SHOPEE package with AWB [protected], delivery guy wasnt pickup the parcel yesterday and he didnt call me. evening he called me and asked me to give the parcel at office. i said to get the parcel from the delivery address and he refused and didnt picked up.
today also i received pickup schedule from delhivery and no one is come to pickup the parcel.
kindly take action such kind of irresponsible persons who is cheating the business for their own ego.
the delhivery guy speaking to customer is also like a threatening behaviour.
such kind of peoples should be firedout before they spoil out the businesses anywhere.

This is the mobile no. Of Delhivery guy sitting at sector 14 Faridabad who is giving false commitments and information about table that he will make the delivery, he took advance and after 9 days he is not able to deliver the table from Gurgaon To Faridabad.
Please take this matter serious, he is doing fraud with clients by making false commitments and misleading clients.

I was supposed to have received two parcels (AWB[protected] and[protected] on February 25, 2022. The delivery boy came to my address to deliver the product but said he might have forgotten to take the parcel and will deliver it the next day. I asked him if he forgot to bring both the parcels, he replied there was only one parcel (AWB[protected] and denied to have another parcel (AWB[protected] whereas I have received message that the two parcels are on its way and will be delivered today. In the evening he called me saying that there are two parcels he failed to notice and will deliver the two parcels the next day. On the next day, he delivered me only one parcel (AWB[protected] and said the other parcel (AWB[protected] has lost. How can Delhivery lose my parcel?

But now when I'm trying to track the parcel, it shows parcel is delivered. I have not received delivery, where is my package? I just want my product back as soon as possible.

Please look into this matter very seriously.

Today is the promised date to deliver my shipment they not delivered and they esacping . after many mails they saying we will try to deliver within 48 working hours not 2days please take action they cheated me

I ordered a Samsung TV (order no. - [protected]) from their official website and it is a prepaid order, on 17 feb 2022, it reached my nearest hub on 20 feb 2022. Since then delivery executive did not attempt the delivery once or contacted even once. And updated the status of shipment as undelivered and attempted 3 times. It cost me 18440/-. Very irresponsible from delhivery. And there is no way to contact them either.

The product from bewakoof.com has reached delhi on 22nd and it is going out for delivery each day from 22nd till 26th, but still is not delivered. No Number of assignee is given, refused by consignee was mentioned as the reason. I still don't have any clue on the package.

Delhivery has disappointed us in delivery of medicines from Apollo 24/7. Tracking id[protected] has been not delivered and keeps showing in transit without updates since 19th.

Hello sir I transport my bike goa to Chennai in Delhivery company they pick my bike 19/02/22 Saturday now 25/02/22 still didn’t not delivery my bike, the company worker talking very rude I have his number +[protected] please delivery my bike soon

The order AWB [protected] was placed on 15th of Feband was supposed to be delivered on 21at of Feb the delivery agent falsely claimed that he tried to deliver the order and we didn't respond to him however the order delivery was re attempted and he claimed the same thing again, today dated 24th Feb the order was out for delivery again but we're not receiving any calls from the delivery agent's end hereby we request you to resolve this at the earliest and get our order delivered, the company fooling around by changing the estimate delivery dates for past one week.

Delhivery is the worst Logistics service. Faced multiple issues earlier as well for the shipment. Today, a parcel was supposed to be delivered with AWB[protected].
I haven't received any calls. However, delivery boy updated the status that I was not present at address. Faced this issue several times. Its such a pathetic service and should be shut down. No customer care number and no one is there to take responsibility of the customer complaints

I have not received shipment and it's showing that order has been already delivered to me. It has been delivered to some other address. Please rectify this as soon as possible.

My shipment was newly bought washing machine and the same was booked in your esteemed courier services in hazaribag branch.
My shipment was fully in right condition when booked. This can also be verified if you check your camera in the branch where the shipment booked.

When the shipment arrived at destination, I found that there is a hole in cartoon. When I see through the cartoon's hole I found that my washing machine had been damaged due to your company's carelessness handling. Then I decided not to receive the shipment and after then the delivery boys take back the shipment.

(I immediately inform the company about the damaged shipment having query reference number[protected]

For damage proof i am submitting video proof.

Kindly take necessary steps towards the damaged product.

Today 23 Feb 2020 at 11:52 am, I received OTP for accessing Delhivery package delivery.Since the When I track the delivery on their website it is been in the status of "out for delivery" with message that delivery executive is out for delivery.I havent received a call from delivery person.Until 8pm I see the same status.

But after 8 pm the status has changed from "out for delivery " to "In-transit" with the message that 'Delivery...

2 of my packages ID: [protected] and[protected] have been sitting in Shamshabad for 4 days now. The date of delivery keeps moving to a later date, for some reason. This is not even the first time it has happened. Why is it taking so long for each package by dehlivery?

My item which was supposed to be delivered on 15th is not received yet

My parcel was supposed to be delivered on 15th Feb2022 but till now no update received from them. Every day it is getting delayed without any reason. No calls are received from the courier service for this delay. I am fed up with this type of response from the Delhivery Courier.

Kindly help me to solve this problem as soon as possible.

Hi, my order is delayed by a week now and the courier service : Delhivery is not responding to any of my complaints. Each day the delivery agent would wrongly update the status to 'could not be delivered' without even calling me once. I am requesting you once again to please expedite the delivery of my order.

Fedex have given job to Delhivery for delivery of imported parcels to the importer. We have imported one consignment vide AWB[protected] that landed in Hyderabad on 14Feb2022. Delhivery picked the consignment from the Fedex - Hyderabad Airport on 20Feb22 at 6 a.m. Inspite chasing since a week, we are get any response from Fedex or Delhivery people on the status.

I had purchase a product on Feb 3rd and it has reached the Delhivery Hyd location on Feb 10th and the my location is in Hyderabad. But since 12 days there is no update from there in the tracking.

There is no phone or email to contact them and I tried multiple times raising complaints on their website but no use.
