The Delhivery was picked up from Maharastra on 7th Jan 2022, but even after two weeks, the product was not delivered and delivery date is getting altered everyday in website.

My package was actually reached Chennai by around 10th Jan 2022. and still it is not delivered.

There is no customer care number. Could you please help me with the issue....

Hello,

Just want to say how pathetic Delhivery courier service is. There is no way we can reach them on phone. Every day in evening they put a status update saying the address is wrong so product couldnt be delivered. However I have got 1000s of courier from amazon and even from Delhivery on provided address.
On top of that there is no phone number of customer care or delivery agent anywhere. The product was shipped almost a month back and now I am not sure if that is in condition to accept or not.

I have 3 orders coming in they have delayed them all. One was accidentally sent to hyderabad instead of bangalore.. And the ones that are in bangalore are stuck in hoskote for days now. That too the products were already in hoskote didn't have to be shipped from another state delhivery has almost taken a week to deliver products that are already in bangalore!! It's ridiculous.
This has happened before and another one was also " misrouted". This is very frustrating.

Delivery executive updated the status as delivery attempted without calling the customer and mentioning unable to reach. next day also same story is happening. I have ordered medical items which is important and supposed to receive early but the delivery service executive/team is delaying it.

For name sake they called on 17th evening and said they will be coming for delivery and they updated the status that I am not available ( I have the proof of call records) and false information updated in delivery status.

I had order 2 items online. For the first 5 days, the goods were in transit, but after that they delayed the delivery for about more than one week by giving frivolous and senseless alibis. Ultimately they have returned my package without my prior consent and this is not the first time I have experienced such pathetic, unprofessional and fraudulent behaviour from while crew....

Hi my name is Piyush Singh my two parcels is not delivered yet one is parcel from flipkart which yet to be picked up (Tracking ID :[protected]. It's estimated delivery date is 17 january but it is not shipped yet.
and my second parcel is stuck at indore... whenever i track that parcel (Tracking ID :[protected] it shows that "Package arrived at Delhivery facility, Indore" and its estimated delivery is getting automatic increasing.

I had ordered from a small start-up, and they had sent my package via Delhivery. It shows the package delivered on the site, on my mobile phone, but in reality, neither my house members nor anyone near has seen a delivery executive dropping something off. No delivery executive contacted me, the proof of delivery sent to me is bogus, no "devensh" in my house or in my locality, and it contains false delivery coordinates. This is either some kind of big scam they are running or they are just incompetent with below-par supply chain executives. My package details are as follows AWB: [protected] and order ID:[protected]. If this is not resolved in the next few days, I am going to consumer court. PERIOD.
