I went to a delivery office at siliguri dagapur on 13 of April to transport 2 of my luggages. They charged me 4200 rupees for the service and gave me a time frame of 5 to 6 days. It's been 13 days now and I have no idea about the whereabouts of my luggages. I asked for help at the office in siliguri which was useless and now they don't even answer my calls. I have also spoke. To a lawyer regarding this. This is the worst service I ever came across and I want my luggages asap. Can anyone help me please.

    I shipped a package which I cancelled soon after pickup. I'm waiting for the package to return for 10+ days. I was told the package is in my city Vadodara and will be returned to me soon. But no date is provided and I'm waiting for days. No one's responding to my emails.

    I'M THE MERCHANT WHO SHIPPED THIS PACKAGE AND I'M WAITING FOR 12+ DAYS FOR RETURN OF THIS PACKAGE. IF IT'S IN VADODARA HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO DELIVER A PACKAGE IN SAME CITY!!!

      My Father has sent me my medicine and some Non-perishable food items like pickles and snacks as I stay far away from home. On 15 April 2022 it's been more than 10 days I haven't got any response from logistics company as I tried many time to consult them but they failed to get in contact. If something will happens to my health who pays the responsibility. I want consumers rights to look into it..!!

          I have placed an order of 244L Samsung Double Door Refrigerator from Samsung Shop App on 16th April 2022 and the delivery date was of 23rd April 2022. But till now I did not get my item .

          It was last updated on 21st April 2022 and on 21st it reaches to my location hub but its 26th April 2022 and I did not get the delivery of my item or any update on the delivery.

            I place an order on delhivery on 19 Apr 2022 and they promised me delivery first on 22 Apr 2022.

            When product is jot delivered on time they again give me new time line which is 23 Apr 2022 and after that this process is going on daily basis and today is 26 Apr 2022 and still my order is not delivered.

            Please look into this

            The components that i order from delhivery is very crucial for computing task and due to this i am facing financial loss on daily basis due to Delhivery.

              The material was picked on 13.04.22 evening.
              It isn't delivered yet and the courier pick-up person answers the call with his willingness. Mostly ignoring and not answering the call

              5 days after the pick-up, the person answers the call and says, the routes are choked and on the 7th day he says"our material was missing after pickup. and it has been found after 2-3 days of search"

              When the material was picked it was well packed and when they lost it. It's visible in the image that its packing is being torn and only 1 piece out of 2 is visible.

                It is about my order from nykaa which was to be delivered through "delhivery". In the morning today i got sms from nykaa that my order is out for delivery, and also from the delhivery company with otp.
                in the evening around 4 pm i got a call from the person who had to deliver my parcel to my office address. i had 2 minutes conversation with him, i told him to deliver the parcel on the reception counter as usual, but he denied. He was compelling me to come to main gate of the premises. I told him i m in office u please deliver it to the reception counter, i will collect it in the evening. He went back without delivering my order. And moreover, he sent an sms o[censored]nsuccessful delivery attempt as he could not reach my mobile no. This was a lie, he had a 2 minute conversation with me, screen shot attached. Nykaa also did not help me as i need my order today on 25.04.2022. As my issue was not resolved by nykaa, i tried to cancel my order but I feel so helpless and highly dissatisfied that the cancellation is not allowed. Now through consumer forum i just want to register my complaint against nykaa, Delhivery and the courier man whose mobile no. is [protected]

                          We had shipped a courier of 5 boxes of some material to a big company in Sriperumbudur.

                          After 10 Days, the parcel is still missing and undelivered. We were able to find out eventually that 1 box is in some other branch and 4 boxes is in delivery branch. The delivery branch (Sriperumbudur) are extremely rude and hang up the phone in about 10 seconds saying that they can't help in this regard. They even threaten to block number.

                          Please help us... we are extremely frustrated.

                          In any case we will make sure that the BIG company blacklists the Delhivery courier and SPOTON as they are a big customer of them. They might understand the gravity of the situation then. This material is very important to the customer.

                            Hi,

                            I had ordered delivery of my package using Delhivery Direct via AWB No.[protected]. I was initially committed a timeline of 20th April, 2022 which was changed to 21nd April. The delivery timelines keep on changing. Now, thay are showing 24th as the timeline but I am sure they will not deliver on 24th as well. Such a pathetic service. I wrote an email to their Chief Business Officer also but there is no response.

                                I received a call from the delivery associate for my parcel, he reached at an incorrect address. I guided him the correct location but he started talking in an abusive language. He said "Abe ee tujhe delivery chahie to ake le warna me cancel kar dunga Teri delivery" when asked him to talk properly he said "Abe me to aisehij baat karta hu".
                                and he disconnected the call and cancelled my delivery. I need to get my parcel in the correct place. Need some help here.

                                  I had placed my order on 15th of April 2022. The product was picked up by courier agent in Biilaspur, Haryana on 16th of April and since then the product is stuck there. No more updates have been received regarding the product. The company is showing 0 responsibility towards the delivery process. I have tried contacting them many times and they don't respond to any of my mails about the delivery of my product. Also! I had called them and they were so casual about it and said it will reach by 22nd but the product is still at Bilaspur. Seems like they have kept the order on hold to replace it with a counterfeit product.

                                  I have a bunch of pending orders but unfortunately, due to the service provider being Delhivery, all of them are stuck at Rajpura, AS USUAL. This never used to be an issue when the deliveries were done by expressbees especially for Nykaa as they would get delivered within two to three days but now the deliveries take at least 2 weeks, and we usually get them 6-7 days after the estimated delivery time. I just wanna know what exactly is happening in Rajpura that not one parcel can pass through that place without getting stuck for at least a week.

                                      On Tatacliq we ordered a laptop on 13th April, our order was picked by Delhivery on 14th April from Indore (MP) and we have provided our GST number so we received eway bill notification from GST site on 15th April. Post 15th April Delhivery has not updated any information about our order's location. The major issue is that this company does not have any customer care number in order to talk to them. At the same time, TataCliq which has a customer care number only has details that Delhivery show on their website.
                                      Posting this on 22nd April post 9 days of Delhivery picked our order and almost a week trying to know where our order is.
