My order was supposed to be delivered on 24 January 2022 but it wasn't. The delivery boy made a false claim that i wasn't available. He didn't call me and said that I didn't pick the call. He never came to my house. I complaint and i was told that my order will be delivered in next 24 hours but it hasn't been delivered. My Complaint reference number: 31525996.
The promised delivery date was 25 January 2022 and time mention was 9:00 to 19:00. But my delivery hasn't been done till now. It's a prepaid order. If my order is misplaced or gets damaged or if they never deliver it. " Who will be responsible" such huge negligence. Please pay heed to customer's issues. You don't even reply to mails, how is the custom supposed to reach you

    This is regarding AWB[protected].
    I sent this shipment from Vadodara to Bhavnagar. Initially, it took 2 days to pickup. And when it reached destination, part of product was missing on destination. The shipment was a big box along with a bag attached to it. But, on delivery, the bag was missing, which is an important part of my parcel.(without the bag, my parcel is useless)
    I tried to reach and complain through the portal multiple times.But so far I haven't got any satisfactory response.(I already sent photos and videos with the bag attached to the parcel).
    I raised my complaint through web portal, twitter handle and email to delhivery direct, but I have got nothing back.
    It is now almost 15 days past and no response from delhivery direct.

      I had issued a replacement request for one damaged product on Nykaa. The pick up guy was from Delhivery. I told him repeatedly that it is a replacement request for ONE item only. The package had 8 items in it of which one was damaged and I asked replacement for that only but he did not listen and said that he is asked to take all the items that came in the package. I did as he said I was not familiar with nykaa's replacement procedure. This guy took all the items in the package when he was supposed to take one. I sense scam from this. I wish to have my items back. The products were worth Rs 1500 total. I request to please look into it and return my items please.

        My package was supposed to be delivered last week and still seems to be in transit. when you see the status, it seems going all around bangalore but not being delivered.. #[protected]. Pathetic service from Delhivery. There is no way you can contact them and the complaint i raised on their portal seems ignored.

            My package (Tracking ID:[protected] was supposed to be delivered on 22nd Jan 2022. But it reached the destination hub (Hyderabad) late by one day on the night of 22nd Jan/early morning of 23rd Jan.

            The package has been stuck there and the status message has been changing as below:
            23rd Jan: "On Hold- Destination unable to receive on 23rd Jan"
            24th Jan: "On Hold-Destination unable to receive on 24th Jan"br...

            My order having awb number[protected] on Delhivery .According to tracking result it is at haskote since 15 days.They are not delivering the parcel.After that i sent them a mail about the concern and i have not received any response frim them till now.

              All of a sudden they made the location unserviceable. 2 days back they had delivered to the same location . Now they returned my package saying location undeliverable

                My tracking id is[protected] i had ordered my football dress from Xyz site and it was shipped from delhivery and it was supposed to be delivered on 23rd of January and it reached my local destination but it wasn’t delivered and today even after being in the same destination it did got delayed and there is no way of contacting the above mentioned company

                    The delivery guy has input the wrong otp due to which the package got returned on[protected].
                    I have not received any updates from the delhivery team yet and neither do they have any contact no. I have raised multiple complaints on the portal and still no response from them.

                      The order is to be delivered today and is also out of delivery since 10 in the morning but at the end of the day they changed the date to next day for delivery, how much i have to wait for the them, even they didn't called to inform that the delivery cannot be take place today and also they didn't gave the agent no.                         Here’s the tracking details of the prepaid order: https://www.delhivery.com/track/package/[protected]. It was ordered some time last year, probably in November. It has not been delivered yet. I either want it delivered ASAP, or I want it returned with a full refund. It contains a kurta which was picked up from me at 65, Tantipara Lane, Howrah 711104, and was supposed to be delivered to Shikara Ghat, No.7, Boulevard Rd, Dal-Lake, Srinagar, Jammu and Kashmir 190001.

                          I had couriered a kitchenware item from Hyderabad to Kannur using the tracking ID provided above. When it was delivered to me it was missing an item. I have raised the complaint as soon as the delivery was made, almost 10 days ago but there is no response from their side. I had also taken an insurance provided by them on the product while booking for delivery.

                            My shipment which was to be delivered by the courier company Delhivery on the 21st Jan 2022 is still not delivered to me though the date is 23rd January 2022.                               Payment attempted through QR code for AWB[protected] failed on 28th Dec 2021. Amount(Rs.1484) has been debited from my account but still not refunded even after 1 month. I have raised a complaint via E-mail but no response yet. It seems that either they all are dead now or they don't want to refund my money. If they don't want to refund my money then tell me I will donate them but they are not replying.

                                Return not pick up

                                I placed a return on 18th jan 2022 on ajio..since that day, the item was showing out for pick up. But the delivery team of Delhivery didnt even contact me. It showed out for pick up for 4 days, on 22nd jan they updated the status of pick up as "customer not available in the address". They didnt even call me and did this....

                                I have an account in meesho, and I have an order crystal Black shoes. My order I'd is [protected]. I place a return on 20th Jan 2022. My return tracking I'd is [protected]. Pickup scheduled by delhivery courier gushkara office, purba bardhaman. Courier boy didnot come to my location, and rejected my pick up and he gave issue item mismatch. After that I call him. He tell his TL Mr Chiranjit dey tell he don't pick up my item. And I conference call with mr Chiranjit dey, he threatened me, he tell he don't pick up my item. Please help..

                                  As i have packed two boxes and cello taped it together and packed in a bag tightly and it was delivered but the bag was opened and one of the box was missing and i have raised complaint in their website no reaponse received visited delhivery where i sent the parcel no response asked to check with email. So mailed every single day and mentioning urgent no response received . Its urgent means you should have responded. I want sue for not providing any customer service and stealing cuatomers products.

                                    I had sent a parcel (AWB[protected]
                                    ) through this courier company . Company had informed me that receiver is uncontactable so it not possible to deliver the parcel . I requested them to hold the shipment and they agreed with a timeline of 48-72 hours .
                                    within 24 hrs I requested them to deliver the shipment at company's reception

                                    mistakes done by courier company
                                    1) they did not wait for 48 hrs as agreed by courier company and returned the shipment to origin (Nagpur)
                                    2) they did not even return the shipment to me and updated their system that shipment has been returned to customer.
                                    3) When I requested to provide the corporate office number to send the legal notice . they are not responding to the emails

                                    Desirable resolution
                                    1) I need my shipment back
                                    2) Refund of charges
