      Tracking number[protected]

      The status shows that shipment came to the right destination in Indore, but got rerouted to Surat and not it is back in Indore since yesterday early morning. But no news from Delhivery.

      I bigger problem is there is no way to contact Delhivery. Their support site tells you to open a support ticket but they dont tell you how to reach the support site. There is no way to open a support ticket and no way to contact the company. Highly irregular. Among the poorest customer service i have seen and i live in multiple countries.

        My shipment with TRACKING ID [protected] was picked up on 24th Feb and expected to be delivered by 1st March.

        But from 25th March there is no tracking information available and I am not getting any response from delhivery customer support.

        I have also raised a query with query number: 33658046, but still no response.

        I am unsure as where my package is currently.

        Sorry there was a typo above.
        There is no update on the shipment from 25th Feb. And I am still to receive the package.

              AWB / TRACKING ID :[protected]

              I booked my parcel from securement.in on March 1, 2022, and it was handed by Delhivery courier. On March 3, 2022, at 6:47 p.m. I received a text message stating that my order had been delivered, but I did not receive any orders from Delhivery on that day. I immediately reported this incident to my seller, who also filed a complaint with Shiprocket. I requested POD proof from both Shiprocket and Delhivery, but neither decided to respond.
              My seller also requested that provide a proof of delivery. They also not received any reply from you I am absolutely stunned to know and understand that without entering an OTP, Delhivery Agents can mark my parcel as delivered.
              Please provide my parcel or refund to my account as I have not received my parcel as I have not received any communication from both of you, it will be assumed that you do not want to resolve my complaint, and I will file a complaint with both companies in the cyber crime department.

                    AWB[protected]. Thia is my AWB number. My package is not delivered by Delhivery. Its a paid order. It was suppose to be delivered on 1st. I have raised numerous complaints to them however they fail to respond or update anything. They are neither returning the product back to the vendor so thta they can initiate the refund. Since 26th the product is lying in their warehouse as per the update in their website, and they are unable to deliver. I have waited enough. No communication from their end instead of multiple follow ups.

                      Im suppose to get replacement boat ear phones through delhivery. This is the tracking no :[protected]. Im not able to track it now.

                      The item not delivered to me. Looks item stolen by delivery agent. Very bad experience, it happened before too. Please check on this.

                              According to the merchant the dress has been dispatched from the warehouse in spain .

                                      My name is jibran majid mir i’m for srinagar kashmir. On 25th feb i placed a shipment order[protected] from srinagar pre paid to surat gujarat throught air. I met a guy name Aqib near india post office polo view sgr where he offered me to delivey my parcel within 3 says. Today is been 8 days my parcel is still in transit at pampore sgr. Everything i ask them about the status they say sir please wait will check then there is no response. Now yesterday evening i told them to give my parcel back because i need to send it asap because i’m losing business because of this they first said its in transit godown in pampore then they said the has left today by road i have paid full amont of Rs 2900 for air shipping with this i to got scammed also the delivery was on wed then they said it will be done on friday now the updated status on website is on monday. I’m reporting this fraud to DGS as well so that they will take strict actions agains it and also i want you to take strict action against this as well.
