I have ordered earphones from the boat website and they are being delivered by delhivery. After reaching my town it is automatically canceled showing the customer wants an open delivery request, but I haven't requested anything. I requested for reattempt thrice but still, the same thing is there. Please do something as it was a prepaid order also there is no option of canceling the order.

      This Package Hasn't Been Delivered To The Destination The Package Seems To Have Reached The Final City on 25th January 2022 But Is Still Not Out For Delivery. The email customer care doesn't care about the emails at all. Also, I Have Been Trying To Call The Customer Care Number But The Call Ends As Soon As I Start Calling Them. I Have Been Also Following With Them Through Email But No Response From Their Side.
      Worst courier service. Delivery date is getting extended day by day

        This is with reference to shipment tracking number[protected] of Delhivery. It was booked on 18th Jan 2022 and I can see the package arrived the destination location on 20th Jan 2022 however, courier partner is not willing to deliver to the home. Its been a week since the package arrived the destination location. I have submitted multiple queries in delhivery portable and received no responses or updates. This is not acceptable. We don't have any other mechanism to contact the courier other than query submission on their portable, for which they don't acknowledge or respond.

          A Complex Issue:
          My 2 products were arriving at the same time at same hub and almost of same size but different products.
          Amazon product was a foldable ladder.
          Flipkart product was a CLOTH DRYER STAND.

          AMAZON INCOMING AWB WAS:[protected]
          AMAZON ORDER ID:[protected]

          But when I tried to cancel this product which was on-transit. Amazon website generated a new AWB for pickup of the product which was still in transit.

          NEW AWB FOR PICKUP WAS:[protected]

          When my amazon package arrived, it was undelivered as I rejected it and it got returned under same awb under which it was incoming i.e. AWB:[protected]

          At the same time my Flipkart package arrived DELHIVERY Person scanned this flipkart package(incoming AWB WAS[protected] at the hub and marked it delivered and then under AMAZON PICKUP AWB that was [protected], HE PUT my flipkart package without checking product which was a cloth dryer but label name of pickup product was a foldable ladder (THE REAL MISTAKE).

          Pickup request should be closed when my amazon product was undelivered.

          NOW MY PREPAID FLIIPKART ORDER (Which is missing) is under amazon ladder label and CURRENTLY IN INDORE.

          AT the same time 2 same products are at 2 different locations while I had ordered only 1 how this is possible? because in 1 of them flipkart product is there and I am finding my missing flipkart order, which was marked delivered and never got it.

          I want you to bring my flipkart prepaid product which was marked delivered wrongly and is being sent to wrong place mistake done by delivery person.

          I want solution of this immediately.

            I order on shopee and delivered by ecom express but ecom express does not care my proudact tempered glass was broken and fully air in the screen and box was damage when i return this order and choose delhivery return after delivery boy does not pickup my return and say i am not pick up this return because this is broken but i got broken screen Delhivery fraud with me

                My package[protected] which having stuff of my new born babies left from Agra on 15th jan and suppose to reach bangalore by 23rd jan . Firstly they sent to Hoskote somewhere near to bangalore but next i am seeing they sent it to Chennai and after Chennai they sent it to port blair . This is fraud service to make pain in customer life. I was having urgent need to that package and not it showing estimated delivery 30th Jan, which also seems not possible as no status update since last 2-3 days . Please help us.

                  Tracking ID[protected], delhivery partner called me to collect the consignment from his primises which is 30km far away from my PIN code where the product should be delivered. he refused to deliver on my premises and if not taken by his premises he arrogantly told that he will cancell the order due to consignee not ready to recieve parcel is the reason.product reached office on 20 th jan 2022 till not get delivered...

                  My package from Mumbai was scheduled to be picked up by delhivery on the 25th if January but it’s been two days that it shows that the pickup is pending. I asked my seller to send me a picture of my package and they send me and thru the label there I got my awb number. The awb tracking shows “pending pickup” since 2days while the order number is being shown invalid. I was unsuccessful in getting a response from my seller after they send me the pic of my package and told me that the courier partner picked up the package right in front of them. I kindly request you to look into this case with utmost importance!

                    I have ordered a product for 54k and AWB[protected] on 31st dec and I have still not received the product (25days due). Updating fake reasons that address is incomplete even though it's correct and never responded to my emails or contact number till date
                    There are many complaints every hour on twitter. Im worried if my package is lost.

                        My order was supposed to be delivered on 24 January 2022 but it wasn't. The delivery boy made a false claim that i wasn't available. He didn't call me and said that I didn't pick the call. He never came to my house. I complaint and i was told that my order will be delivered in next 24 hours but it hasn't been delivered. My Complaint reference number: 31525996.
                        The promised delivery date was 25 January 2022 and time mention was 9:00 to 19:00. But my delivery hasn't been done till now. It's a prepaid order. If my order is misplaced or gets damaged or if they never deliver it. " Who will be responsible" such huge negligence. Please pay heed to customer's issues. You don't even reply to mails, how is the custom supposed to reach you

                          This is regarding AWB[protected].
                          I sent this shipment from Vadodara to Bhavnagar. Initially, it took 2 days to pickup. And when it reached destination, part of product was missing on destination. The shipment was a big box along with a bag attached to it. But, on delivery, the bag was missing, which is an important part of my parcel.(without the bag, my parcel is useless)
                          I tried to reach and complain through the portal multiple times.But so far I haven't got any satisfactory response.(I already sent photos and videos with the bag attached to the parcel).
                          I raised my complaint through web portal, twitter handle and email to delhivery direct, but I have got nothing back.
                          It is now almost 15 days past and no response from delhivery direct.

                            I had issued a replacement request for one damaged product on Nykaa. The pick up guy was from Delhivery. I told him repeatedly that it is a replacement request for ONE item only. The package had 8 items in it of which one was damaged and I asked replacement for that only but he did not listen and said that he is asked to take all the items that came in the package. I did as he said I was not familiar with nykaa's replacement procedure. This guy took all the items in the package when he was supposed to take one. I sense scam from this. I wish to have my items back. The products were worth Rs 1500 total. I request to please look into it and return my items please.

                              My package was supposed to be delivered last week and still seems to be in transit. when you see the status, it seems going all around bangalore but not being delivered.. #[protected]. Pathetic service from Delhivery. There is no way you can contact them and the complaint i raised on their portal seems ignored.

                                  My package (Tracking ID:[protected] was supposed to be delivered on 22nd Jan 2022. But it reached the destination hub (Hyderabad) late by one day on the night of 22nd Jan/early morning of 23rd Jan.

                                  The package has been stuck there and the status message has been changing as below:
                                  23rd Jan: "On Hold- Destination unable to receive on 23rd Jan"
                                  24th Jan: "On Hold-Destination unable to receive on 24th Jan"
                                  25th Jan (Today): "On Hold-Destination unable to receive on 25th Jan"

                                  I can receive the package at destination but the status is getting updated by itself without contacting me.

                                  I have been tweeting to Delhivery's help twitter handle (@help_delhivery) for 3 days now but no body responds.

                                  The package contains urgent item and needs to be delivered immediately. But it is sad that Delhivery's courier service as well as customer care service has fallen to lowest standards.
