I have repeated facing issues with this company logistic services, i am frequent user of ecommerce sites and order many thing online, many ecommerce's websites and delhivery has been logistic partner for the same. When ever a ecommerce partner chooses delhivery as a logistics partner i had been facing issues either it is delivered very late or returned back after a long wait. The latest example is in the attached and i had faced many as such issues in the past like Flipkart order, Nykaa order and its really annoying me and want to know when they cannot delivery why the hell they pick the product up? and unnecessary i have been impacted in a big way like delayed delivery, product not reaching when needed, paid more money when i reorder the product. This is really ridiculous service and unfair/unethical trade practices is what i feel. In the past i used to recommend for many to them for logistics and these days i am not instead prefer bluedart who service is world glass and punctual/trustable.
