The behaviour of delivery man was so rude.. this is not done . Yesterday my parcel came in burdwan (west bengal).. but the the delivery man talked to me, it was so rude and unpredictable..i am a regular customer of delivery courier..but please make sure the agent behaves with customer in a good way.

It's been a week since my parcel is out and I haven't still received it. Everyday the estimated date changes. It has reached jaipur, i need to know when will it come or I will pick it up for the warehouse

I have booked a package with Delhivery (AWB No.[protected] to be delivered to my address. The package has reached Delhivery facility nearest to my delivery address on 10th May 2022, but company is not delivering it till date for no reason.

I had shipped personal items from Mumbai to Ahmedabad the package has not reached us even after a month. the company is now saying the parcel is missing and they don't know where it is.

We have not ordered any product and delivery man came and asked for cash and later we open packet it was unordered by us 0 yr old pyjama ...

We have not ordered any product, and 1 delivery man came to mentioned address and delivered 1 parcel and asked to give 260 Rs...we gave to him, he went and we open it was 0 yr old payjama pant...it was fraud done by delivery service.

I order refrigerator on amazon & they sent through delhivery courier service ( worst courier service in our area), they want me to come there & take the parcel & if i take vehicle there it will cost around 700 to 800 rs, so they said we cant deliver ur order unless u take it by ur vehicle & already visited there courier service room they kept refrigerator on road if they didnt deliver for 3/4 days it will cause damage because there handling is worst. And also there attitude is really really bad, so please do somthing & take action against them. Please

Package showing as delivered but not received. The documents are very important and was supposed to be delivered by 11/05/2022.
Today (12/05/22) shows as delivered. Kindly share the receipt of delivery and the person who collected the parcel.

I have a package to be delivered Tracking ID[protected] and it is supposed to be delivered today (12 May) but I have not yet received it.
Furthermore, the item has reached my city Hyderabad on 9th May itself and the status has been 'On hold. Destination unable to receive'. What does this mean?

Please expedite and make sure that I receive the product at the earliest and also mention the reason for the delay.

I have sent myself a parcel from Indore to Hyderabad and booked a doorstep pickup with Delivery on 19th of April. The parcel was picked up on 20th reached Nagpur on 23rd and I could also check in tracking that it had reached Hyderabad city on 24th of April. Since then, I have received no updates about my order nor have I received any solid reply from Delivery customer care. The parcel was of high value to me and I trusted the Delhivery team...

Didn't received my parcel which have important documents and household items and status is updated as delivered since 7th May.Trying to reach out customers care but no Vail.need my parcel asap.As a big company not expecting these kind o[censored]nprofessionallism n stealing items from customers.

I booked a pickup on[protected] for a parcel from my Srinagar address. The parcel was to be sent to Rajouri.[protected] this is AWB number. It's been 12 days now, the parcel is still stuck at Srinagar. No update. I have raised this issue almost 10 times yet there is no response. Neither the parcel is moving to next destination. I am raising this complaint as a last hope that my parcel will be delivered or atleast move to next destination. I am very disappointed by this service. The estimated delivery date was initially[protected]. It's keeps changing everyday yet nothing is done for movement of parcel.

The phone number that is given on the Delhivery office Sirhind Punjab nobody is picking it . I have called 4- 5 times, even send the message on that number but that fellow who.is operating or keeping this number do.not care about the customer . While out for delivery status delhivery donot give delivery boy contact .Sometimes the parcel is important a person can collect by himself.

My speaker was picked up on 7th March 2022 but hasn't reached boAt service centre in Mumbai.
The Delhivery office in Mangalore has been of no use in helping me. So much so that I'm beginning to think they have stolen it!!
What should i do?
Should i go to the consumer forum?

I would like to ask for a full refund for the Cream I bought From Mamaearth and the delivery agent was Delhivery

The reason I am requesting a refund is because. I Pay money online and its debited from my account but it wasn't A successful payment but amount was deducted from my account. And then i also pay money to the delivery boy.. But As now i didn't receive my money.
I received a message from your agent that if any money is debited from your account it will be credited to my account but I didn't receive any money..

My package was broken by the time they delivered to me ( so delivery person gave me a paper written that the package was broken and not working by the time it’s delivered ) . So I sent several mails to delhivery, at last they reacted and said they will pay only 7500 rupees as compensation, by my product value is 21800 rupees . So I call the guy to whom we gave package to Deliver, to ask him why my package value is 7500 ?, he is not answering calls and no response from him, from several days they wasted my time and money and gave me frustration and depression and irritation, I don’t know how to handle this issue, so I’m filling a consumer complaint, kindly go through it, thank you .

It may please be noted that the mentioned parcel contains food item (please find enclosed copy of receipt which mentions about the inside article) and it has not been delivered on time as given by the Delhivery and still 8 days have passed. There has been a too much delay from the end of Courier company (Delhivery) without any information and the tracking status is also fooling us by showing the same information at different times (please find enclosed the screenshot of the status for your ready reference). Despite so many mails and query, there is no proper response from the courier company and even after 8 days the shipment has still not been delivered.

Due to the uninformed delay from the courier company, the inside food article may have got spoiled and it will be of no use after the delivery.

Delhivery been a trusted courier partner has no decency to maintain their status or even inform about the delay.

This casual attitude of the courier company towards the shipment strictly calls for a compensation, as nothing in this world comes for free.

Kindly look into the matter soon and revert.

Your courier service is pathetic, I got no call from your side I just got a delivery message from you . With no contact number of the delivery person.. I am going file complaint in consumer cour for wasting my time at the time of my exam... I am a CA FINAL STUDENT ..

I have a bunch of pending orders but unfortunately, due to the service provider being Delhivery, all of them are stuck at Rajpura, AS USUAL. This never used to be an issue when the deliveries were done by expressbees especially for Nykaa as they would get delivered within two to three days but now the deliveries take at least 2 weeks, and we usually get them 6-7 days after the estimated delivery time. I just wanna know what exactly is happening in Rajpura that not one parcel can pass through that place without getting stuck for at least a week.

My mouse was previously sent through ekart by my rma company. Hell did that take so much to even deliver. Again now they sent my mouse through delhivery and i see the same lengthy process awaiting on me. Not delivered on time yesterday and i think the same today as well. Please deliver my mouse asap.
