delivery agent call us come for delvery after 2 day they not delivetrdd my package
i have paid prepaid charge many time try to contect but they not reply properly
i have atteched my recipt and screen shot status of delivry package
i want refund and my package return

      Hello
      My waybill number is[protected]and the product was out of delivery on 11th Jan, 2022. However the status now has been updated automatically as if customer (me) asked for rescheduling. I don't understand why it was hard for the delivery agent to call. The updated delivery date has been updated as 14th Jan (3 days apart).
      I require the package as early as possible and I'm ready to collect it from the hub if required. Pathetic service.

      Update on 12th Jan: I drove to my nearest distribution center in hopes of collecting the package. However this didnt work. But I got in touch with the delivery manager and he ensured the package was delivered late in the evening.
      However on delivering, the delivery agent (Karthik) demanded a 'tip' since he had to bring the package which I declined due to the hassle caused. He created a scene and threw abuses and said "I'll make sure no packages are delivered to you in future" before leaving.
      Such a wonderful experience.

        I totally fed up with your courier service, I haven't seen such a pathetic service in my life. For the last week, I haven't received any phone calls nor any of your executive come to my residential address but still, I got fake comments/updates (Attached screenshot) from your ### site while I'm tracking my order.
        I really don't know what you are doing with my parcel. I just want my parcel as soon as possible.

          Hi, my medical supplies were out for delivery on 8th Jan (Saturday), but they rescheduled it to 14th Jan without my knowledge. I contacted them by Email and Twitter and begged them to deliver it ASAP but they only "escalated" my request but took no action. Its been 4 days and they are rescheduling it over and over again despite the fact that the item is kept in the nearest warehouse.

          I am left with no option but to reach out to consumer complaint forum and beg them to deliver my own item. This company should be blacklisted forever.

            This is in regards to the credit card which was dispatched on 5th January 2022 thru delhivery.

            The card delivery was not attempted at all and the status was updated No one at address, on complaining to delhivery customer care, the status was updated as incomplete address.
            Now the card is returning back to the source.

            And moreover, to take revenge the team in Gurgaon is not delivering my other courier sent by Nyka to the same address, as I complained.

            Request to kindly refrain from these practices.

                Hi, I have ordered an item from India mart and the seller has sent the item late via Delhivery courier and on top of that the Delivery been holding my shipment for the past 5days and there is false information updated in the tracking updates, that consignee is not reachable, or rescheduling based on consignee input.

                The truth is that no one reached me till now and they simply updating the staus as if I requested them to reschedule.

                  This is first time I am facing problem for my order No[protected] to get deliver on time. On 5th January product has reached KOLKATA hub but after that my product is freeze there. I am getting no call from delivery agent, no sms. Flipkart is saying that they have no connection with 3rd party logistic that means my product, money and time are wastes. Money already paid, winter is going. Now this Puma jacket will going to use in next year winter may be….Flipkart is also not registering any complaint. Please avoid delhivery logistic as they are not capable of their job. 12 days already passed and my product is still coming from different planet.

                  Today I went to KOLKATA delhivery hub, in Picnic Garden..in computer they find my product details but in real their input is zero. No one is trying to search my product. All product are not properly segregated, my product supposed to come in Eliot Road hub but landed in Picnic Garden hub..and lost there.

                    My 250 order are not picked up yet by Delhivery Logistics on 08.01.2022 as well as today(09.01.2022), Manager of Delhivery Logistic in Hisar said that they will not pick my order, he was totally rude to me, his name is Sunil Kumar, These order will be cancelled tomorrow if not picked up by delhivery logistic and i will not be responsible for the same, request you to take the matter on priority and investigate into this matter. I have a huge loss due to not picking up the parcel and also they did mental harrasment

                    Note : Delhivery is misusing their power, If not taken corrective action it might force me to take legal action against the culprit.

                            My agent booked me a laptop on Jan-04 and the parcel reached the Chennai office on Jan-05. Following that till now, I did not receive any updates regarding the shipment and on enquiring with one of the staff, he asked me to speak in Hindi and I am not a native Hindi speaker. He then later declined the call with me. As the parcel is very important for me, I request you to help me here.

                            I chose Delhivery because I am happy to be a part of the development/growth of the India-originated company.

                            Due to improper customer service, I reached out directly and I hope the company will provide diligent service to the customers in the future.

                              I had placed an order for home pickup for a parcel to be couriered. I have paid online for the same, I have not received any confirmation or acknowledgment of payment or package to be picked up by the company.
                              Money has also been deducted from my account and no way to communicate, all numbers on website are unavailable. There’s no way to contact the customer care if there’s any.
                              Pls help.

                                  My zara parcel AWB[protected] for which I have made payment of Rs.4570/- on Delhivery's payments portal was not being delivered by the delivery staff. I have requested payment confirmation by their twitter helpline (@help_delhivery) and I got no reply regarding the payment. I have tried emailing also (customer.[protected]@delhivery.com) for which I got one reply saying my issue would be solved within 48 hours. After that I have got no help whatsoever. I attached my payment proof with the transaction id and I have confirmed with my banks customer care too that the amount was debited.

                                  I have got no contact number that I can call and relay my issue. I have to wait for their reply (IF THEY REPLY).

                                  I need refund for my Rs.4570/- since the parcels delivery was cancelled.

                                    Two weeks ago I dispatched a parcel (Christmas gift worth around Rs. 2k, through Delhivery AWB[protected].
                                    The consignee is living a mere 40 kms from my house. The parcel was collected by Delhivery from my residence and was delivered in three days time (as per online updates) .
                                    However I was informed by the consignee that a wrong item was delivered to him by Delhivery (a pair of defective earphones belonging to someone else, perhaps being sent for servicing) .
                                    I promptly got in touch with the courier people who curtly told me they can’t do anything and that I should write to the Delhivery company.
                                    Upon checking the Delhivery website I was shocked to learn there were no phone numbers and email address listed. I realized what a scam setup this company is!
                                    To make the story short, till date, my parcel has not been delivered nor has it been returned and Delhivery has not even contacted me on this issue.
                                    Such irresponsibility and careless behavior is unbelievable.

                                    People please be beware of the scan setup
