      Dear Customer manager,

      I am writing today to complain of the very pathetic service and response to the customer issue, I contacted the DTDC (Udaipur) office for delivering my KTM Duke 200 ( Lorry receipt number:[protected], 29/3/22 Udaipur 313001 through Delhivery and paid the amount for Handling with care charges. But on 4th April 2022 I got my bike at the Delhivery office, Pune (Handewadi) with major problems and damages. Both the damage and the bill I will be attaching with the mail.

      I contacted the Delhivery officials with the above issue of damage in my bike and got a distressful response with no accountable and logical answer.

      I always believed in the integrity of your esteemed company but encountered just opposite services in reality. I hope this is not what you promise to a customer.

      As my solution I am seeking the company to pay the amount for damage.

      The damage which is caused during shipping of my bike:

      Damaged side stand sensor
      Damaged rear headlight


      I will appreciate the request of mine being fulfilled or you coming to an alternate solution as soon as possible. As I trust this matter can be resolved quickly.

        It’s part of responsibility while choosing partner. But you should know your partner with whom your dealing with. Your customer SNIKEFITS https://snikefits.com is selling used underwear and bra panties. And also your company is shipping product with fake GSTIN without verifying.

        It’s not just your company’s responsibility to shipped the parcel you should cross verify the genuinely of sender. GSTIN 07AXEPK0337R1Z5 also mentioned was fake

          Hi!
          Im mailing you with soo much irritation..I im living in a village for some reasons and i have ordered many products through amazon and netmeds.Il mention the tracking ID of those below..None of it was delivered.For Amazon parcles they sent rescheduled message for three days and atlast sent delivered messgae but they dint deliver yet i have prepaid for all the parcel.And for netmed parcel it is a urgent medicine for 1year old baby which is need to be delivered today..You people dont you know the seriousness of medicines and a life.You do you delivery agents delay like a ###.I have gone in person to the nearest hub(Thirukoilure [this is the last hub to reach my home] )but the shop is closed always. will you deliver my products or no

              Dear Team,

              I am writing this mail as a complaint about one of your delivery agents who refused to hand over necessary medicine ordered through Apollo 247 app, Order No #[protected]. AWB No :[protected] .Today one of Delhivey’s agent called me and asked me to collect the package 2.5 km away from my delivery location. I clearly mentioned my delivery address before placing the order through your app. It is not my headache to find who is delivering the package to my address. The delivery guy says that he got orders from his superiors to not deliver the product to their client's address. Regarding this, I just contacted his branch manager and asked him why the product was not delivered to my address. He says that it is not his duty to deliver the product to each and every customer's address, if it is important he will hand over the package to one of the shop near ( 1.5 km away ) from my address. I just try to convey that this is an important package and it contains necessary medicines. But he is not willing to understand my situation and he says if i am not collecting the package from his area, then cancel the order. I just mentioned to him that I will definitely complain about this issue to your higher authority, then he says that he knows how to manage the complaint forward from my end.

              Is this the right manners of Delhiverys agents towards your customers. ? While I am checking your website, it seems that your service is door-to-door, and I am eligible to get the package at my address. I think Apollo 247 paid your service charge to deliver the package to my exact location without any fault. I already raised a concern on your website regarding the same.

              To the Management, it's my right to get the package at my address, not in a road or any other local shop. Also its a clear breach of consumer rights that is assured by the Supreme Court of India.

              He says if you're not accepting the product at their place within 3 days, it will automatically cancel and return back to the seller. I am clearly mentioning that “ I AM NOT WILLING TO COLLECT THE PACKAGE AT ANY PREMISES OR ANY OTHER OFFICE. IT SHOULD BE DELIVER TO MY ADDRESS MENTIONED IN THE PACKAGE “

              This is my concern and complaint. I am looking forward for kind and needful actions towards my complaint and kindly train at least your Branch Managers to how to behave towards your customers.

                My parcel is roaming here and there from last 6 days and I have no information about it. I tried contacting company but couldn't connect. However I managed to contact a person from delhivery at gwalior facility but i had no support from anyone. Now my parcel is at Morena delhivery facility but i am unable to contact anyone. I need my parcel urgently so at least give me some contact whom I can call and know the location of parcel so that I could pick it up by myself.

