One of my relative send one birthday gift ( garment) from kolkata thru Delhivery courier . We got SMS from courier company confirming the same and specifically informing to share OTP once delivery boy is at door step.

We got a call from delivery boy from outside and he asked for OTP . We refused to give OTP and ask him to come to door step to share OTP. But instead he refused to come and told us to cancel the same . We never agreed and he never turned up.

After that we tried to contact Delhivery courier customer service but not a single number is working, hence we booked a complaint in their website on 10th march, complaint reference number 34021954.

But after that also no response received and ultimately the parcel gone back to kolkata without delivery.

    I haven’t received my parcel yet, but it's showing as it's delivered on 11th March 2022. My Parcel tracking ID is[protected]. The provided tracking link shows it delivered on 14th March but on Delhivery website its shows it has been delivered on n 11th March 2022. I didn’t even receive any call from Delhivery agent. I have been trying to reach delivery customer service, but got no response. Since past 2 days all I have got a disappointment.

      My order is stuck in one place and i have sent the multiple email and still i didnt received any response from Delhivery customer care nor my order is moved further. Please resolve my issue.

        I was supposed to receive my delivery by 26th feb 2022 but due to delhivery's incompetence to meet the requirement due lack of delivery men and poor service the product was delayed. Though I approached the hub still they denied immediate delivery on spot and delayed it upto 8th March 2022 and on 9th March 2022 the product was returned to the merchant without customer's notice. Now I cannot get a refund either from the merchant due to his return policy conditions weren't met. On confronting the Delhivery station manager he neither accept fault at his side nor does he takes any kind of responsibility

                    Hi
                    I was supposed to receive a shipment today but the delivery person never came. The tracking view also shows as 'delivered'
                    I was also given an otp on did to give the delivery person, but since he never came how can it show as "delivered "?

                    This was a prepaid order. Please help me.

                        The package was sent from oneplus. My tracking id is[protected]. The package is lost since so many days. But somehow on the portal they have updated the shipment status to "delivered". I am not able to contact anyone. I have raised the complaint on the portal but there is no response from their side. Please help me

                            Delhivery is taking too long to deliver my return parcel back to the seller

                            Hi!
                            My tracking number is #[protected]
                            It's been 10 days since the delivery guy picked this parcel from my house and departed it on the same day that is 3 March, 2022. Today it's march 12 and still the parcel is not delivered. I don't what's happening, they have been pushing the delivery date day by day. I have tracking this and now there's no hope. They don't have a customer care number. I tried to send an email to them but...

                                Respected sir,

                                Recently I had requested a pickup and drop shipment of My Imported Motorcycle racing Helmet in delhivery courier service . My tracking number is Awb[protected]. Three days before I received my helmet totally damaged with scratches and my visor lock had broken . Also I had added extra protection scheme to take handle care with my courier but they had thrown somewhere else . I'm totally disappointed with your service. I had paid 510 rs. With additional insurance. But I received the product nothing can be used. I can't use my helmet it's totally not worth for anything it's cost around 15, 000 inr . I can't go for ride using this gear . It's totally damaged and full of scratches. I requested explanation for this with delhivery, but they reply that, they have a policy that when transportation of damage happens they will not take any responsibility .I had attached the photos of received item. I need justice for this. Because I'm using this delhivery for past 2 years . I had sent many couriers bookings in my nearby hometown. I didn't face any problems yet. Also I had suggested to my friends too. But this time I had sent this expensive helmet, also totally damaged. This caused only of improper service of employees and policy of the company which desperate the consumers. It's totally disappointed of delhivery service . I'm expecting your positive reply earliest possible.
