      My complaint is againt delhivery Itanagar arunachal pradesh.Its not first time that my parcel are not delivered, they will just message for self pickup thats without proper address and if failed they will return back without making single call to me.My parcel bearing AWB [protected] and awb [protected] are still in office. While some of my neighbors are getting their parcel delivered but only mine is not.My address and phone number are given correct.

      I want my parcel and if they cant deliver then company should stop taking parcel from meesho, freakinjeans etc especially in itanagar

        Big Courier package sent from Dehradun to Thane not yet delivered. Prepaid Full payment for service. All India Packers and Movers (from Dehradun). Transferred To Delhivery (Mumbai). Last 7 days package showing in Mumbai as per tracking link. Still no sign of Delivery. Total weight around 90kg. Total worth around Rs 80k. Paid amount Rs 10500 approx. Please help

              I had a very bad experience with a delivery agent on June 1, 2022.
              I had booked some items from Amway, but by mistake they delivered 2 consignments.
              I had informed Amway to pick up the additional consignment.
              To my bad luck, the return pickup was transferred to Delhivery.

              My request to Amway was submitted in the last week of May. On Friday till the weekend I was not available at home, but I got many calls from Delhivery regarding the pickup. I have informed atleast 6-7 agents and customer service operators that I am only available from Monday, yet I got 4-5 calls on Saturday(May 25) regarding the pickup and again couple of calls on Sunday(May 26) .

              And the Delhivery agent came to my doorstep yesterday . In his system, I am not sure why there are 4 pickups marked to my name and I am not sure how that happened. The agent is blaming me for raising duplicate requests. I am no way related to Delhivery and neither do I know how to raise such requests. Why on earth should the agent blame me for this.

              And in his system, there are 13 items intended to be picked up. But the Amway package had 12 items. I showed that person the receipt of the consignment and all the items in the receipt are present in the consignment. Without thinking further he directly mentioned, I cannot take this pickup . YOU have to give me 13 items. Arey from where will I get the 13th item if I havent received it, Should I add a dirty broom to take the count to 13. So I asked him to show me the list of items to be picked. But the super Delhivery app only shows the count and not the List. So if i had packed 13 brooms inside a cover and sent, that guy would have picked it up probably.

              Once he checked with all the items, I was telling him that I am a loyal customer of Amway and am returning the duplicate consignment and check if all the items of the receipt are present our super boss replied SIR DONT ACT SMART, YOU ARE NOT LOYAL and NO ONE IS LOYAL. Who the hell is he to question my Loyalty.

              I actually wanted to hold back the package at this point, but I didnt want to contend with the idiotic and stupid process, agents of Delhivery .

              Now the Icing on the cake, I went out to close the gate . Boss abused me saying FOOL, GET INTO THE HOUSE.

                        I ordered an item from H&M website and returned the same. The order was picked up for return on 26/05/2022 and it reached its destination hub I.e Greater Thane on 30/05/2022 morning but no attempt has been made to return the order due to which my refund has been getting delayed. My tracking id for this order is [protected]. Please look into the matter and return the parcel to H&M warehouse so that my refund gets initiated from their end.

                            On 16th i booked a Fedex shipment which the local Delhivery personnel picked up and sent. But for the life of me i could not understand why they wanted to withhold the Fedex AWB no.
                            All the calls, emails and whatsapp texts are to no avail - they just handed an internal delhivery tracking number (which will not work on the fedex site as it is not the proper tracking number that i should have got) and then switched off.
                            And then they even get angry for asking about the AWB no. which they should have given in the first place, not to mention that the main Delhivery website does not respond to emails, they have no customer care numbers and the local office staff are just high strung 24/7.

                            After 15 days of this nonsense i paid a visit in person and then was finally given a photocopy of the Fedex AWB form from their records.
                            My recipient needs to take leave off work to receive the package in person so knowing the delivery schedule is imperative. But heck, the delhivery chaps just dont want to understand.

                                From last one week my parcel is with delhivery courier serivces and from last 5 days its in local delhivery hub only its showing in the website but they r not deliveying the package which I need urgently and in any other courier serious they provide helpdesk no. But these guys never provide any numbers we need to tweet or raise a complaint and some ticket no. They will give but no use of that too do all the customers have to tweet or raise complaints all the time is it possible to everyone its just troubling people.

                                    I have booked an order to deliver from chennai to coimbatore. the reciever end was not there to get the order. so the delhivery has told that the order will return to me in few days. The order was picked up on 29th April and now it is 30th may. i have requested for a lot of calls from the customer service side. they only responded once saying it will reach you in 24 hours. and it has been 2 weeks since then. everyday the return day keeps on changing to next day prior. and no response or call came from the delhivery customer service since then. I have no update whether my parcel is still there or not.

                                      My ICICI Bank "credit card" has been shipped by M/s ICICI Bank with AWB no.[protected].

                                      On 29.01.2022 evening, i have checked the Status on delhivery.com & it is showing "Package delivered as per your instructions". I have also received mail from Icici bank as "The Credit Card -Renewal for your Account XX3002 has been delivered by DELHIVERY on 29-MAY-22 and received by rajeev"
                                      But regret to inform that i have not received the package.

                                      Please also note that this product is to deliver at "office address" and Sunday i.e. 29th May 2022, office is closed.

                                      Hence, it is requested to do the needful and my package is to deliver soon.

                                        My order is held in a hub for a week amd it is still not delivered. Delivery guy never contacted me and on the website fake updates are given saying that the delivery guy was not able to contact. I am not even getting any response from the customer care