                  I did not receive my shipment but it is marked as delivered AWB [protected] . I was not available at the moment so told the agent to come back later. And then the package was marked as delivered. When contacted the agent he told that the package was left under the steps in my apartment. But it was not there.

                  I raised a complaint in Delhivery and was told that I'll get the proof of delivery. What use is the proof of delivery when package was not delivered at all?

                  The Delhivery doesn't have a phone support and they're not replying on the e-mail either.

                  Kindly help me with this and deliver the parcel ASAP

                          Recently I booked a COD order which was delivered through Delhivery

                          When I tried to make payment to the delivery person via the payment link shared to me by him, the transaction failed but of Rs****/- debitted from my account.

                          Later I paid Cash to the delivery person and received my courier.

                          I also got a message regarding failed transaction as below from Delhivery

                          "Oops! Payment attempted through payment link for AWB(s) ************* failed. Any amount if debited from your account will get refunded within *-* business days. - Delhivery"

                          But no refund received to my account till date.

                            My order through dehivery was out for delivery today, and when it comes i was in mid of my exam in which i m not eable to talk or pick phone cz I was being protocored.Delivery guy called me 9 times continuously and not even that he came to my doorstep to deliver my parcel and start ringing bell.Due to continuously call i have to leave my exam in mid to pick parcel.is this you guys called delivery it is forced delivery like pathetic.if a person is not picking his/her call he/she might be in some emergency situation or anything but this forced delivery is pathetic like m tooo much dissapointed from your service.i have to leave my exam in mid just bcz delivery person is calling again and again . Delhivery should teach their delivery men how to behave .they should not call someone more than 3 times.
                            Even I told him nd said don't u understand that I m busy or doing something that's why m not eable to pick cll.besidr everything I have to end my exam nd that's the loss irreversible.I wanted to complaint about Delhivery

                                When i placed order on amazon.in for my groceries, they gave me a promised date of delivery of 8th April 2022. And did not even provide the tracking ID for my order. The delivery executive have called me on the day prior to my promised day which is on 07th April 2022, and was warning me the closure of office time which is at 2:00pm IST. I pleaded the delivery executive to reschedule the order to the next day. But the delivery agent have cancelled the order without my consent and later after hours described the product were damaged. They do it on a regular basis, whenever it's not possible with their timings they simply cancel the order stating it was damaged, but they damage it.                                   I had an order delivered by Nykaa by delhivery, the boy who came to deliver was trying to come awfully close to me, the delivery code was not sent to me at first and when I told him that he trying to peek in my phone and came really close to me at a distance that didn’t feel safe, when I shouted at him he called a person who I believe was the real delivery partner because after the code was sent to me, he didn’t type the code on his phone but told it to the person on the phone.

                                  There is no proper number or forum for me to lodge this complaint but I’m writing it here because this isn’t a small thing, it made me feel very unsafe, I have it on my cc tv camera if you need proof, this person has come twice to delivery my parcel and each time he made me feel unsafe and uncomfortable

                                    I am writing this for my recent Delhivery order

                                    I ordered from Ajio and the payment mode was COD
                                    after trying payment thrice only once it was successful the other times it was a failure but my amount was deducted. The amount that was to be deducted only once was 1350 but instead the payment was made additionally twice summing to an extra amount of 2700.

                                    You guys have no helpline nor proper email id

                                    Your transaction at www.delhivery.com using Kotak Debit Card XX5580 on 06/04/2022 could not be processed as System error. Please try later. If problem persists, please call our 24 Hrs Customer Contact Centre for further assistance.


                                    I have spoken to the bank who shared that the debited amount will go to your account twice and not come back to my bank account so you have to raise a dispute and refund from your end.

                                    I got this message twice and my delhivery tracking ID WAS [protected]

                                    Revert within 24 hours with a solution about the same.

                                    Or else I have to register a case of fraud

                                        My tar book issued by IMEI was picked by Delhivery on 25th march and reached Chennai hub on 27 march. its been 10 days since it arrived there still the parcel hasn't left the Chennai hub. Even after multiple queries through their site(the only option), no response from Delhivery team. there is no customer care number to contact them.
