Courier boy has lost this item. It was not delivered to me. I registered a complaint also at that. But he said he will pay me for this item . I should take back the complaint against them. But from last one and half month he dint even done payment to me and when i call him, he talk rudely and said do whatever u want.
I need action against him....

I made a payment to book a courier through your website. The transaction was successful however the delhivery website took my back to the below page asking to choose payment method again. Can you confirm if the order is booked? If not how can I get my money back? Attached screenshots....

I have ecommerce business and I use different shipping partners to ship across India. Whenever I ship via Delhivery I have major issue with pickup. I have placed the order on shopee app and this is twice that my order shows delivered and I have not received any OTP or any call from delivery boy.
Even like other apps provide delivery agent number they didn't provided that too.
And on the top of it delhivery don't have any real customer support and their toll free number does not get connected easily if i get they don't have answer...

From past 2 days delhivery is not delivering my product and also it has delayed it by 2 days. It is still postponing the timings and i want them to delivery my product by tomorrow. Or else i am going legal on this matter....

Product ordered from Amazon, courier service partner with Delhivery. Not even a single attempt was made for delivering the item hence status kept on updating "delay due to customer request", this a complete lie! I was never informed nor intimidated about delivery. This is the 2nd time it happened. Due to this very same reason i cancelled my previous order. And sadly this time courier partner is DELHIVERY again. A courier service does not...

I had ordered packets of baby food from SlurrpFarm. The tracking status shows it has been delivered after confirmation of OTP while neither any OTP was recd nor any delivery undertaken......
