I got few parcels today which I didn't like those and i want to return these but the delivery guy who is asking Rs 10 for each pack and the reason he is telling that he is changing the money for plastic re packing which he is doing. So it's waste to oder in Flipkart who is changing me more. The below codes are parcel number. AWB[protected] etc ...plz check it and take notice in it...it's waste of my money and i have wasted my time too

I was searching for courier service on 20-June-2022 to send my parcel from New Delhi to Rudrapur during that time I got call from Delhivery company(A lady I don know her name) for servicing my need & they requested that they will definitely help by picking the parcel from Railway station and deliver t Rudrapur.I accepted their request and didnt search for any other parcel companies.My flight was on 21-June-2022 from Coimbatore to Delhi Via Chennai.My flight timings was like 10.10AM from Coimbatore and destination reaching time was at 04:20PM. The parcel was to pick from Railway station by myself only.I communicated them that I will reach Junction at 17:30 and send the pick up person in the same time so that the parcel can be easily picked.

But what they did is like they sent pick up person at 4.00PM and the lady is trying my phone from 4:00PM to my mobile.I couldnt understand how network will be there in flight.I reached Delhi at 4:20PM and I spoke with her.She is shouting like anything in the watsapp voice msg & I have her recorded voice in the watsapp with me.Very, very poor and ridiculous in speaking.

I reached railway station at 5:45PM.Atleast I spoke with her many times during the way to Railway station.After many challenges I took the parcel from Railways and gave to pick up boy.The very weird thing is pick up boy also shouting on me.I handed over parcel to them on 21-June-2022 at 06:30PM.

The parcel reached my location(Rudrapur) on[protected] at 3.30PM.Guys I don know it will take only 5-6hrs time to reach Rudrapur from Delhi.But the Parcel took 4 days to reach the location.They commited on Thurday[protected] but it reached on Saturday[protected].2 days delayed.I literally frustated by talking with that Lady and one fellow from logistics.

After receiving the parcel I saw the condition of the parcel. Really one of my trolley damaged completely.I couldnt use again the same trolley.I neatly packed with white bag during giving to the pick up biy.During receiving there is no white bag on it.

Below is the summary of the complaint

1.Parcel got damaged - Rs.10000 trolley
2.No pleasent service with the customer
3.Delay in delivery

My parcel was due to be delivered on 20th June but customer got a message for cancelling the delivery. Though the customer dint share any otp for cancellation still the parcel was cancelled and still not delivered. False updates are being given that call was placed to customer but customer got no calls. This is the 4th time im facing this issue with Delhivery courier. Awb no[protected]. Its so much harassing for me and my customer to face this issue continuously.

I have shipped a box from delhivery but it is being delayed. Since last 4 days it reached final destination delivery centre but till now it was not out for delivery. No body is listening from delhivery. Tracking number is[protected] i have tried contacting on email, raised n number of tickets but no help.

I have yet to receive my courier, it's showing delivered on portal but actually not.
After calling the customer care they asking to pay money else they will not deliver the parcel.
After denial of money from my side they started abusing me.

Awb no[protected] was not delivered to me…….i contacted customer care and raised the issue with them and was assured of a response within 3 days but no action or communication happened…..despite repeated reminders im still awaiting response…..and since it is a prepaid order it comes under deliberate fraud on behalf of delhivery…..pls resolve my issue at the earliest.

My delivery item parcel is pending for pickup from last 10 days.
Shipment details were share from 9th June 2022 and shipment pickup pending since 13th June 2022.

[protected] tracking number update poor weather what happened weather ab 2 nehi hain ye update haf din kio deta hain. Product ko delivery dena hai yeah nehi.

Today morning status showed as out for delivery. And now it is showing as attempted. They NEVER CALLED ME, DID NOT REACH THE ADDRESS. How can they change the status randomly without actually trying to deliver??

Without calling or asking they send an OTP, so I waited at the address for 2 days. And no calls no adeliver!!!

This is repeatedly happening!! I paid for the product. And these staff is not calling me nor reaching my address.

You can use your company location device to track the delivery staff. You will see neither today nor yesterday thry reached anywhere near my address. If Delhivery cannot deliver to my address or pincode, then why are you taking my package ?????

WITHOUT ATTEMPTING DELIVERY AND WITHOUT CALLING ME THEY AR SENDING IT BACK...

I have not received my parcel they did fraud and took my bank account details took away my money i want immediate action as well as i want my parcel

I have received one parcel less but we have not received it yet. Bow gives bad service.

My parcel was picked up from Goa (AWB[protected] and was to be delivered to Mumbai. It has been more than 20 days and their email says they have accidentally sent it to Gurgaon and the gurgaon team cannot find it. Despite submitting a picture of the parcel, no response from them except ‘sorry for the inconvenience’.
I don’t understand what to do!

My Courier was shipped on 15/06/2022 and the delivery date was[protected]. But still i have not received my shipment till data.

I have raised a complaint thrice but no response.
and no customer care number is working.

My colleague had sent me a laptop and I have got a pair of shoes. I have been following up with them for more than 50 days. They had responded me once and later they never responded knowing that they messed it up. They do not have a proper customer support number or mail id as well.

Delhivery delivers my product late everytime and now they have stopped delivery to my pincode 560068 and that too within Bangalore.
It shows non serviceable but other courier partner delivers all my parcels on time.
Without any reason or prior notice, they returned my parcel which i had already paid for.
Also nykaa team knowing that Delhivery has some issue in my area, deliberately handovers my already paid products to delhivery not once but four times.
And all shows the same status as Non serviceable.
Its too much of stress and harassment to customers

I have an urgent parcel to recieve. The parcel has reached Hyderabad on 11th June but delivery not happening. No response after raised so many tickets and sending emails

I have been facing this issue about 5_6 times I have complained about this to the customer support of that particular company but the problem is continuing
I will get the message that order is out for delivery and will wait for the whole day but no one will contact me nor I get my product when I check the tracking details they mark that the consignee refused or cancelled the order but I didn't even get a single ring from the delivery agent sometimes they return my order by themselves and mark consignee cancelled the order
