Dear team,

i am afreen, i have send the parcel of 12k worth of rs. 13500/- customer has not received the package, but the delhivery team, themself marked the sign of the customer as received. Provided there is no customer care or help line number provided address the issue. I kindly request to address my query and close this case.

      It is showing that my package has been returned but still I haven't received it
      I have shipped my package from Delhi to Araria from A.K. enterprises to Milan distributors
      I have shipped my package with proper gst bill, purchase order, undertaking, non dangerous goods letter with proper stamp and sign, drug license, gst certificate, letter head application
      I have also attached all my documents in this mail
      I am also attaching my tracking slip
      Kindly reply as soon as possible

        Recently I booked a COD order which was delivered through Delhivery

        When I tried to make payment to the delivery person via the payment link shared to me by him, the transaction failed but of Rs****/- debitted from my account.

        Later I paid Cash to the delivery person and received my courier.

        I also got a message regarding failed transaction as below from Delhivery

        "Oops! Payment attempted through payment link for AWB(s) ************* failed. Any amount if debited from your account will get refunded within *-* business days. - Delhivery"

        But no refund received to my account till date.

          My order through dehivery was out for delivery today, and when it comes i was in mid of my exam in which i m not eable to talk or pick phone cz I was being protocored.Delivery guy called me 9 times continuously and not even that he came to my doorstep to deliver my parcel and start ringing bell.Due to continuously call i have to leave my exam in mid to pick parcel.is this you guys called delivery it is forced delivery like pathetic.if a person is not picking his/her call he/she might be in some emergency situation or anything but this forced delivery is pathetic like m tooo much dissapointed from your service.i have to leave my exam in mid just bcz delivery person is calling again and again . Delhivery should teach their delivery men how to behave .they should not call someone more than 3 times.
          Even I told him nd said don't u understand that I m busy or doing something that's why m not eable to pick cll.besidr everything I have to end my exam nd that's the loss irreversible.I wanted to complaint about Delhivery

              When i placed order on amazon.in for my groceries, they gave me a promised date of delivery of 8th April 2022. And did not even provide the tracking ID for my order. The delivery executive have called me on the day prior to my promised day which is on 07th April 2022, and was warning me the closure of office time which is at 2:00pm IST. I pleaded the delivery executive to reschedule the order to the next day. But the delivery agent have cancelled the order without my consent and later after hours described the product were damaged. They do it on a regular basis, whenever it's not possible with their timings they simply cancel the order stating it was damaged, but they damage it. They cancel it without customer's consent. tracking ID:[protected]

                I had an order delivered by Nykaa by delhivery, the boy who came to deliver was trying to come awfully close to me, the delivery code was not sent to me at first and when I told him that he trying to peek in my phone and came really close to me at a distance that didn’t feel safe, when I shouted at him he called a person who I believe was the real delivery partner because after the code was sent to me, he didn’t type the code on his phone but told it to the person on the phone.

                There is no proper number or forum for me to lodge this complaint but I’m writing it here because this isn’t a small thing, it made me feel very unsafe, I have it on my cc tv camera if you need proof, this person has come twice to delivery my parcel and each time he made me feel unsafe and uncomfortable

                  I am writing this for my recent Delhivery order

                  I ordered from Ajio and the payment mode was COD
                  after trying payment thrice only once it was successful the other times it was a failure but my amount was deducted. The amount that was to be deducted only once was 1350 but instead the payment was made additionally twice summing to an extra amount of 2700.

                  You guys have no helpline nor proper email id

                  Your transaction at www.delhivery.com using Kotak Debit Card XX5580 on 06/04/2022 could not be processed as System error. Please try later. If problem persists, please call our 24 Hrs Customer Contact Centre for further assistance.


                  I have spoken to the bank who shared that the debited amount will go to your account twice and not come back to my bank account so you have to raise a dispute and refund from your end.

                  I got this message twice and my delhivery tracking ID WAS [protected]

                  Revert within 24 hours with a solution about the same.

                  Or else I have to register a case of fraud

                      My tar book issued by IMEI was picked by Delhivery on 25th march and reached Chennai hub on 27 march. its been 10 days since it arrived there still the parcel hasn't left the Chennai hub. Even after multiple queries through their site(the only option), no response from Delhivery team. there is no customer care number to contact them.

                        Want to draw more light on very urgent order, awb [protected] This package should be delivered on yesterday. But Delhivery was such irresponsible that they did not deliver.. But while asking for as delivery charge they do it professionally.

                          Delhivery personnel upload and present falsified information in regards to delivery attempts. The company does not respond to any complaints and holds no valid customer service number.
                          Inability to perform of what was assured is fradulent and companies which use their service are being penalized in the form of customer insults and loss.

                          In addition to that they are acquiring other smaller more efficient logistics companies and ruining the ecosystem.

                                  These guys are just sending my parcel from one city to another since 15 days.

                                  They don't have any customer contact details neither phone nor any email. We can't even log complaints on their website.
                                  I am trying to connect with them since 15 days on every single medium twitter/fb/ linkedin. Got no response.

                                  Please ask them to at least have customer service. or return my parcel to origin.

                                        Hi,

                                        There is no update on the status of AWB Number[protected]. The parcel reached the nearest delivery center 5 days ago but has not been sent for delivery. When I contacted the customer care, all I get is a canned answer - Apologies for the delay. The shipment with AWB #[protected] has reached its destination center Hyderabad (Telangana). We are arranging delivery on priority.

                                        I managed to get the contact number of the local incharge. All he has been telling me there is no vehicle available for me to be able to send it. You guys run a courier service. How can you not have vehicles for delivery.

                                        Can someone please look into this and help.
