The Courier is not delivering my product on time.the date of estimate delivery was 4 February but they didn't deliver my product When I reach to the office of Delhivery courier the refused me to Give my product. Before the estimate delivery of 4 February once they have returned back my this product from where it had came... Delhivery courier facility took around 25 days to deliver my product even right now they dont have delivered my product...

I ordered a package from ajio and tried to pay via the upi app and the payment was deducted thrice I tried reaching the company over their official mail but for the past 4 months they are making excuses for idiotic reasons
the customer service is low on IQ seriously and then their CEO says India is tough market to handle of course it is you don't have the caliber to lead a company properly

Ordered two lehengas from @nykaafashion

Only 1 is delivered but both the websites show 2 lehengas are delivered!
How can you show product is delivered without giving it???

Was to be delivered today on 4 feb but the status was updated at 3.30 that i was unreachable hence delivery will be attempted tomorrow, but at 7.30 around status got updated that shipment is delivered, but i haven't received the shipment, it has been falsely marked as delivered by delhivery team, how can they mark it delivered when i have the secret code that i must share with delivery personell and after that only delivery will be done ? If i do not receive my shipment then i will be forced to take police / legal action against delhivery company.

The delivery boy refuse to deliver the parcel and I need medicine on urgent base but at last collect the parcel from delivery office, and they kept the parcel three day in their store but never delivered

My 3 consignments got cancelled automatically. Courrier delivery personal was giving service at our locality daily, but didnot brought my courrier. Screen shot is attached herewith.
Not a single courier got cancelled but 3 different orders got returned

Delhivery through mera 3 parcel ande vale the 30 jan 2022 ke parcel ahmedabad mayrose tower but roj courier vale date change kar rahe hai aur false status dal rahe hai

I gave my device to oneplus for repairing. On the date 2 Feb 2022, the oneplus team gave me tracking details of my product through the delhivery company. Then on the date 3 Feb 2022, when I checked the details for my product, it showed that the product has been delivered to me. But actually, I didn't receive my product. I also tried to call the delhivery customer care center but they are not picking up my call. My WayBill no. is[protected]. Please solve my query.

Nor the Agency have took the initiative to inform me about my order
Plz take legal action against it as it is prepaid order

They cancelled and returned my order without any cancellation code!!! Pathetic service. Reattempt my delivery fast

I am running startup company for Home decor products and i have tied up with Delhivery and Shiprocket. whenever the packages are arranged for pickup these companies arent working on it even after paying them. I am facing issues. I request you to take necessary actions

Respected Sir, With due respect, I have placed an order through filpcart website 31st Jan . I have also paid the amount . Product arrived on 2 nd Feb 2022 but due to arrogant behavior I could not able to take the delivery and he takes back the delivery and now the delivery status showing that product is on the way,
I don't know what to say but the delivery boy arrogant behavior I didn't like it and now company zonal office man are helping him by delaying my order .

Order with delivery tracking number [protected]is not delivered but wrongly updated as delivered. No response to complaint. No proof of delivery shared, despite multiple follow ups.

My courier package is not delivered and the Courier service is not responsive. I was supposed to get a package delivered on 01/02/2022 by Delhivery Courier but the package has been sent to a completely different state.
Delhivery does not have a customer service number nor do they respond to emails. The company is not legit and is trying to scam people.

My product has been dispatch from boat very earlier but deliver is stuck in My local city and from past 5-6 days they are cnot delivering the order and making false claim that order refused by consignee. I have not recieved any call from delhivery service about it and I have registered complaint but no action yet taken.

The courier partner seems to be shifting the estimated delivery date day by day. I have been requesting them to deliver early but no action is taken. I request them to please deliver early.

Delhivery executive is not delivering my amazon shipment to my address

The AWB[protected] has reached nearest Delhivery Station on 23.01.2022. However, the consignment has not yet been delivered. In this regard I have raised several complaints with Delhivery, but not yet resolved.

My AWB No:[protected] Shipped On 25/01/ 2022 To Rapar (Gujrat) from Mumbai. It Reached The Destination On 28th Jan 2022 Morning As Per The Tracking Details On Your Website But Then On There Are No Updates Regarding The Delivery Of The Shipment. It was Almost 3 Days being 31st Jan 2022 14:38 There were No Updates Neither The Shipment Is Out For Delivery. “Despite More Than 3 Days Of Reaching The Destination, and expected date of delivery was 31/01/2022, Delivery Has Not Been Made Neither Updated On Tracking Details” As A Reply To My Email I am informed to ask the buyer to personally come and collect the parcel,
And instead of taking the attempt to deliver the shipment yesterday (01/02/2022) It has been sent back to me stating that
"Returned as per shipper's instructions" and shall be delivered back to me by 7th Feb 2022.,
You people do not have the responsibility of accepting your inefficiency neither apologize for the inconvenience caused to your customer
If for any reasons you cannot deliver the parcel, why do you people pick up such shipments and harass the seller and buyer for no reasons
Such an idiotic reasoning & behavior.
Totally non professional & irresponsible services of Delhivery Couriers,

First the person ask me for ¼ money of the product. When i will give that he start saying that plz sr send me atleast ½ money of the product value. Then i will send him half money and after giving the half money 💰 he again said that, sr plz give full paymemt i am only delivering the product so i don't have money you gave me full payment and then i will give uh the tracking id and all details, bills. I pay him all money of product and then he is not answering my calls and messages.
Plz sr help me plz, the money that i will send is ₹26130. Plz take any strict action ..
