Writing this mail to inform you that my parcel is not yet delivered to me, but the status in my app is shown as delivered which is wrong.
We have also visited the delhivery office today, to check on this but were informed that it's delivered.
From my past orders also I have seen very frequently that the items will not be delivered to the customer, but in the app it will be updated as delivered. Hence, to cross check that we went to visit the office in our location and were very disappointed when we didn't get our products.
Highly disappointed with the services.
