April 20th item booked from noida… but still now not received the parcel. When checking the tracking status. It repeatedly changing the date of delivery.

And I couldn’t even contact customer care..

Worst service

A pickup was scheduled today and I had received the message also. Since the message came I have been calling the pickup guy but he didn't receive and then he received once and asked the address and upon listening he disconnected the call and the didn't receive my call for entire day and I got a message that the delivery guy was unable to reach my number.. Very disgusting. I am really shocked how irresponsible this guy is.
Urge u to take a stringent action against this individual who is reluctant to perform his duty.
Hope my concern will be addressed

Our Consignments have not been delivered for a month and the delhivery team provides incorrect remarks regarding the current status.They have even mentioned that they cannot locate the consignment the day after the delivery transporter says that he has loaded the consignment in his truck for delivery.We have even taken the sales executive on con call with a customer as they mentioned that the customer was unreachable and gave him the customers number again on call, but despite that the next day we were sent a remark that they do not have contact details and that customer is unreachable.
They have no customer service contact number to raise a ticket.

I have returned a package which is picked up by the agent and its been not returned to the warehouse and it is showing unexpected scan and been stuck at the same place for more than one week

as the return is being delayed I might even not get my refund so please do the necessary arrangements and there is no costumer service helpline number to register the same complaint to company delhivery...

It showing delieverd, noone call us, kinldy check where it is dleieved .

The delivery boy did not contact me and canceled my parcel and updated that the customer refused to take it.

After Delhivery delivering agent delivered my parcel, the Executives called me again and ask for returning of my parcel due to some technical issues. I further address the problem of returning since I have already use the item in my parcel which I cannot return it back making it impossible for returning. The Executive instead raise voices against me and threatened to not deliver any of my future order with my name and address anymore. Instead of solving the issue, they instead provide threats of blocking any delivery to my address.

After delivering my parcel, the Executives called me again and ask for returning of my parcel due to some technical issues. I further address the problem that I've already used the item in my parcel which I cannot return it back since it's not possible anymore. The Executive instead raise voices against me and threatened to not deliver any of my future order with my name and address anymore.

My package was frist delayed by more than 15 days and now it is showing the package is lost I mean how can that happen and when I'm trying to reach the customer care nobody is interested in replying.

SHIPMENT ESTIMATED DATE WAS 1 MAY ON 29TH April it has reached nearby destination from 29 th April not a single time attempt has been made by the service provider in return on 30 th April it out for delivery at 1pm and suddenly 8 pm update it's showing consignee is unavailable fake remarks has been updated not a single call has been done to receiver

I have order a product from moglix on 18 April and product was dispatched on 19 of April and estimated delivery time was 21 of April
Now today is 02 May2022 but i didn't receive
When I tried to contact no reply
I have urgent need of product

My shipment is at Bilaspur hub for more than 20 days and there are no relevant updates as well. There is no customer care number where I can reach out to.
Bad experience...

I ordered a Ajio product of rs 1109 and made payment via sms link provided by dilivery agent. But was successful but dilivery agent said that he was not received in his system. And said make payment again, and I made payment again. This time payment was successful and also reflected on his system.

I want my refund ASAP

I have ordered a watch with payment terms COD. The watch company (Daniel Wellington) had chosen Delhivery as their delivery agent. I have ever faced such an awful online shopping experience. It was due to the reckless behavior of your delivery agent. He called me in the morning that your parcel will be delivered by 2PM today. After that, I had been consistently trying to reach him till night. No response from his side. When I tracked the order by night, It says that the delivery has been rescheduled. Already there are news in the air regarding duplicates in case of shopping online. I was fearing to order the watch online and this kind of inept and unacceptable behavior of him adds fuel to the fire. I request you to take action against this concerned person ASAP.

Dear Sir, I had booked a shipment via SHYPLITE (aggregator) and the carrier was DELHIVERY to be received at RANIGANJ, WEST BENGAL from ERODE, the shipment was booked on 11th of APRIL and had reached Durgapur nearest hub on 18th of APRIL and since then, its been 11days and the shipment has not been delivered and I call the aggregator everyday and I'm assured that they are working on it. I am a working women and unable to go and pick it up myself. I'm being harassed by both the parties. kindly help. Even though they are in service industry, they do not have any contact point whatsoever. They even do not care to reply to my emails and have just one photo type answer.

My parcel was marked as lost on 19th april the loss was around 35000 i want you to find my parcel awb no[protected]

Delhivery message receiving from yesterday for Out of delivery of package with AWB [protected] sharing a delivery code but not yet delivered the parcel; even no attempt made by Delivery agent to reach on my number.

Still the delivery is not yet made from the courier service.

I have requested them to deliver one product from Visakhapatnam to Hyderabad on 22nd April and they showed the delivery timeline as 24th April. I packed my products and gave them for shipment, it got struck in Hyderabad from 24th April and there is no movement. There are important items for 6 months baby and which need to be delivered on time. There is no proper channel to communicate with them . Sending mails repeatedly for an enquiry and every 3rd or 4th mail they respond. The response would be “Thanks for your enquiry, your issue shall be looked at and resolved at the earliest”. I am not expecting this feedback. I wanted the products to get delivered on time or be returned back to me within a day so I can personally travel and hand it over for baby. Please provide immediate resolution.
