My package with id: [protected] was supposed to be delivered on 4th February 2022. I got the message that it was out for delivery, but has not been delivered to me for the last two days. I didn't get any call from your executive for receiving the order. I didn't receive any call and my phone wasn't switched off on 4th Feb. The status has been falsely updated without even trying.

Now, the status has been marked as "in transit" on the portal. There is no way to contact them. even tried reaching via mail/twitter/facebook.

Hii, My query is that our nearest delhivery centre(pincode:192101) is cancelling our parcels without informing the customer and remark them as undeliverable, we want an action against the staff, such a worst service by Delhivery, disappointed!

My order arrived at their office mohali on 3rd feb. Today is 6th. The packet is lying their since 3 days, they have not delivered yet. This is smart city, we cannot expect such a pathetic service from any courier company. They have created such a mess. And the main thing is they do not have any contact number of their mohali office, there is only one customer care number which never connects. All i have to say is they are WORSE and now harassing me.

I contacted a delivery guy on the google to know my package detail, he verbally abused me . So I want to raise a complaint and his number is [protected]

Delhivery Order I'd [protected] from shopee was marked as delivered without delivering the product when enquired delivery boy telling that he has lost the item. Please take necessary action and do the needful.

My package from HK with AWB [protected] has been handed over the Delhivery from Aramex.

The first person (Sunil) on 3rd Feb 22 asked me to pay 2274 Rs. as some duties. I told him that I had already paid the duties via the Aramex app and showed him in the app and the receipt. He refused to delivery and took the parcel with him. He updated the status falsely as "customer refused the package", when the real reason was he was asking me the pay again when I had already paid.

Next, 2 days Aramex was re-scheduling the delivery and the Delhivery person are falsely updating the status as "customer not available" for 2 repeated times on 4th Feb 22 and 5th Feb 22.

The complaint has been raised with Aramex too but the customer care is not prompt in helping out. They are just re-scheduling the delivery, when Delhivery is not really making any efforts to deliver it.

This just a pathetic company and I am not sure why Aramex has tied up with such unprofessional couriers.

Was to be delivered on 4 feb but the status was updated at 3.30 that i was unreachable hence delivery will be attempted tomorrow, but at 7.30 around status got updated that shipment is delivered, but i haven't received the shipment, it has been falsely marked as delivered by delhivery team, how can they mark it delivered when i have the secret code that i must share with delivery personell and after that only delivery will be done ?

The Courier is not delivering my product on time.the date of estimate delivery was 4 February but they didn't deliver my product When I reach to the office of Delhivery courier the refused me to Give my product. Before the estimate delivery of 4 February once they have returned back my this product from where it had came... Delhivery courier facility took around 25 days to deliver my product even right now they dont have delivered my product...

I ordered a package from ajio and tried to pay via the upi app and the payment was deducted thrice I tried reaching the company over their official mail but for the past 4 months they are making excuses for idiotic reasons
the customer service is low on IQ seriously and then their CEO says India is tough market to handle of course it is you don't have the caliber to lead a company properly

Ordered two lehengas from @nykaafashion

Only 1 is delivered but both the websites show 2 lehengas are delivered!
How can you show product is delivered without giving it???

The delivery boy refuse to deliver the parcel and I need medicine on urgent base but at last collect the parcel from delivery office, and they kept the parcel three day in their store but never delivered

My 3 consignments got cancelled automatically. Courrier delivery personal was giving service at our locality daily, but didnot brought my courrier. Screen shot is attached herewith.
Not a single courier got cancelled but 3 different orders got returned

Delhivery through mera 3 parcel ande vale the 30 jan 2022 ke parcel ahmedabad mayrose tower but roj courier vale date change kar rahe hai aur false status dal rahe hai

I gave my device to oneplus for repairing. On the date 2 Feb 2022, the oneplus team gave me tracking details of my product through the delhivery company. Then on the date 3 Feb 2022, when I checked the details for my product, it showed that the product has been delivered to me. But actually, I didn't receive my product. I also tried to call the delhivery customer care center but they are not picking up my call. My WayBill no. is[protected]. Please solve my query.

My order with number[protected] is not yet delivered its is pending since 12 days
Nor the Agency have took the initiative to inform me about my order
Plz take legal action against it as it is prepaid order

They cancelled and returned my order without any cancellation code!!! Pathetic service. Reattempt my delivery fast

I am running startup company for Home decor products and i have tied up with Delhivery and Shiprocket. whenever the packages are arranged for pickup these companies arent working on it even after paying them. I am facing issues. I request you to take necessary actions
