Package with AWB[protected] was delivered a week late after multiple follow ups. I think it was not delivered at all, as receiver said that he didn't receive it. I asked for proof for delivery a week ago, which has not been provided even after multiple follow ups. This package was insured. If you have lost it, please refund my money

I ordered on amazon and they shipped through delhivery.It's been 15 days since it shipped and there are no updates of it's tracking.I viewed on amazon and then on delhivery's main site.And the last shown update is of 1 june.Today its 11 th jun and I was supposed to receive my order by 10th.I cannot even contact them via call or email.They don't seem to care.I am very dissappointed.If my package gets lost I demand compensation.

I ordered goods from Delhi last week which were beauty products When the parcel arrived, the box was torn from the side and the contents inside were taken out. Even after paying so much money to these people, these people do such mischief with the parcel.Last month also thousands of goods were stolen from my parcel Took out the goods by cutting from the box side

My shipment is showing as resheduled. But not getting any update after that. They even not reached out to me or even called me. And when i create a query there is no response.I dont know when they will make a attempt to deliver. This is my prepaid order and i am worried about the shipment delivery.

Worst experience with Delhivery

My product is at nearest centre, then also the agent is deliberately delaying delivery since 5 days. He called me once on 5th June and cut the call in a second, when I called him back he said that it is wrong number. He is asking me to come to his centre to pick up the order despite being home delivery. And today he cancelled the order, and I know that he must have stated some false reason for the same.

My Product reached nearest delivery hub on Jun2nd 2022 but the estimated delivery is being postponed every day.

There is no contact information, no response for queries posted on Delhivery query portal.

Now i am fearing about the quality of the product,

I booked a large box for pick up and delivery services via delivery direct. but when I received the box, they changed it, they delivered a small box with all the items which were inside the large box is missing.

The product I ordered hasn't been received for 15 days not it still has delayed for two days more. Now the delhivery site says

I had an order on amazon.They shipped through delhivery.So i tracked my order on delhivery site an it is still showing last update information which was 8 days ago.Since then they have not updated where my order is.I am very disappointed because tomorrow is the last delivery date and i am assuming tomorrow it will not come and it will be delayed.Its already been 13 days.

I am being defrauded by one of the Delhivery agents (Kumar Enterprises) and the delivery team. I had booked my house hold items to be delivered from Mumbai to Kanpur, 61 packages in total. I have received only 54 packages and the 7 missing ones have not been delivered to me yet.

Delivery status updated as delivered and my signature was forged along with my details, I approached the agent and he is demanding money before I get support for the recovery of the remaining 7 packages. I clearly wrote on the delivery documents that I have not received the full shipment and your delivery people took another copy of the document and forged my signature that the shipment was delivered along with name.

I have filed a complaint against the agent in Mira Road Police Station(Mumbai). My 54 delivered packages and goods are badly damaged and I have raised 5 tickets however there is absolutely no response whatsoever.

I need my complaint to be registered and request your urgent support in this matter.

I have sent my bike Calicut to Shillong through Delhivery on 19 May 22. The booking made through Officium Group, Calicut.

My bike was received but so many parts bike was broken.

*Indicator broken, Break light broken, Central Stand broken & Crash guard broken*

I requested Officium Group for refund of the broken items, but they can't take any action positively.

I have ordered the product from Tata cliq. I have received 1 product out of 5. My complaint is already in process with Tata cliq. On the shipment page it was mentioned for 5 shipments but I received just 1. How can the weight of 5 shipments that too dresses be 1.25kg? Where are my other shipments?

I have ordered the product on tata Cliq. When the product received it was mentioned that there were 5 shipments but when I opened the packet it was just 1 shipment. My complaint was raised on tata Cliq but now I accessed you too. The packet was not tampered and the packet was too small that it can’t have 5 items in it. So where are my other shipments? Weight mentioned on it was 1.25kg which can’tbe of 5 items.

I have placed the order on 23rd may on a priority base delivery but as of now it has been 15 days and it still says that

I'm sick and tired of this....

On May 9th I have sent a courier though delhivery from odisha to Karnataka, on May 13 it was reached hoskote Bangalore but it is not yet out for delivery,

After raising multiple times complain and mail, they are unable to tell us when the package will be delivered. They don't have proper customer service centre.

It was a reverse product. It has been 15 days since the products was picked up from me worth 426INR. I have emailed and contacted them .Now they say it's lost. very much Disappointed. contact me and refund my products.

I had courier with AWB[protected] shipped to Malegaon and received last Monday 30th of May. I had made payment through my bank which had failed twice initially amounting to Rs6000 and after that I made payment with my Google UPI which got through and I collected my courier. Later I made complaint with my bank and I got the amount of 6000 + 6000 refunded back but suddenly yesterday there were two transaction from you end for the same amount which bank says are auto debited from you company, I’ve details regarding the transaction.
Please have a look into the matter and let me know if you require any more details.

Sir my parcel has been stuck in Dimapur hub for more than 6 days no updates has been provided so far.kindly look into this matter n deliver my parcel as soon as possible all road communication id good in my location today it's self I recv a parcel from delhivery courier thankyou
