I order bike mudguard which was being shipped through delhivery. The order reached guwahati kahikuchi and got stuck there and was showing returning to the seller as instructed by the buyer although I never got any call or notifications of cancellation as such. However the product didn't reach the seller as well. It was stuck in Guwahati only. And today its showing "missing package in audit". Please help

    The product was supposed to be delivered today evening still not delivered. Not even showing out for delivery. It has products worth Rs25433 and I am supposed to get refund from Nalli.com after they receive the products through delhivery

        My parcel with AWB no-[protected] was out for delivery in morning around 9 AM. Then later it was marked undelivered without any call from Delivery Executive. Later in evening Around 6 PM it was mrked delivered. What rubbish system these guys have. No call from the agent and their call support is just useless never get connected. I need my parcel or going to take this further for legal

          A Delhivery Courier Branch In Dimapur .When The Order Did Not Reach the respective customer hands, the delivery boy asked for OTP. So my mom said otp will be given only after it reaches her hands.but the delivery boy, DELHIVERY BRANCH HEAD AND (BOTH MALE and FEMALE)Shouted aggressively at my mom with no respect.such type of behaviour is not tolerable and next time the matter will go to police.

            Hi Team,

            Writing this mail to inform you that my parcel is not yet delivered to me, but the status in my app is shown as delivered which is wrong.

            We have also visited the delhivery office today, to check on this but were informed that it's delivered.

            From my past orders also I have seen very frequently that the items will not be delivered to the customer, but in the app it will be updated as delivered. Hence, to cross check that we went to visit the office in our location and were very disappointed when we didn't get our products.

            Highly disappointed with the services.

              I had a return pick up. Following courier company from last 6 days but their response is so cold and negative, as if they don't care about it. They cancelled my pick up without my consent. And now when I try to contact them they misbehave and talk inappropriately.
              If you guys cannot look in them I would rather go in consumer court and file a charge against Sirsa office.

                I have ordered HM clothes by cash on delivery. The total amount was 2054 that need to pay. Delhivery agent send me the link for payment and i paid the amount by phone pay. At my side the payment status was showing successful buy at delhivery agent side the status was not reflected.
                He said the amount will be refunded and he did not give my parcel.
                When my amount will be refunded?

                  On 14th my order was out for delivery but I couldn't attend the call as Iwas in college. The delivery person told me he will come the next ay but didn't. And on 16th he called me and asked for OTP. I said it and he said he will give the parcel. But he didn't have and marked as delivered. Since that day iam trying to call him but he is not picking my call. And I even messaged him. He has seen it but did not respond. He is playing with me. I have mailed 3 days back and still no reply from your side. This is how you treat your customers? So disappointed with this. I need my order. Please do something

                      Hi,

                      I am filing a complaint against a company which is known for its logisitc scams. It has previously done so. Misplaced order. My package was set to be delivered on and before 21st March 2022 but unfortunately I am yet to recieve my package. This is the ISO details of the company. I am not the only one facing this issue. This company has one of poorest ratings ever. I would request consumercomplaint forum to look into this matter

                        I would like to report 2 parcels that are missing which were picked up on 10th March, 2022, AWB[protected] &[protected]. On 16th & 14th March, the parcels show missing in audit when tracked. I had immediately raised an issue with customer service and was informed by Dipesh Kumar
                        Service Account Manager
                        (Delhivery transport ID : 06AAPCS9575E1ZR) that the parcels are missing at the Bhiwandi centre, and they would escalate the issue. Thereafter, I have not received any further information. I have also sent a message to Ridhi Agarwal - Head - Brand, Marketing and Communications at Delhivery on LinkedIn but no response received.
                        I am requesting an urgent response & update on delivery of both my parcels.

                          AWB:[protected] which was scheduled to be picked up on 20/03/2022 is not picked up yet.

                          I contacted delivery agent mobile number [protected] at 5 pm on 20/03/2022 but he replied that due to unavailability of delivery agent the parcel will not be picked up on the above mentioned date.

                          My question is, does the agent have no responsibility to contact the customer and inform him about the issue.?????!!!

                          I won't stay at the mentioned pick up point for the next 14 days, so due to your irresponsibility my order would be cancelled.

                          Is this the way delivery courier works..!!!

                              I had 2 parcels to be delivered which was supposed to be delivered to me on 16th march, 22. At the end of the day without any call from delivery agent, i received a text message in the evening that the courier couldn't be delivered and will be re-attempted. The same happened on 17th as well. 18th was holi so that could be an exception. On 19th i.e. today same message received but till evening the delivery guy didn't contact. I personally had to go to delhivery office and when i went there I got to know that my parcel was kept there as it is. On the top of it when i asked the person in the office about all this. He was so rude and said that the delivery guy tried to contact me but my no. was not reachable. So, my no. Was not reachable for straight 3days. There were 2 contact details and as per him both were not reachable. And today when i told him to deliver my order to my addres as the parcel boxes were big then he denied and said once the delivery van comes then only he could do that and as the parcel were still in the office it meant that today once he wouldn't have attempted, had i personally not went there. As the office was nearby so i personally took one of the box and another person who was there in delhivery office took another box and delivered to my address. The parcel was delivered from Bangalore to gurgaon as I had shifted from there and it was prepaid. So this is the quality of service I got from so called brand " DELHIVERY". I am never in future would take service from delhivery nor will i recommend any one to use it. They are least bothered about the parcels nor their customer care contact details are provided in their website.

                                I ordered a parcel from Stompbox.in (prepaid) which they send it through Delhivery, bearing the tracking ID [protected]. I did not receive any calls or OTP to receive the order from the delivery agent or any sign of contact to deliver the item. Delivery expected date was 17th March and on that day, in the evening I received a message that mention that the parcel has been delivered. I haven't received the parcel and I don't know where or whom they have delivered the product. This is day light robbery. I tried to raise a complaint from their website, but there was no positive response.Taking a legal help is the only option left.

                                The delivery partner call me in the evening. He said that he gave the parcel to someone else in the building. Probably lying because next morning he showed up at my doorstep with the parcel unopened and he got my signature and a Identity card. If the identity card was mandatory how can he carelessly give it to someone and if he did delivered the parcel to some random person he or she would have opened the parcel and checked whats inside. Hence he was lying about delivering it to a wrong address. So, he was thinking of keeping the parcel to himself if no one complain about the missing item.

                                  As per tracking history updates, The parcel left Delhi 4-5 days back and reached Bangalore in one day . Now it's stuck at Hoskote since 16th March. What the hell is your team doing with the parcel ? Seriously most inefficient team . Just praying, your company shut down soon so that even if some third party vendor chooses your service, end customer should not suffer because of you . CAN YOU LET ME KNOW WHEN IS THE PARCEL FINALLY GOING TO BE DELIVERED ?

                                      I am from thiruchirapalli, tamilnadu, I have ordered one items with option online payment and it was shipped through delivery agent Courier Delhivery with tracking ID [protected]
                                      The consignment reached trichi area on 15 march 2022 area on trichi, and Delivery Person Not contacted me yet. But the same day the trackong shows the order delivered successfully. But the delivery agent not contacted me yet. They are not ready to deliver the consignment . its a prepaid order with amout of 1650 rs so plz do deliver the product or or fund the amout
