We've been trying to reach out to the Delhivery agents to help us get our package (Tracking ID:[protected] moved from the Hoskote Delhivery facility from past 10 Days.

We've not received any update or communication on the same.

Request you to expedite this request and deliver the package at the earliest.

I was unable to pick up the call of the delivery agent due to some reason and when he contacted back he talked in a very arrogant way and when he arrived at my house then to he behaved in a very rude way which is not acceptable at all and is highly disrespectful

I had courier with delivery but the package was different when delivered and items was missing one Watch and one fan battery my tracking id[protected]

My order id[protected] was not delivered but marked as delivered

Good morning Sir/Ma’am.

I’ve placed my order for Iphone 13 pro max (128 Gb, Graphite) on 12 june, 2022.
As per the details, It was shipped on 13th of june and the expected delivery date was 15th june.
Though, it is showing that my package arrived at Delhi in the early morning of 15th june.
So since 15th June, package is not processing at all and it is 18 june now, it is showing expected delivery is same day i.e., today and it was showing the same thing yesterday and day before yesterday too.
Kindly fix this issue as soon as possible and I’ve got important schedules but because of it, Im stucked at one place..

My parcel was booked on 15th May, Parcel is not received yet but tracking portal showing already reached on its destination on 6th june.. Expected delivery date was 5th june..today 17th june-more than a month, tried reaching them via email (didnt responsed) via cl...all customer care number are unreachable all time, please response & resolve my problem, sorry to say that we paid handsome money for the pathetic service

I did not receive my parcel with AWB number [protected] but when I track my parcel online it shows that it has already been delivered. This was an important parcel as it was a gift from someone. Please remove on URGENT basis

I had shipped one wooden bed through Delhivery courier from Durgapur, westbengal to Pune. It is heavy wooden bed and not the MDF or ply one. They packed it in total 4 packs. The tracking ID for same is "[protected]".
On receiving the shipment I found that two sides frame of the bed is damaged making it unusable. Apart from that there are lot of dents. It looks like parcel was not handled properly. It must have been thrown to make...

I have booked a package shipping from Greater Noida to Bangalore on June 3rd which was picked up on 4th June and after looking the online status it reached to Hoskote, Bangalore Office on 8th june but it was never delivered to me. How to get this package delivered ? I am ready to pick it up from Delhivery office if I can get the exact location of this package.

It was dispatched on 27th May for aizwal from Delhi.First it reached aizwal then without any reason they are showing it’s in kanpur after doing mail we received an update that it was misrouted and now connected to correct destination but still it was not delivered so after doing mail again to them they marked it as RTO .Is this a joke to make fool of your regular clients by just updating any status for the shipment which is untraceable.

I ordered a product from amazon for my friend. she got the package on time but now the delivery guy has her number so he keeps on calling her.

My product delayed more than 2weeks till now no response from courier service. If nothing happen I directly goes for consumer court

I shipped a package through Delhivery on 7th June. Since then they have been updating the ETA everyday saying the package will be delivered on the same day. I cancelled the shipment on 14th June and it has not been returned to me yet.

My name is Rajeev Kumar and I had ordered a product from Amazon order number ibid. Amazon sent this order through Shiprocket/ Delhivery tracking number ibid. Today Shiprocket/ Delhivery agent (Mob No :- [protected]) called me on my mobile to deliver the parcel and my wife picked up his call. She refused to accept the order because we are not availaible at the delivery station. During call this Shiprocket/ Delhivery agent started misbehaving with my wife and start with saying...

why have you ordered if you dont want to accept

Why dont you cancel it online

I am fed up with customers like you

Next time don't order any parcel, or next time i will not carry or deliver your parcel

...
After this my wife felt embarassed and humiliating then cut his call. But again he called back and started saying you receive the product and raise the return. She again refused to do. He also said many other words which you never use for your customers. At last he asked for OTP for refusing parcel. She passed the OTP to him. I have complete recording of his calls. When my wife told me about this i called him and asked his superior or area manager number, but he refused to give any detail about his senior or manager. He replied do whatever you want.

I have already complained this matter on amazon, Delhivery and shiprocket platform but they dont care about there customers.

It is requested that please take necessary action against this Shiprocket/ Delhivery courier services.

My parcel is not delivered and Delhi very man didn’t call me[protected]

My Boat headphone got unusuable within the warranty period so i claimed warranty.And Boat shipped the replaced unit via Delhivery.com and initially the Delhivery live tracking feature on their website gave the 11th June 2022 as the time by which the product will be delivered but they didn't deliver. And the next day which is 12th June their website showed that the product would be delivered by 12th June and on 13th june, the Delhivery website
showed that the product would be delivered by 13th June.
And now it is 7 pm 14th June 2022 and they still haven't delivered it.
And their website is showing that the product will be delivered within 7 pm 14th june which is already been crossed.

actual delivery date of my order is june11th . You said that there is a delay caused due to some airline capacity constraints and it will be delivered by june 13th by 7pm and now the time is 10 30pm and I have no idea whether You are going to deliver the order or not .

I have ordered a mobile phone . Delhivery was delivering the order but they delayed the order by 4 days. They keep rescheduling the order each passing day.There is no contact number or mail of this company. Please block this courier company ASAP.
