Hi Delhivery

Pls check the four AWB # for which deliveries are scheduled and i am quite surprised that some of them have been in Hyderabad for near to a week but have not been delivered yet.

        We have been chased you so many times for the update I don't know what's taking you so long to respond the estimated delivery date was 15 April now it came to 18 April but still the I don't see any changes in tracking update sorry to say we have chased you so many times but you people are not even bother to respond or give status we also understand the parcel can be delayed sometimes due to uncontrollable reasons but we can except the status to know our order and yesterday it was showing greater Thane since 15 April it's showing greater Thane then too even after 4 days parcel didn't reached ULHASNAGAR i.e it's destination it hardly takes 1.5hr by road from Thane to ULHASNAGAR we didn't except this kind of services from you people sorry to say if by today we didn't received our order or status we are going to raise a complaint against the organisation.

              I had shipped out a high value item from Chhattisgarh to Hyderabad, It’s been 18 days and it still hasn’t been delivered. Since 10 days it’s showing stuck in Hyderabad facility. Kindly help to solve this issue immediately. Delhivery doesn't even have any customer support number and they don’t respond to emails.

                Package missing in Audit & delayed

                I had placed an order from Vila organics who used Delhivery services to ship my package. The initial date of delivery was 16th April. Since then, they are increasing the delivery date everyday and now its 21st. What is most concerning to me is that the package is in the same location since last 6 days i.e. from 13th April it shows in Nagpur and more importantly it says package missing in audit. What is going on, there is no way to contact...

                Order was placed on 14th April for a courier from Jamshedpur to Visakhapatnam since we needed the suit to be worn on college convocation on 22nd April. The order has still (19th April) not been picked up. The customer care says that the complete address was not provided when all the details including house number, street name and pincode have been provided.                 My shipment with tracking no[protected] is shipped from haryana on 12th April and was reached at Kottayam on 16th. But after that no updates are shown in website till this time. I requested for reason for delivery but no reply received Usually if the shippment reached in Kottayam which is very near to me should be delivered on 17 rh or 18rh. Because 17rh is Sunday. But not delivered in Monday and I think that it cannot be delivered on 19thalso.

                  [protected] I haven’t received my package even after one month overdue, the estimated delivery date keeps changing every day and there is no way to contact them it’s like they deliver my package when they want and charge us up front.

                    Delhivery is merging with spoton. With spoton I don’t have any issues. Byt because of delhivery coming in my oarcel got late delivered and my export order got cancelled. I want cancellation fees from delhivery logistics.

                              Sir,
                              I booked the product from my bajaj shop online EMI card and at the date of delivery the delivery agent confirmed the product got delivered, actually the delivery agent didn't ask the OTP, or AWB number to deliver my product got delivered. I raise my complaint to the delhivery courior office manager but he delayed my complaint and didn't responded.

                                I was supposed to receive my parcel on 14th April. When I checked the status of my parcel on tracking page it showed that our executive is out for delivery but I was not contacted by anyone on that day. When I checked it again on tracking page it showed that your delivery is rescheduled as our executive was not able to reach you. Same thing happened for the next two days. It showed that our Delhivery executive was out for delivery but then no one contacted me. On 16th April when I tracked my parcel again it showed Delivery cancelled as our Delhivery executive was not able to reach you.
                                Delhivery executive is not contacting me. Without contacting me Delhivery Courier Company is cancelling my order. My address and my mobile number is provided to the company even then I have not been contacted by the company. I have already raised 2 tickets regarding this issue but did not get any response till now.
                                I want my parcel to be delivered to me on my address as soon as possible.

                                    My urgent parcel via tracking id[protected] reached Delhivery facility Kanpur on 14 April 2022 4:28 AM. After that more than 3 days has been passed but Delhivery facility Kanpur hasn't dispatched/moved my parcel to forward hub till now.
