 day they lost a big bag full of my hard-earned books.
                                  I am so disappointed because those books were so precious to me.
                                  Delhivery doesn't even have any phone support system only a ticket system. They assign a single person for the ticket and I believe the person who is handling my ticket "Priyanka Sachdeva" she has not taken any action on the ticket.
                                  I request Delhivery team to take this seriously. I still trust you guys.
                                  Please assign this ticket to someone may be "Ali Abbas". He helped me with the other shipment. I atleast trust that he can help me with this one.
                                  So need support here.

                                      I was apply for a credit card on last month, the card company send my card with the delhivery courier in last month. according to courier service status 1 time they delivered my card, but not recived yet. then i was compliant to courier on his site then he changed status again and after then he will trying to reattempt but not send my parasol.
