Hi,

I had ordered delivery of my package using Delhivery Direct via AWB No.[protected]. I was initially committed a timeline of 20th April, 2022 which was changed to 21nd April. The delivery timelines keep on changing. Now, thay are showing 24th as the timeline but I am sure they will not deliver on 24th as well. Such a pathetic service. I wrote an email to their Chief Business Officer also but there is no response.

    Hi, Ankush This side, i have a parcel of kitchen utensils … which i got it feom my inlaws, and this basdard bloody delhivery guys marked it lost and claimed me just 200 rupees for that..
    its their responsibility to get it back and i really want it back anyhow, hwre are the details

      I received a call from the delivery associate for my parcel, he reached at an incorrect address. I guided him the correct location but he started talking in an abusive language. He said "Abe ee tujhe delivery chahie to ake le warna me cancel kar dunga Teri delivery" when asked him to talk properly he said "Abe me to aisehij baat karta hu".
      and he disconnected the call and cancelled my delivery. I need to get my parcel in the correct place. Need some help here.

        I had placed my order on 15th of April 2022. The product was picked up by courier agent in Biilaspur, Haryana on 16th of April and since then the product is stuck there. No more updates have been received regarding the product. The company is showing 0 responsibility towards the delivery process. I have tried contacting them many times and they don't respond to any of my mails about the delivery of my product. Also! I had called them and they were so casual about it and said it will reach by 22nd but the product is still at Bilaspur. Seems like they have kept the order on hold to replace it with a counterfeit product.

        I have a bunch of pending orders but unfortunately, due to the service provider being Delhivery, all of them are stuck at Rajpura, AS USUAL. This never used to be an issue when the deliveries were done by expressbees especially for Nykaa as they would get delivered within two to three days but now the deliveries take at least 2 weeks, and we usually get them 6-7 days after the estimated delivery time. I just wanna know what exactly is happening in Rajpura that not one parcel can pass through that place without getting stuck for at least a week.

            On Tatacliq we ordered a laptop on 13th April, our order was picked by Delhivery on 14th April from Indore (MP) and we have provided our GST number so we received eway bill notification from GST site on 15th April. Post 15th April Delhivery has not updated any information about our order's location. The major issue is that this company does not have any customer care number in order to talk to them. At the same time, TataCliq which has a customer care number only has details that Delhivery show on their website.
            Posting this on 22nd April post 9 days of Delhivery picked our order and almost a week trying to know where our order is.

                    I received message that my package was lost in transit. Which is very strange because I had 2 parcels sent at the same time for the same address, one was delivered the other one lost. How can this be possible? The value of my parcel is rs. 15000 but I got the refund only the delivery fee. I submitted complaint but no answer.
                    Shall I file a police/court complaint to receive my refund (parcel value)?
                    Can the parcel still be found even though is marked as lost?
                    Please advise.

                        I had placed an order for Girls green checkered Tshirt and skirt set - of order id:[protected], placed on 7th April 2022. Hopscotch package with AWB no:[protected], has not delivered to me.
                        While I am placing the order t shows expected delivery on 14th April 2022. Then somewhat delivery status shows as delayed. Today (20th April 2022) I got an OTP messege from Delhivery courier service but product not delivered. And When I checked in Hopstoch app, it is showing as delivered.

                          Here are the AWB numbers not moving from bhiwandi delhivery hub in Maharashtra. I am the shipper, i dont have a solid answer when customers contact me when they will receive to the product.

                            I am sick and tired of this courier company now. My tracking ID is[protected]. The original delivery date was 16th and each day sine then they keep increasing the delivery date. The problematic part is there is no way to contact Delhivery, I have raised atleast 5 to 6 queries on their portal and no response yet. I urge all customers never to use their services. It is pathetic.

                              Dear Team,

                              We are facing so many issues from Delhivery courier agency, my all issues mention as below.

                              1. Company is updating the wrong status and the staff is also not good behavior because I talk with his ground team also and the manager also all are 3rd class.

                              2. Company's system is show a serviceable pin code but after the booking company told pin code location and the actual location is so fare so we cannot be delivered the shipment as per the address. so my question is Pincode is why showing in the system?

                              3. We have to create a so many tickets on his portal but with no resolution ticket is close.

                                  I just received a message that my package was lost in transit. It’s very strange because I sent 2 parcels at the same time for the same address, one was delivered one was lost. The value of my package is rs. 15000 but they refunded only shipping fees.
                                  Shall I find a police/court complaint to get refunded the actual value they lost (stoled?) ? What is the process?
                                  If the parcel can still be found, even though mentioned as lost please advise.

                                        This is to apprise your good-self that I booked a parcel with shiprocket on 8/3/2022 from Nellore to Varanasi. For the first five days no one came to pick up the parcel even after repeated escalations. Then on 12/3/2022 I changed courier partner to delhivery. Even then it has been over a week no one has contacted for pickup.

                                        This is the height of carelessness on the part of the shiprocket...
