My package is delayed from last 6 days you ### what are you doing when it well deliver...

We had shipped a courier of 5 boxes of some material to a big company in Sriperumbudur.

After 10 Days, the parcel is still missing and undelivered. We were able to find out eventually that 1 box is in some other branch and 4 boxes is in delivery branch. The delivery branch (Sriperumbudur) are extremely rude and hang up the phone in about 10 seconds saying that they can't help in this regard. They even threaten to block number....

I received a call from the delivery associate for my parcel, he reached at an incorrect address. I guided him the correct location but he started talking in an abusive language. He said "Abe ee tujhe delivery chahie to ake le warna me cancel kar dunga Teri delivery" when asked him to talk properly he said "Abe me to aisehij baat karta hu".

I received message that my package was lost in transit. Which is very strange because I had 2 parcels sent at the same time for the same address, one was delivered the other one lost. Here are the AWB numbers not moving from bhiwandi delhivery hub in Maharashtra. I am the shipper, i dont have a solid answer when customers contact me when they will receive to the product.

The problematic part is there is no way to contact Delhivery, I have raised atleast 5 to 6 queries on their portal and no response yet. I urge all customers never to use their services. Two cartons picked up on 12/4/2022 from Andheri East, Mumbai by Razak contact number [protected] one tracking I'd received one carton delivered on 19/4/2022 at Delhi.

still waiting for second tracking I'd and delivery of second carton.
