I sent a courier but it is not moving ahead as it is getting reschedule without informing me. nor i am getting any update via sms

kindly deliver my courier asap as its very urgent

My urgent parcel via tracking id[protected] reached Delhivery facility Kanpur on 14 April 2022 4:28 AM. After that more than 3 days has been passed but Delhivery facility Kanpur hasn't dispatched/moved my parcel to forward hub till now.

Not reached on time. Still the order is stuck after a restart from Ahmedabad. Still waiting for my parcel from almost 15 days now. Pls help me retrieve my parcel.
I'm sick of their services now.
I will complain if they don't deliver my product on time now

I have been waiting for my package to be delivered from Delhi to Bangalore for almost a month. Any complaint I make on the website is just ignored. Either give me my package or give me a refund.

Tracking AWB- [protected]. The package had a ring that i ordered from a Instagram store which was shipped on 1st April and reached jaipur around 6th April. Since then my package wasn't delivered on time, and was sitting in the local warehouse, viz. Delhivery warehouse ramnagariya, opposite SKIT college, jagatpura jaipur. After waiting for almost 1 week, in the end i went to the warehouse myself on 13 th April to pick the package, but encountered a very rude staff who were not ready to handle the package and used foul language. After a heated argument i somehow managed to get the no.of the guy sitting on the desk named Rahul Jain ( [protected]). He promised me to deliver the package on 14th. On 14th i received the package to know that the ring wasnt inside and the package was tampered had a hole in it. What i think happened here is after having the argument with that guy, he intentionally took the ring out, because of the massive ego problem these guys have.
The amount I paid for the ring was 899rs. So i hope i get reimbursed for it, and necessary actions are taken against such people from your team.
In the end i am not using delhivery courier ser ice ever again, and i ask everyone to do the same. Indian post is far more reliable than these people.

Only 8 out of 10 cartons delivered. 2 missing. Please deliver remaining 2 cartons.

So whenever I order something and the product is shipped through Delhivery the delivery boy always tells me to pay 10 or 20 extra so when I tell him why is so he is just beating around the bush so I want you guys to look into the matter and give proper guidance to these delivery boys so that we can shop freely

I have ordered a MI phone. The shipment was created on Delhivery courier service but Prepaid order cancelled without my consent when the shipment arrived at destination office.

First of all there is no customer support number where we can talk and co-ordinate. I need to send this parcel to my sil in the usa. The parcel was supposed to be delviered today. They never called me and now status says pending. Please arrange to deliver at the earliest. Otherwise no point. Please help.

This is the worst courier company. They keep doing everything unfair- changing status, keeping packages at hub center for 1 week then moving to another far away hub center, not proving any update or resolution and shamelessly delaying courier delivery. from 6th April the courier package is in same location Bangalore but they don't deliver it. they have no customer care number to call or report the issue, they do not provide any proper answer on mails. many people are suffering from this as daily I see 40-50 complaints on the same on social media. this is a very careless unprofessional and irresponsible courier company and should be taken to task for treating their customers so poorly.

I placed an order from Mi.com/india app.Model name- Redmi 10T 5G graphite black color with 4GB+64GB and I paid online 1399. But I received messages of delivered on phone and on Mi app also.Unfortunately, I didn't get any call or message regarding Delivery from delivery boy. Directly received message your order is placed...No order received. I collected my salary for this but no phone and amount also deducted..

Delhivery in Munnar was asking us to come and collect a big refrigerator from their office and when we refused to comply, since then they are playing tricks and making our entire experience miserable.
Sometimes, they will just call our number and tell us that they will delivery in 30 minutes, we kept waiting for the delivery the whole day, but no one will come, and at the end of the day they will update it us delivery unsuccessful.
We are a Resort in Munnar and we are open 24x7, there will be some one at the reception at all the time. And the phone is always available and will be picked up.

When we enquire with amazon and asked them, why the delivery is not happening, they said Delhivery is not able to contact the customers number.
That number is always available and someone always pickup that call as this is our reception number.

In the end they kept lying about the delivery and endup the item returned to seller.

I have made another order now and please make sure this time the delivery is on time and no dirty tricks are being played.

Hi Team

A parcel(RBL Credit Card) has been shipped to you center at Shankarpally on 17/03/2022 with order ID[protected] but is not delivered till 10-15days so I have approached the center where I have found my parcel. I requested your staff(Bhuvaneswar and Rakesh) to handover it to me but they said that it is processed for return due to no response from me for delivering but i have not received any info or call from your team. They promised me to handover it to me the next day after updating in the system. The next day i have tried reaching them through phone but of no response so I reached their to collect it but they said that the item has already returned.

I need an apology and explanation from your staff at shankarpally by delivering the Card.

I was about to receive a parcel from your courier company but it arrived yesterday but the parcel was damaged. You do not care about the parcel.
