Want to draw more light on very urgent order, awb [protected] This package should be delivered on yesterday. But Delhivery was such irresponsible that they did not deliver.. But while asking for as delivery charge they do it professionally.

This delivery is urgent and which should be delivered at my address

Till now I don't see any response from Delhivery side. This is so ridiculous!

    Delhivery personnel upload and present falsified information in regards to delivery attempts. The company does not respond to any complaints and holds no valid customer service number.
    Inability to perform of what was assured is fradulent and companies which use their service are being penalized in the form of customer insults and loss.

    In addition to that they are acquiring other smaller more efficient logistics companies and ruining the ecosystem.

            These guys are just sending my parcel from one city to another since 15 days.

            They don't have any customer contact details neither phone nor any email. We can't even log complaints on their website.
            I am trying to connect with them since 15 days on every single medium twitter/fb/ linkedin. Got no response.

            Please ask them to at least have customer service. or return my parcel to origin.

              I am writing this because I have made an order on delhivery to ship my product and I have made the payment to delhivery but now they have not come to pick up my order from my home since three days and if I am cancelling my order they are saying that it is not refundable

                I had arranged a pick up from delhivery direct, and the parcel was picked up, but not updated on site. No updates were given and they have refunded the money, but my parcel has been misplaced, not returned back to me.

                  Hi,

                  There is no update on the status of AWB Number[protected]. The parcel reached the nearest delivery center 5 days ago but has not been sent for delivery. When I contacted the customer care, all I get is a canned answer - Apologies for the delay. The shipment with AWB #[protected] has reached its destination center Hyderabad (Telangana). We are arranging delivery on priority.

                  I managed to get the contact number of the local incharge. All he has been telling me there is no vehicle available for me to be able to send it. You guys run a courier service. How can you not have vehicles for delivery.

                  Can someone please look into this and help.

                    I have ordered one product from Meesho in cash on delivery option. While scanning the qr code to make payment, it didnt work initially. So re-attempted payment in the same page without scanning qr code. Payment got successful but it was showing payment couldnt complete in your website. So made payment again using qr code. So totally 2 payments were done for the same product. Attaching the details of payment in the screenshot. Kindly check on it and do the needful.

                    Hello,
                    I have ordered lehenga from royal anarkali which was delivered by dhelivery. I paid in cod. After recieving the package, it was different package (not as shown in the picture). The quality of product is very cheap. i tried contacting the seller. But not replying me even after seeing the messages. I paid 2100 in cash. Can u help ?

                        My return shipment is supposed to be delivered on 30th March 2022 and it’s 3rd April now and all I could see is status out for delivery and it’s not attempted. My tracking number [protected] I raised numerous complaint and there is no proper support from the courier service. My funds are in hold because of the delay. Such a poor service I have seen various shipping companies they do care their customers with proper support.

                            My package from delhivery is unusually late.when I track my package it's staying at Rajpura hub for more than a week.The estimated delivery date was April 1 now it's April 4. when will I recieve the package.Very disappointed from the experience of such a reputed brand like delhivery

                              I have booked a parcel for expedited shipping but pickup has been delayed. The first day no one called and no reason was given. The second day the executive called for directions and then said that the parcel will be picked up tomorrow and then I got a message saying that pickup did not happen because the parcel was not ready which is incorrect. I raised complaints online via there portal but did not even get an automated email acknowledgement. I have no way of reaching customer care.

                                This is the second type of fraud I had to face by a courier guy from Delhivery courier in Kolkata. Biswajit Das Mob-[protected] (as he told me) came on[protected] and picked up a return parcel from me which was supposed to be picked by another courier agency (Shadowfax). He fooled me saying you will get SMS (for which I am still waiting). He didn't provide me with any physical receipt also. I came to understand about the fraud when another person from Shadowfax came to pick up the same parcel. Please take strict action against DELIVERY COURIER who appoint fraudsters and run scams.

                                  It has reached my city on 28th March but the delivery is delayed since 3 days.

                                    My product reached my nearest hub on 27th march
                                    March 27 & 28 is strike so they are unable to deliver my product but march 30 & 31 there is no strike nothing they can deliver my product if they wish..

One of your delivery Executive from that area has denied the courier not delivered to my home you just come outside from home to pick up your courier otherwise I’m did not deliver the courier.
