, I am Idhaya Devan from Tamil Nadu. TrueOverseas glass company sent one package for me on 9th February but I didn't receive the package till now. I can't track my package also.

I raised a complaint ticket and Delhivery mailed me that they will arrange a proof of being delivered the item within 48hrs, but its more than 60hrs still didn't got any reply.

I've ordered something from cubelelo, an online puzzle store. They have assigned Delhivery with my package, which was supposed to be at my doorstep on 8th, which it clearly isn't at the time of writing, on the 9th of March. First the order gets delayed (which is fine I guess) but today, I've recieved a message that says 'recipient was not reachable' whereas I was at home all day, and my phone was active all day too.

Like please make up some good excuses to cover up your ### lol. This one made me laugh out loud haha

My parcel was supposed to reach on 6th March 2022, but Delhivery has just been extending the estimated delivery date. No update about the whereabouts of the package, no contact support, no reply to emails/tweets. Please tell if my package is lost. Tell the center details from where I can take it back if its still in mumbai

Shulabha creative is a fraud company. I have raised a complaint against them . My product had a COD payment and the payment was done to Delhivery executive partner and he denied to take back the product.

Also I see similar complaints on Shulabha creative and Delhivery has been the shipping partner for the cases. This either means that Delhivery is involved in the fraud or are totally unaware of the same.

Request Delhivery to stop partnering with fraud companies and refund the COD money.

From last two days order is out for delivery but courier boy not contacted me.In amazon its showing delivery attempted and order get cancelled.I purchased the product by EMI who will pay it.Some how i got number of Delhivery execute for status he is to rude and unanswerable of calls, his number is[protected].Worst service from delhivery.I will take strict action on this lets watch.

I have complained regarding the product missing and the issue was resolved but thereafter delivery boy came to my house and was threatening me regarding the complaint. What kind of people you have in your company.

Have booked dress and sent by supplier through delhuvery courier. But cutsiemr left the place before receiving the same now the team is informed that utbhas been receoebd by the customer itself.i want pod details and the details when it's deleirvred for customer

The delivery boy had very rude behavior even after telling him the address, he refused to deliver the parcel, the payment is already paid by me for MOJO BOX so please return the payment to me

I have send a shipment to Karnataka it's saposed to be delivered by feb 28, still now ist not delivered my AWB number is[protected], there is no response from costomer saport team

The status shows that shipment came to the right destination in Indore, but got rerouted to Surat and not it is back in Indore since yesterday early morning. But no news from Delhivery.

I bigger problem is there is no way to contact Delhivery. Their support site tells you to open a support ticket but they dont tell you how to reach the support site. There is no way to open a support ticket and no way to contact the company. Highly irregular. Among the poorest customer service i have seen and i live in multiple countries.

My shipment with TRACKING ID [protected] was picked up on 24th Feb and expected to be delivered by 1st March.

But from 25th March there is no tracking information available and I am not getting any response from delhivery customer support.

I have also raised a query with query number: 33658046, but still no response.

I am unsure as where my package is currently.

The delivery boy was so rude, his behaviour was unexpected.

My parcel tracking number[protected] has been delayed for so long, which was sent on 15th February 2022, it contains live plants costs Rs 6000, the plants may die and total loss will happen, please help

I booked my parcel from securement.in on March 1, 2022, and it was handed by Delhivery courier. On March 3, 2022, at 6:47 p.m. I received a text message stating that my order had been delivered, but I did not receive any orders from Delhivery on that day. I immediately reported this incident to my seller, who also filed a complaint with Shiprocket. I requested POD proof from both Shiprocket and Delhivery, but neither decided to respond.
My seller also requested that provide a proof of delivery. They also not received any reply from you I am absolutely stunned to know and understand that without entering an OTP, Delhivery Agents can mark my parcel as delivered.
Please provide my parcel or refund to my account as I have not received my parcel as I have not received any communication from both of you, it will be assumed that you do not want to resolve my complaint, and I will file a complaint with both companies in the cyber crime department.

Also, it would have been a pleasure for us to share the contact number of the merchant, unfortunately, we do not have their contact number. We suggest you visit the same link or website which you have used while placing this particular order, your merchant will cater as per their terms.

[protected] tracking ID for my consignment, it's been more than two weeks my order is stuck. Please help me with getting this delivery

AWB[protected]. Thia is my AWB number. My package is not delivered by Delhivery. Its a paid order. It was suppose to be delivered on 1st. I have raised numerous complaints to them however they fail to respond or update anything. They are neither returning the product back to the vendor so thta they can initiate the refund. Since 26th the product is lying in their warehouse as per the update in their website, and they are unable to deliver. I have waited enough. No communication from their end instead of multiple follow ups.

The item not delivered to me. Looks item stolen by delivery agent. Very bad experience, it happened before too. Please check on this.
