My package was about to deliver on 14th of April but the delivery date keeps on changing and I haven't received the package yet. The courier was urgent. Kindly deliver it asap

I just received a message that my package was lost in transit. It’s very strange because I sent 2 parcels at the same time for the same address, one was delivered one was lost. The value of my package is rs. 15000 but they refunded only shipping fees.
Shall I find a police/court complaint to get refunded the actual value they lost (stoled?) ? What is the process?
If the parcel can still be found, even though mentioned as lost please advise.

Two cartons picked up on 12/4/2022 from Andheri East, Mumbai by Razak contact number [protected] one tracking I'd received one carton delivered on 19/4/2022 at Delhi.

still waiting for second tracking I'd and delivery of second carton.

The pick up receipt numbers of the two cartons ie customer receipt numbers are DLVPC[protected] and DLVPC[protected].

This is to apprise your good-self that I booked a parcel with shiprocket on 8/3/2022 from Nellore to Varanasi. For the first five days no one came to pick up the parcel even after repeated escalations. Then on 12/3/2022 I changed courier partner to delhivery. Even then it has been over a week no one has contacted for pickup.

This is the height of carelessness on the part of the shiprocket...

We have been chased you so many times for the update I don't know what's taking you so long to respond the estimated delivery date was 15 April now it came to 18 April but still the I don't see any changes in tracking update sorry to say we have chased you so many times but you people are not even bother to respond or give status we also understand the parcel can be delayed sometimes due to uncontrollable reasons but we can except the status to know our order and yesterday it was showing greater Thane since 15 April it's showing greater Thane then too even after 4 days parcel didn't reached ULHASNAGAR i.e it's destination it hardly takes 1.5hr by road from Thane to ULHASNAGAR we didn't except this kind of services from you people sorry to say if by today we didn't received our order or status we are going to raise a complaint against the organisation.

I had shipped out a high value item from Chhattisgarh to Hyderabad, It’s been 18 days and it still hasn’t been delivered. Since 10 days it’s showing stuck in Hyderabad facility. Kindly help to solve this issue immediately. Delhivery doesn't even have any customer support number and they don’t respond to emails.

I had placed an order from Vila organics who used Delhivery services to ship my package. The initial date of delivery was 16th April. Since then, they are increasing the delivery date everyday and now its 21st. Order was placed on 14th April for a courier from Jamshedpur to Visakhapatnam since we needed the suit to be worn on college convocation on 22nd April. My shipment with tracking no[protected] is shipped from haryana on 12th April and was reached at Kottayam on 16th. But after that no updates are shown in website till this time. I requested for reason for delivery but no reply received Usually if the shippment reached in Kottayam which is very near to me should be delivered on 17 rh or 18rh. Because 17rh is Sunday. But not delivered in Monday and I think that it cannot be delivered on 19thalso.

Delhivery is merging with spoton. With spoton I don’t have any issues. Byt because of delhivery coming in my oarcel got late delivered and my export order got cancelled. I want cancellation fees from delhivery logistics.

Expected delivery date is 18 april, 2022 but today still it is stuck in bilaspur, HR. Very urgent courier .have made the payment also. deliver it asap
