My product reached my nearest hub on 27th march
March 27 & 28 is strike so they are unable to deliver my product but march 30 & 31 there is no strike nothing they can deliver my product if they wish..
Still they are not ready to deliver my product and there is no contact number to enquire

      Today my packet has come from Courier Service. One of your delivery Executive from that area has denied the courier not delivered to my home you just come outside from home to pick up your courier otherwise I’m did not deliver the courier. My Father is available at home, but he is a Senior Citizen not able to come outside to pick up the courier. Worst Service from your Delivery Executive & your company. Kindly suggest your delivery boy courier has delivered to home. I’m very dissatisfy from your delivery boy service & never use this courier service in Future..

        Shipment courier date: 12th March 2022
        Couriered shipment Booking details: From Didwana( Rajasthan) to Hyderabad
        Description:
        It has already reached Hyderabad on 15th March only but it isn't delivered yet. I tried to contact delhivery service many times, but that didn't work. Today it's completed 19 days as today is 30th March 2022.

        I need the item to be delivered today only and want my courier chargeback because I have shipped it by fast delivery express service & paid extra money for this.

          AWB[protected] . Given ticket number is still not resolved. Your customer support support is doing top harrasment . They are sending me emails asking for packaging video. How I am supposed to take video during unpacking. I have sent them the images but still they are asking again and again for video. Names involved are abhay and Mandeep. They have left me with no option . You are such a reputed company please don't spoil you image in market and help to process my complaint and send me my repair cost. The courier was from Faridabad to jammu

            My order (TRACKING ID [protected]) details are showing is still showing that it is expected to be delivered on 25th March. It is 30th March today and I still haven't received any update even after raising several complaint tickets.
            When will I receive my packet. It has been so long since I ordered. Kindly answer or update me on this.

              Shipment marked as delivered but not received. Wrong delivery report

              I have not received my shipment. Tracking no AWB [protected] and I have received msg that it has been delivered. I have already sent email to Delhivery customer support team but there is no response from them. I am surprise to know my shipment delivered to some other person without delivery code. It was confidential shipment as it came from my bank so I really someone to trace this out for me....

              My parcel with awb number[protected] from Delhi was routed to Bilaspur chattisgarh. It had to reach Ranchi Jharkhand as the destination. But somehow, it was sent to Ludhiana and then Rajpura in Punjab and is there for over 2 days now! There's no contact number and they haven't replied to my email.

                Why your correspondence is not picking my shipment which I registered to return from my house and he is calling me from 6-7 km away from my house
                I had an order from Nykaa delivered by delhivery, the boy who came to deliver it was trying to come awfully close to me and asking for the delivery code which I had not received on my phone when I told him the code hasn’t come, he kept trying to come close and peek in my phone, when I shouted at him he called his friend, which I believe was the real delivery partner because after the code came he didn’t type it on his phone but he said the code to the person on the phone.

                    Hi team,
                    I want to file a complaint against delhivery for losing my shipment and for an irresponsible and unprofessional behavior against customers.
                    I had booked a shipment (Large Trolley bag with all my clothes -23kg) from Banagalore to Silchar via Delhivery through shiprocket.
                    On 10/03/2022, the delhivery guys came to pick up my shipment.
                    On 15/03/2022, I received an update that the shipment status is RTO, returned to origin due to Operational Constraints. I have no idea why it was returned and I wasn't even contacted. I saw the status when I went to check the status of delhivery. Upon multiple followups there was no reason provided for the return
                    Finally on 23/03/2022, it is showing as LOST. Delhivery support are not picking up my calls or providing updates on my shipment. How can they lose such a big size bag of 23kg which was not even shipped to the destination?
                    This shipment is very valuable to me as it contains all my and my wife's clothes and I request the forum to help me get the shipment.
                    I am struggling to get proper update from past 3 weeks and it's really frustrating.

                              Until today 26th Mar 2022 no update from Delhivery Team/ customer care.

                              Reached out to them via emails, same response as in they will escalate, look into the concern, bloody common templates rather giving an ETA.

                                  I had placed an order on 18/03/2022 on meesho (prepaid) whose delivery partner was delhivery. My parcle was scheduled to be delivere on 25/03/2022.
                                  On 25/03/2022 I checked on tracking it was showing that the parcle was OUT FOR DELIVERY in the morning and by evening I didn't received any update neither call nor a msg.
                                  By evening the tracking is showing that the delivery is not completed as the otp is not available and the reality is no one is contacted me for anything.

                                  Next day 26/03/2022 I checked the tracking again in the morning now it is showing that the parcle is OUT FOR DELIVERY yet again.

                                  Again same thing happen by evening I didn't received anything from anyone and the tracking was updated as DELIVERD!!

                                  Seriously!!

                                  I DIDN'T RECEIVED MY PARCLE AND IT WAS MARKED AS DELIVERD!!

                                  I want my parcle to be delivere URGENTLY!!

                                  Worst experience ever with delhivery!

                                    I have raised complaint to the company support mail and raised a ticket but they told they will provide proof of delivery in 48hrs but no help no POD no order delivered. It's been 72hrs.

                                    There is no escalation matrix defined on company site to escalate the issue.

                                    Improper low level management and not responding behavior.

                                      I was ordered Boat rockerz 333 pro black on 16-03-22, through boat application. After purchasing delhivery company get the responsibility to deliver my order then on 21-03-22 my order was out for delivery but delhivery agent couldn't make any attempt to deliver my order and also they did not contact me. After 2 days they ( delhivery company) return my order to the seller. Plz help me. Why delhivery company doing such illegal and wrong activities.
