I had couriered a kitchenware item from Hyderabad to Kannur using the tracking ID provided above. When it was delivered to me it was missing an item. I have raised the complaint as soon as the delivery was made, almost 10 days ago but there is no response from their side. I had also taken an insurance provided by them on the product while booking for delivery....

My shipment which was to be delivered by the courier company Delhivery on the 21st Jan 2022 is still not delivered to me though the date is 23rd January 2022. I contacted their various support number email id and toll free number but nothing has been done till now. I am worried for the safety of my product....

Payment attempted through QR code for AWB[protected] failed on 28th Dec 2021. Amount(Rs.1484) has been debited from my account but still not refunded even after 1 month. I have raised a complaint via E-mail but no response yet. It seems that either they all are dead now or they don't want to refund my money. If they don't want to refund my money then tell me I will donate them but they are not replying....

I placed a return on 18th jan 2022 on ajio..since that day, the item was showing out for pick up. But the delivery team of Delhivery didnt even contact me. It showed out for pick up for 4 days, on 22nd jan they updated the status of pick up as "customer not available in the address". They didnt even call me and did this....

) through this courier company . Company had informed me that receiver is uncontactable so it not possible to deliver the parcel . I requested them to hold the shipment and they agreed with a timeline of 48-72 hours .

Card delivered by bank has not received since last 15 days. Got false messages of “cancelled by receiver and ID proof not presented”. No representative came or contacted.

It’s absolute duping. What’s company’s liability ?

I'm Liya Theresa Davis working in Amazon and as new year, we were sent some goodies. The delivery was supposed to be made by 21 january, 2022 but the delivery people rejected to come to the address stated. They suggested to leave the package in a shop 8 kms away from the requested address, to which I agreed but they asked for the otp of the delivery before I could collect the package from that shop, which I denied. This company needs to be fined heavily for playing with people's money & products. They dont even act responsible or bother to call and sort the issue. No customer service phone no is there to talk to someone.
