Denied door step delivery

Delhivery delivery staff denied doorstep delivery and fake updated the status to "Customer No Response". I have a recording the phone call when he denied me door step delivery. He asked me to provide the otp through phone and pickup the product from his office. My tracking id is :[protected]...

    Delhivery is continuously delaying the delivery of my shipment and when I raise a query on their website they just shows it resolved but in fact they did not resolve any of them

        Delhivery direct order was placed on 11 march 2022 with WBN[protected] and was supposed to be delivered to the by 15 march 2022 but the order is getting delayed continuously while the product has reached Hoskotre Bangalore on 14 march 2022. the delivery address is Flextronics Technologies Pvt Ltd No.70-A, SVR Fortune, Electronics City, Phase 1, Hosur Road, Bangalore, Karnataka - 560100

          Hi i have unfortunately ordered a product from Meesho and the product was suppose to be delivered by delihivery. I have been tracking them. Now today at 1.00 pm it shows delivered. Noone called me. I was at home no courrier came to me. I need a solution to this. Meesho customer care is always pathetic they asked to wait 4 days seriously. I have to go to Canada by next week and thats why i have ordered some products. I lost my money. I need a solution urgently. My order id for meesho is JTMWGQ418. Tracking ID is attached as Screenshot.

            I have placed order for two T-shirts on PETER ENGLAND App on 06/03/22. (Order No.5848557). One T Shirt was dispatched through BLUEDART COURIER from Bangalore and delivered to me on 8/3/22.
            The other T Shirt was despatched from Mumbai through this Delhivery courier. (AWB No.[protected]. As per tracking it reached Samshabad (Hyderabad) on 08/03/22.
            Since then it is lying there. Status shows as "On hold, Destination unable to receive" since then. Till date even after 9 days it is not delivered to me. They don't have a contact number to talk. Raised query in website, but no response. Raised QUERY with Peter England also. They only send sms that 'it is delayed'. When the other courier delivered with in two days, why these people take such a long time??? They are not reachable as they don't provide contact number and also don't respond to queries raised.

                Hi Sir/Mam'm,

                I ordered footwear on nykaa which is shipped through your courier service sir my order tracking page shows me my order left bangalore on 16th march 2022 but Shipment unloaded due to uncontrollable circumstances on same date and same time still and I dont understand what it means and please help with with this issue and deliver my order as soon as possible

                  A delivery agent misbehaved and asked for code only for today's cancellation. I told him kindly share a code for reattempt - guess what what was his remark- baar baar kaun aayega ... Such kind of people DELHIVERY recruit for their services to end consumer. WOW!!!

                      I am very much dissatisfied with DELHIVERY’s services. The delivery person called me for the exact location of the address given on the packet (although it was a school address in Shalimar Bagh, Delhi) which can be easily reached using google maps!!
                      The delivery person took the location then also he didn’t deliver the packet and when I checked on website on the same dayi. 10th March’22 in the evening it showed‘undeliverable’ and again try to deliver by tomorrow evening (11.03.22). Then I waited for the packet next day also but it didn’t reach me and the tracking page of the website showed ‘delivery refused by consignee’, which is the biggest lie as it didn’t even reach me . When a person can call for the location then can’t he call when he reached the location?? and without even informing me he put my packet to return at the starting address and it got returned on 15th March. Saddest delivery by DELHIVERY. Kindly take action against the delivery person as well as DELHIVERY.

                        My package shows delivered on 12th March but the I wasn't contacted by the delivery boy, I've also mailed them but didn't get satisfactory response. I want my package as soon as possible or I'll file a complaint of fraud against the company

                              I have not received the parcel from Delhivery with the tracking no[protected]. Delivery boy did not hand over the parcel, he told that OTP is wrong but it's of right OTP and in the tracker it's marked as delivered with OTP verified. I sent the feedback in that particular link on same day stating that not received.

                                  I placed an order with Delhivery courier (AWB[protected] on 28 th Feb. The pickup didn't happen and I had to ask for cancellation because of delay from Delhivery side. The order was cancelled and complete refund was promised by Delhivery team. They told it'll be processed within 4-5 days but after 15 days even, it's not yet credited.

                                  I tried to follow up with them via mail. But Delhivery is not even responding. Please investigate on the same.

                                  I have same issue as you mentioned and my issue has not been resolved even after 8 months

                                      Hi, writing this regarding my two orders with AWB:[protected] and AWB:[protected] which I booked through Delhivery Direct in hope to get my parcel delivered safely and timely. Failing both of the parameters @delhivery, one of my package was declared lost (ending 62). Being such a big company they could have easily located it but failing not to leave their comfort zone (Mr. Mithun Chakraborty, Kapil Jain, Inder, Anshu Mishra and query team)and putting in some efforts they told me to keep patient and wait. I waited for more than 10 days. My continuous emails and visits to their office put a slight pressure and all they did was to mark it lost. After which there were no replies from their side. All they told me was to get a claim of ₹2k while my shipment was worth more than 20k(₹23, 600 to be exact). Highly unprofessional as they are and irresponsible they also failed to reply to my other shipment and still keep telling me it is under security investigation. How can you not clear it in 15 days? Does this take too long. Such a huge disappointment and a helpless condition. I would like to demand an internal enquiry specially in the Gurgaon Tauru branch where both of my packages were sent and one of them declared lost and one is still under security investigation since 22 Feb 2022. Also would like to ask my complete compensation on the lost package and a live status of my package with awb ending 61, said to be under security investigation. This situation has been effecting my mental health, my business and my client who was expecting the package and is a kind of harassment on clients where they reply at their own will and provide with no customer care calling numbers. Keep waiting for their emails for hours and days!
