I had placed an order from Vila organics who used Delhivery services to ship my package. The initial date of delivery was 16th April. Since then, they are increasing the delivery date everyday and now its 21st. What is most concerning to me is that the package is in the same location since last 6 days i.e. from 13th April it shows in Nagpur and more importantly it says package missing in audit. Order was placed on 14th April for a courier from Jamshedpur to Visakhapatnam since we needed the suit to be worn on college convocation on 22nd April. The order has still (19th April) not been picked up. The customer care says that the complete address was not provided when all the details including house number, street name and pincode have been provided. My shipment with tracking no[protected] is shipped from haryana on 12th April and was reached at Kottayam on 16th. But after that no updates are shown in website till this time. I requested for reason for delivery but no reply received Usually if the shippment reached in Kottayam which is very near to me should be delivered on 17 rh or 18rh. Because 17rh is Sunday. But not delivered in Monday and I think that it cannot be delivered on 19thalso.

[protected] I haven’t received my package even after one month overdue, the estimated delivery date keeps changing every day and there is no way to contact them it’s like they deliver my package when they want and charge us up front.

Delhivery is merging with spoton. With spoton I don’t have any issues. Byt because of delhivery coming in my oarcel got late delivered and my export order got cancelled. I want cancellation fees from delhivery logistics.

Expected delivery date is 18 april, 2022 but today still it is stuck in bilaspur, HR. Very urgent courier .have made the payment also. deliver it asap

I had ordered a anarkali suit with order id - [protected] but i had received a saree and i have pay 1150₹ for it. Change my product with the right one otherwise i have to take strict action against your company

On the daily basis I am tracking the status of my courier where as there is no further movement. As I m your daily customer so my request to you is that to look into the matter. Why my courier is at hold at same location. I have urgent need of the courier.

I booked the product from my bajaj shop online EMI card and at the date of delivery the delivery agent confirmed the product got delivered, actually the delivery agent didn't ask the OTP, or AWB number to deliver my product got delivered. I raise my complaint to the delhivery courior office manager but he delayed my complaint and didn't responded.

I was supposed to receive my parcel on 14th April. When I checked the status of my parcel on tracking page it showed that our executive is out for delivery but I was not contacted by anyone on that day. When I checked it again on tracking page it showed that your delivery is rescheduled as our executive was not able to reach you. Same thing happened for the next two days. It showed that our Delhivery executive was out for delivery but then no one contacted me. On 16th April when I tracked my parcel again it showed Delivery cancelled as our Delhivery executive was not able to reach you.
Delhivery executive is not contacting me. Without contacting me Delhivery Courier Company is cancelling my order. My address and my mobile number is provided to the company even then I have not been contacted by the company. I have already raised 2 tickets regarding this issue but did not get any response till now.
I want my parcel to be delivered to me on my address as soon as possible.

I sent a courier but it is not moving ahead as it is getting reschedule without informing me. nor i am getting any update via sms

My urgent parcel via tracking id[protected] reached Delhivery facility Kanpur on 14 April 2022 4:28 AM. After that more than 3 days has been passed but Delhivery facility Kanpur hasn't dispatched/moved my parcel to forward hub till now.

Not reached on time. Still the order is stuck after a restart from Ahmedabad. Still waiting for my parcel from almost 15 days now. Pls help me retrieve my parcel.
I'm sick of their services now.
I will complain if they don't deliver my product on time now

I have been waiting for my package to be delivered from Delhi to Bangalore for almost a month. Any complaint I make on the website is just ignored. Either give me my package or give me a refund.

Tracking AWB- [protected]. The package had a ring that i ordered from a Instagram store which was shipped on 1st April and reached jaipur around 6th April. Since then my package wasn't delivered on time, and was sitting in the local warehouse, viz. Delhivery warehouse ramnagariya, opposite SKIT college, jagatpura jaipur. After waiting for almost 1 week, in the end i went to the warehouse myself on 13 th April to pick the package, but encountered a very rude staff who were not ready to handle the package and used foul language. After a heated argument i somehow managed to get the no.of the guy sitting on the desk named Rahul Jain ( [protected]). He promised me to deliver the package on 14th. On 14th i received the package to know that the ring wasnt inside and the package was tampered had a hole in it. What i think happened here is after having the argument with that guy, he intentionally took the ring out, because of the massive ego problem these guys have.
The amount I paid for the ring was 899rs. So i hope i get reimbursed for it, and necessary actions are taken against such people from your team.
In the end i am not using delhivery courier ser ice ever again, and i ask everyone to do the same. Indian post is far more reliable than these people.

Only 8 out of 10 cartons delivered. 2 missing. Please deliver remaining 2 cartons.

So whenever I order something and the product is shipped through Delhivery the delivery boy always tells me to pay 10 or 20 extra so when I tell him why is so he is just beating around the bush so I want you guys to look into the matter and give proper guidance to these delivery boys so that we can shop freely

I have ordered a MI phone. The shipment was created on Delhivery courier service but Prepaid order cancelled without my consent when the shipment arrived at destination office.
