I ordered prepladder notes which comes through delhivery and the delhivery boy handed me the parcel on road which was about 1 minute distance from my hostel..I asked him to drop it by my gate because it was heavy for me .but he denied and says me bad words and went away

    I had placed an order - Order ID : #ordder956, AWB No. :[protected], to be delivered to a friend in Delhi.

    I checked with my friend after recieving the email stating that the package had been delivered. She confirmed in a few days that no such courier had been delivered to her or signed for by anyone at her house.

    The signature showing delivery is merely a scribble with no name or phone number or identification. How is anyone supposed to identify if the package was correctly delivered? And can anyone sign for a package and take it?

        The product was delivered to the wrong address, I received the message as product delivered but the person didn’t received it.

          TRACKING ID[protected] || Package is not yet delivered, its in the local facility from last 10 days . Seems they have lost the baggage . Its my sister wedding and all wedding related things was there in bag .

          Even they are not bother to call us and update, simply they are sitting.

          Its very important for us . Please help me .

              I sent consumables to my brother to his college. I sent items worth 800 on 14th may 2022 from Noida, Uttar Pradesh to Mandi, Himachal Pradesh he received the package on 18th may 2022 but items inside it worth 400 were missing. It's horrible service not expected from a so called 'reliable courier service" at all. There is no customer care number on which I can call to raise this issue. I have raised the issue in the official site and email but haven't got any response. I need a response from someone from the concerned department soon. I don't want to physically visit delhivery's office for this matter kindly contact me or reply to this thread. Also it's highly unprofessional and unsanitary that the package which I had sealed from tape packed with care was tampered and items were taken out and then sealed again.
              It's not acceptable in any form and i need reimbursement for the missing items.pac

                AWB number[protected] booked on delhivery courier service on 12.05.2022 and picked up on 13.05.2022, from that day they were showing esteemated delivery time 18.05.2022 but on 18.05.2022 they showing delivery date 23.05.2022. The parcel was booked in Gangtok for Kolkata. from siliguri directly they can connect Kolkata but they connect Greater Thane from Siliguri which is far far away from Kolkata and Siliguri whereas Kolkata is nearest hub from Siliguri.

                Absolutely disguisting.

                  I had a h&m prepaid order Order number
                  2‌205‌366‌748‌2 and with package number
                  [protected]. They have not delivered the order to me who actually paid for the order and made the status delivered. This seems to be a scam from this delivery partner as I have never faced this issue from othe partner.Please help me out to get my refund or the order.

                    We have not received any reply from Delhivery service. We have tried to reach directors levels as well, but nobody took responsibility to resolve the issue. However, we sent our person to Delhivery warehouse and searched boxes by its own and found it. I suggest Delhivery courier should improve customer support service.

                      For second time Today my consignment was showing out for delivery, Just now I got a call from courier team to confirm my address and where I collect it... after that confirming my address than he realised the my address location is not his under, the office staff wrongly put the packet in his bag...HOW FUNNY..this is your service of your company. And many similar instances i have faced already in the past...and now I am waiting to see another wrong delivery update in your courier tracking site( already your team has updated wrong remarks that consignee refused to accept.no one come to deliver the same)...SHAME ON YOU. If I haven't received the packet maximum by tomorrow morning.And today now they again update wrong status that consignee refused to accept...how funny...AWB NO[protected]

                          In this day and age where even small trade companies go out of their way to stay connected to consumers and solve their query - a company like delhivery is definitely a big fail in customer service - They seem to have misplaced my product and since a month I have been following up on them on their tracking service - where we can only raise a ticket and if they feel like it they will respond. obviosuly i just got their initial response a month ago and since then there has been absolutely no response on either the situation my prouduct or my request of refund
                          Isnt it basic business protocol to make up for consumer losses ? How are we allowing such companies operate . This is almost day light robbery - an open scam

                            Icic bank set me a loan welcome kit, i received msg saying your courier is out for delivery and received the otp, after an hour i received msg saying your courier is delivered and received by abhijeet.. i thought what ?? I was in my home and didn't received the courier still got the msg saying delivered its been 1 week.. kindly resolve this asap as its bank courier private and confidential

                              Actual charge rupees 422 but the delhivery agent got 430 rupees and saying that the additional charge is usual... tracking id [protected]

                                Address: Rajouri J&K

                                Delivery segment of Rajouri district in Jammu and Kashmir do not deliver products at desired location and ask people to collect from their warehouse. Even the behaviour of Manager in Rajouri is worst.

                                    Both parcels are rto but each and every time there staff stole the parcels which are in transit for rto and they don’t even care as they know they won’t answer further on mails if they won’t trace the shipment
