My order (TRACKING ID [protected]) details are showing is still showing that it is expected to be delivered on 25th March. It is 30th March today and I still haven't received any update even after raising several complaint tickets.
When will I receive my packet. It has been so long since I ordered. Kindly answer or update me on this.
Let me know when I will receive this.

I have not received my shipment. Tracking no AWB [protected] and I have received msg that it has been delivered. I have already sent email to Delhivery customer support team but there is no response from them. I am surprise to know my shipment delivered to some other person without delivery code. It was confidential shipment as it came from my bank so I really someone to trace this out for me....

My parcel with awb number[protected] from Delhi was routed to Bilaspur chattisgarh. It had to reach Ranchi Jharkhand as the destination. But somehow, it was sent to Ludhiana and then Rajpura in Punjab and is there for over 2 days now! There's no contact number and they haven't replied to my email.

Why your correspondence is not picking my returned shipment from my house and calling me 6-7 km away from my house.
I was go there.. where he ask me to give him my shipment which is about 6 km away from my house

I have a parcel with AWB[protected], I'm sure delhiivery guy's should get my contact information from the above AWB Number, I have not been contacted by your delivery agent and the status gets updated as is consignee is unavailable in the tracking status, please check and delivery the parcel at the earliest.

I want to file a complaint against delhivery for losing my shipment and for an irresponsible and unprofessional behavior against customers.
I had booked a shipment (Large Trolley bag with all my clothes -23kg) from Banagalore to Silchar via Delhivery through shiprocket.
On 10/03/2022, the delhivery guys came to pick up my shipment.
On 15/03/2022, I received an update that the shipment status is RTO, returned to origin due to Operational Constraints. I have no idea why it was returned and I wasn't even contacted. I saw the status when I went to check the status of delhivery. Upon multiple followups there was no reason provided for the return
Finally on 23/03/2022, it is showing as LOST. Delhivery support are not picking up my calls or providing updates on my shipment. How can they lose such a big size bag of 23kg which was not even shipped to the destination?
This shipment is very valuable to me as it contains all my and my wife's clothes and I request the forum to help me get the shipment.
I am struggling to get proper update from past 3 weeks and it's really frustrating.

THE COURIER DELIVERY NOT DELIVERING THE PRODUCT AS OF 28 MARCH 2022.
HE IS arrogantly talking and calling from wrong address . This is pure harassment. Both delivery courier and nasik Maharashtra staff is arrogant.

I had ordered the product from myprotein brand, the compnay shipped the product through delhivery site, . Delhivery company did not deliver my product. Then when i asked he was asking my google pay otp number and said it will only be delivered if i share that otp.

Until today 26th Mar 2022 no update from Delhivery Team/ customer care.

Reached out to them via emails, same response as in they will escalate, look into the concern, bloody common templates rather giving an ETA.

I sent A shipment to My customer by Delhivery. And the Awb No: [protected]. Its a Blue Saree. But customer Received A yellow Saree. This Is Happened So many Times. Some Body Stole my Products.

I had placed an order on 18/03/2022 on meesho (prepaid) whose delivery partner was delhivery. My parcle was scheduled to be delivere on 25/03/2022.
On 25/03/2022 I checked on tracking it was showing that the parcle was OUT FOR DELIVERY in the morning and by evening I didn't received any update neither call nor a msg.
By evening the tracking is showing that the delivery is not completed as the otp is not available and the reality is no one is contacted me for anything.

Next day 26/03/2022 I checked the tracking again in the morning now it is showing that the parcle is OUT FOR DELIVERY yet again.

Again same thing happen by evening I didn't received anything from anyone and the tracking was updated as DELIVERD!!

Seriously!!

I DIDN'T RECEIVED MY PARCLE AND IT WAS MARKED AS DELIVERD!!

I want my parcle to be delivere URGENTLY!!

Worst experience ever with delhivery!

I have raised complaint to the company support mail and raised a ticket but they told they will provide proof of delivery in 48hrs but no help no POD no order delivered. It's been 72hrs.

There is no escalation matrix defined on company site to escalate the issue.

Improper low level management and not responding behavior.

I was ordered Boat rockerz 333 pro black on 16-03-22, through boat application. After purchasing delhivery company get the responsibility to deliver my order then on 21-03-22 my order was out for delivery but delhivery agent couldn't make any attempt to deliver my order and also they did not contact me. After 2 days they ( delhivery company) return my order to the seller. Plz help me. Why delhivery company doing such illegal and wrong activities.

I had booked a shipment on delhivery on 10 march which was scheduled for 11 march pickup. While tracking it was shown as the pracel was delivered on 16 march but the recipient has not yet received it and now I cant even see my order details on the website.

I order bike mudguard which was being shipped through delhivery. The order reached guwahati kahikuchi and got stuck there and was showing returning to the seller as instructed by the buyer although I never got any call or notifications of cancellation as such. However the product didn't reach the seller as well. It was stuck in Guwahati only. And today its showing "missing package in audit". Please help

The product was supposed to be delivered today evening still not delivered. Not even showing out for delivery. It has products worth Rs25433 and I am supposed to get refund from Nalli.com after they receive the products through delhivery

Hello, kindly note that Delhivery courier service has no active customer support number available to reach for complaints or other issues.

My parcel with AWB no-[protected] was out for delivery in morning around 9 AM. Then later it was marked undelivered without any call from Delivery Executive. Later in evening Around 6 PM it was mrked delivered. What rubbish system these guys have. No call from the agent and their call support is just useless never get connected. I need my parcel or going to take this further for legal
