Fedex have given job to Delhivery for delivery of imported parcels to the importer. We have imported one consignment vide AWB[protected] that landed in Hyderabad on 14Feb2022. Delhivery picked the consignment from the Fedex - Hyderabad Airport on 20Feb22 at 6 a.m. Inspite chasing since a week, we are get any response from Fedex or Delhivery people on the status.

I had purchase a product on Feb 3rd and it has reached the Delhivery Hyd location on Feb 10th and the my location is in Hyderabad. But since 12 days there is no update from there in the tracking.

There is no phone or email to contact them and I tried multiple times raising complaints on their website but no use.

Order id[protected]...my order is showing transit since 11 days in repeated place in hyd only. even I stay hyd...if I ask anything they responding like it is transit in hyd they will be deliver tomorrow they saying..but daily the date is changing to 1 day from 8 days... please change delivery boys and keep some good people who will work correct.. don't play with costumers...they will not give notification also... delhivery is worst courier...

My package weighs 10.09 kilos and worth Rs. 12000 was picked up from Hyderabad on 8th February.
They tried to deliver 2 out of 14 items from the package, I refused to accept it until the missing items were delivered too.

I received a consignment through Delhivery that was ordered on Silk Plush. I paid through scanning QR code. But turned out that the product was not as mentioned in the cover. I reached out to the delivery personnel who directed me to his store manager. The store manager claimed that the money paid through QR code will be credited to the sender directly and cannot be reversed. However, my bank intimated that the money was credited to Delhivery’s HDFC account. If I am a victim of online fraud, is Delhivery a mediator for the transaction? If the company can’t afford to stop crediting the sum to a fraud, does it claim that they don’t care about what’s inside nor who sends it? So any fraudster can use Delhivery as a tool? The whole delivery team was fooling around claiming to help me but then backed off, when I intimated them that I have raised a complaint with the bank about it.

My order regarding replacement of Boult Airbass Propods placed on 29 Jan 2022 with courier service Delhivery and the expected delivery date was 5 Feb 2022. 15 days passed from the expected delivery date and I haven’t received my package yet. The product was at a Guntur Hub which is 30 KM away from delivery place since 5 Feb 2022. The delivery executive called me and asked me to pick up the product from Guntur which is 30 KM away from the delivery address actually placed and I questioned about the same and I have got a mail that my product is not delivered because I’m unavailable which is not true. So, I contacted Delhivery customer care many times and every time the reply was the same. That they have escalated this matter and are working to arrange delivery by next day. 15 days passed like this and there is no proper response regarding the issue. It’s tiring to wait and write again and again to your customer care. It’s a bitter experience. I want my issue to be resolved as soon as possible.

and they just have written that "package missing in audit", i don't know what the fk does that mean ..

I ordered a laptop through Tata clique on 14th feb and the seller sent it through Delhivery. As per the order it was promised to be delivered by 21st feb but when i checked the status of my order through Delhivery website it keeps getting delayed and the estimated delivery date changed from 23rd to 26th of feb. And my shipment is stuck in Delhi for the past few days and it's not been moving. I want my order to be processed as soon as possible and have it delivered.

I got a call from delivery noida as he told me his name was wasim khan his no is [protected] he asked me my personal information by saying that he is authorised by the CEO of delivery he aaked my net worth, from where i get money do i run business, he wanted to come at my place. He aaked why i shop alot why i return back n all just want to know who gave him right to ask these questions . He called at odd time which was also not right. Please look into this matter on a serious note otherwise i am going to file case with his voice recording

Recently, I ordered a saree from an online platform(Instagram).
They took the real money and delivered a fake product.
Now, I can't contact to that guy, who was chatting with us online.

I am Shahid Khan and ordered from shopee and the delivery executive delivered my product to stranger ... My delhivery tracking ID is : [protected] and I gone to delivery office Dhar Madhya Pradesh and office executive says what can we do we have delivered we don't know... This was very bad nature and reply...

I ordered some products from Mars Cosmetics, , , , The AWB no is[protected], , My order was scheduled to be delivered today, , , Around 1 pm it was out for delivery, , , But around 4 pm I recieved a cancellation code message from Delhivery, , , After that I recieved a message that ' Your order is refused or cancelled by the consignee ', , , , But I never refused the order, , , They cancelled that without contacting me, , , Please resolve the issue .

I had booked Delhivery's courier service to transport my Honda Activa 5g (MH14 HR7XXX) from Nagpur to Bangalore on 13th January and I received the vehicle in Bangalore on 18th January. Tracking number and docket number is below.

But the side panel of my Activa was damaged during the transportation. There is a dent and also many scratches on the side panel.

As per the Honda Authorised service center the estimated cost of the side panel is around 3500 rupees and the service charge would cost another 1500 rupees. So the total cost would be around 5000 rupees.

Delhivery had shared a COF around 3 weeks back, but after that no response from them, although I have sent around 5 mails to followup regarding the reimbursement.

I m unable to track my order with delhivery tracking id :- [protected].

Let me know why many shipments are not being delivered to 500049 from a couple of weeks.

I mentioned one id to get proper response about the service. I have a queue of complaints.

My card delivery status shows that id proff not available how can it's possible, your team cancel my delivery without contact to me.

Pls reschedule my delivery, my delivery no is[protected] as soon as possible.

Your delivery Person damaged the drainage pipe while delivery of the building which cost me repairing of 2000 And also Even after I instructed him Not to put the heavyweight Refrigerator in Building lift He delivered by putting in lift.So the society made penalty on me of Rs.1000

Payment deducted from my account but it failed.it has been 1 month
I didn't get my refund yet.

Feb 10order reached destination but till now not delivered almost 5 days done but daily when I was tracking simply it shows it will deliver today but no one is calling, need immediate help to get it as soon as possible

I sent a parcel from chennai to Hyderabad on 31st Jan 2022, since 8 days passed, the parcel was not delivered. So I cancel the order and return to origin. Since 5 days, the parcel is not delivered yet. It’s around 15 days. Please check whether my parcel is available or not and send it to origin asap.

I have got the shipment order from from delhivery which supposed to receive to my address one week before but day by day it's getting pushed its all most 6 extra days over with out reaching customer for delivery they updating them self the delivery status that customer is not available or unable to connect where not received single from them
