My parcel tracking ID ([protected]) has reached my hometown Hajipur, Bihar on 6th Feb 2022 but it is still not delivered to me till 9th Feb 2022.
I have raised a complaint on their official website (delhivery.com) with ticket number[protected] but they haven't responded yet.

The worst part is they don't even provide any contact number on their website to contact the delhivery executive of that area.
Delhivery customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

    My AWB number is[protected]. It's been pending for around 15 days and my receiver never received any calls every time I submit a request a lame reply we tried and requested a call for the last 10 days so that I can get the details, never received any calls nor any updates. I will go to the consumer FORUM next if my order is not delivered or receive any calls, I will sue you guys for making the payment and then go away with my packaging with delivering the ###.

        I'm talking about my nearest staff
        Pincode 500047 (Malkajgiri, Hyderabad)

        Worst service. My orders get cancelled automatically. Irresponsible staff, truly don't work properly I don't know in a delivery company if they don't deliver goods what the use?

        All my packages go back, and they cancelled my orders without informing me.
        Such a shameless work. No response no calls from delivery agents, no use of them.

        If you don't take up this complaint seriously and send this to the staff (500047) this will be serious.

          I'm from Hyderabad Telangana.
          This complaint is about the delivery team that is responsible for delivering to my area. ( Malkajgiri, secunderabad, telengana) Malkajgiri branch.

          The team is the worst team. None of my orders come to me. They don't even deliver my orders. They themselves return my orders back to the company without notice.

          The team head of Malkajgiri branch. Is useless . No proper communication. No responsibility towards job.

          They are not delivering me any orders. Very useless
          No calls
          No delivering of orders

          They just send it back.

          I have urgent orders to come. And they are returned already by the staff

          Take up serious action . immediately
          Or this will get serious

            This is one of the most highly unprofessional courier service one could have. I have been following up with one company Urbanic who uses Delhivery courier services for delivery and reverse pick up. Its been over 15 days since they have not been able to get the products picked through their agent who are themselves hate picking up any bulk items. Every 2 days I get a message that a person would be coming for reverse pick up but neither any one comes nor the agent picks their phone. Due to this my 12k amount is pending to be refunded. I have the call recording of one of the agents too who shows complete disinterest in picking the returned products as it was a bulk item and he would have to spend 1 hour for quality check. It is not consumers fault if the courier services doesn't come to pick the items due to which the site "urbanic" ( using their services) blocks my amount. Due to the heavy file size of the call recording I am unable to attach. However, I shall be happy to share it as proof if requested through any other medium like email.

              I ordered something from a small business and it got shipped from Mumbai. The website of delhivery showed that the package was stuck in transit for a week and today it showed that my package has reached Dankuni and then few hours later it showed that it is lost. It was a prepaid package which means i lost my money. This is serious i want my money back. Help me.

                    My shipment which was dispatched a month ago was not delivered by delhivery. They held it at their station near me for more than 3 weeks without even contacting me. Now it is showing as consignee was unavailable and returning the product. In this time I did not even receive a miss call from the.. I could not find their location nor the customer care number to get in touch. I raised several complaints through their website in these time and received no response. This is very unprofessional way of managing. My tracking id is[protected].

                        My package with id: [protected] was supposed to be delivered on 4th February 2022. I got the message that it was out for delivery, but has not been delivered to me for the last two days. I didn't get any call from your executive for receiving the order. I didn't receive any call and my phone wasn't switched off on 4th Feb. The status has been falsely updated without even trying.

                        Now, the status has been marked as "in transit" on the portal. There is no way to contact them. even tried reaching via mail/twitter/facebook.

                              My order arrived at their office mohali on 3rd feb. Today is 6th. The packet is lying their since 3 days, they have not delivered yet. This is smart city, we cannot expect such a pathetic service from any courier company. They have created such a mess. And the main thing is they do not have any contact number of their mohali office, there is only one customer care number which never connects. All i have to say is they are WORSE and now harassing me.

                                      My package from HK with AWB [protected] has been handed over the Delhivery from Aramex.

                                      The first person (Sunil) on 3rd Feb 22 asked me to pay 2274 Rs. as some duties. I told him that I had already paid the duties via the Aramex app and showed him in the app and the receipt. He refused to delivery and took the parcel with him. He updated the status falsely as "customer refused the package", when the real reason was he was asking me the pay again when I had already paid.

                                      Next, 2 days Aramex was re-scheduling the delivery and the Delhivery person are falsely updating the status as "customer not available" for 2 repeated times on 4th Feb 22 and 5th Feb 22.

                                      The complaint has been raised with Aramex too but the customer care is not prompt in helping out. They are just re-scheduling the delivery, when Delhivery is not really making any efforts to deliver it.

                                      This just a pathetic company and I am not sure why Aramex has tied up with such unprofessional couriers.

                                        Was to be delivered on 4 feb but the status was updated at 3.30 that i was unreachable hence delivery will be attempted tomorrow, but at 7.30 around status got updated that shipment is delivered, but i haven't received the shipment, it has been falsely marked as delivered by delhivery team, how can they mark it delivered when i have the secret code that i must share with delivery personell and after that only delivery will be done ?
