My agent booked me a laptop on Jan-04 and the parcel reached the Chennai office on Jan-05. Following that till now, I did not receive any updates regarding the shipment and on enquiring with one of the staff, he asked me to speak in Hindi and I am not a native Hindi speaker. He then later declined the call with me. As the parcel is very important for me, I request you to help me here.

I chose Delhivery because I am happy to be a part of the development/growth of the India-originated company.

Due to improper customer service, I reached out directly and I hope the company will provide diligent service to the customers in the future.

    I had placed an order for home pickup for a parcel to be couriered. I have paid online for the same, I have not received any confirmation or acknowledgment of payment or package to be picked up by the company.
    Money has also been deducted from my account and no way to communicate, all numbers on website are unavailable. There’s no way to contact the customer care if there’s any.
    Pls help.

        My zara parcel AWB[protected] for which I have made payment of Rs.4570/- on Delhivery's payments portal was not being delivered by the delivery staff. I have requested payment confirmation by their twitter helpline (@help_delhivery) and I got no reply regarding the payment. I have tried emailing also (customer.[protected]@delhivery.com) for which I got one reply saying my issue would be solved within 48 hours. After that I have got no help whatsoever. I attached my payment proof with the transaction id and I have confirmed with my banks customer care too that the amount was debited.

        I have got no contact number that I can call and relay my issue. I have to wait for their reply (IF THEY REPLY).

        I need refund for my Rs.4570/- since the parcels delivery was cancelled.

          Two weeks ago I dispatched a parcel (Christmas gift worth around Rs. 2k, through Delhivery AWB[protected].
          The consignee is living a mere 40 kms from my house. The parcel was collected by Delhivery from my residence and was delivered in three days time (as per online updates) .
          However I was informed by the consignee that a wrong item was delivered to him by Delhivery (a pair of defective earphones belonging to someone else, perhaps being sent for servicing) .
          I promptly got in touch with the courier people who curtly told me they can’t do anything and that I should write to the Delhivery company.
          Upon checking the Delhivery website I was shocked to learn there were no phone numbers and email address listed. I realized what a scam setup this company is!
          To make the story short, till date, my parcel has not been delivered nor has it been returned and Delhivery has not even contacted me on this issue.
          Such irresponsibility and careless behavior is unbelievable.

          People please be beware of the scan setup

            With due respect I like to inform you that form DELHIVERY COURIER, KALOL BRANCH, GUJRAT some goods send to me by courier no[protected] on dated 22.12.2021 which is already reached on final destination on dated 03.01.2022 morning but till date the goods is Still lying at DELHIVERY COURIER PARANPUR BRANCH-732204, MALDA (WEST BENGAL)and it is just 10KM Distance from my address-LOCATION.
            Today when I asked the concerned person, how long I have to wait for my goods?
            The concerned person whose phone no.is [protected], replied that we don’t have 4 wheeler so you have to wait for many days until and unless we get 4 wheeler.
            My goods weight is just 10kg only and they need 4 wheeler, What kind of response is it?
            I am very much disappointed with the service of delivery courier PARANPUR BRANCH, since last 2 weeks I have not received the good till now, and I don’t know whether I will receive the goods or not?
            My request with the DELHIVERY COURIER AUTHORITY to kindly look upon the matter seriously because the above said branch is in RURAL AREA of MALDA district of WEST BENGAL and they think everybody residing in rural areas are GWAR or fools, So they like to do whatever they wants.

              I gave an order a few weeks back. After the package arrived at my nearest hub, it was stuck there for couple of days, and then suddenly my package was returned even without my approval and information.

              Now recently I ordered another item and as it has reached nearest hub again, but this time the delivery courier send me a message that i was not able to receive the package, so it has been delayed. Seriously! Such a pathetic service from your side.
              I'm left with no alternative now. They are repeating this conduct and behaviour again and again.

                  Hi Team,

                  This is with respect to the package which I bought from Myntra.

                  The delivery boy disagree to make doorstep delivery.

                  First time when I disagree to come to his location, he updated wrong status as 'customer not reachable'.

                  Today he again updated same 2nd time whithout making any calls to me.

                  If he do the same one more time, package might get cancelled.

                  Please take some necessary action against them immediately to avoid cancellatu of my goods.

                  PS: I have escalated this to Yellapura branch but no help from them. Simply they are saying delivery boy not agree to deliver to doorsteps and they can't do anything about it.

                    My return pick up for product having AWB[protected] was scheduled today. Your agent cancelled the order himself without consulting me. I am facing trouble and I want compensation for it. I also want strict action against the agent whose mobile number is [protected].                     I ordered few products from www.mdfart.com (order no.10315) on 30.12.21, which was despatched through Delhivery couriers AWB no.[protected].
                    On 3.1.22, although the already prepaid parcel reached my city, the delivery guys didn't deliver the parcel they kept harassing for OTP, which was not coming from their side itself .even IDs were shown, they started asking for PAN card copy mentioning it to be their company policy .I kept requesting them for 4 days but instead they kept fighting & abusing .
                    Even mdfart didn't cancel my order & refunded the amount as they don't have cancelation option.

                    Please help !

                      Delhivery's courier person picked up my order which was to be returned to Ajio but he dint give me any proof of the same and did not update the status as picked up anywhere. I spoke to him on a number I received on message, he said he will update it in sometime but he still did not update it. I tracked it on Delhivery's website, its been 4 days it still says pending for pickup. Due to this, the status is also not updated on Ajio's website and I have not recieved my refund money. there is no way to reach any customer care person both on Ajio and Delhivery on their given customer care numbers. Highly unprofessional behaviour.

                        My order is being shipped via Delhivery and the shipment has been out for delivery on 31th but it never reached me got the reason that I did not pick up the calls which were actually never made since I never received any calls the shipment was out for delivery today also but no-one came and no calls no msgs
                        every day those deliver agents are out for delivery but no-one shows up & next day in the morning I get a message that no one picked up the call no delivery agent's contact details provided

                            Your delivery centre Mahwa (321608) is not delivering my parcel with AWB no.[protected]
                            On enquiring they told me that because of size of parcel we can't deliver it. I requested them to get it deliver but they refused and updated wrong remark on delhivery that "Customer refused/cancelled the consignment", which is not true. The delivey boy never attempted the delivery so how can they reject delivery on their own.
                            I tried contacting customer care of delhivery but no response and this is not happening first time, i am facing same issue from your Mahwa (321608) delivery centre for past one year. Please take some strict actions otherwise stop picking up parcels from E-Commerce when you and your team are unable to deliver the parcels.

                                Here I want to let the company know that your pick-up courier boy BHARAT BHANU is Wort Employee Ever I have seen till know. He doesn't Know how to speak with customers and he always have issues on picking up the packages from my address Rohini. He always give excuses for picking up the packages.Other courier pickup Boy from delhivery doesn't have any issues But These BHARAT BHANU has always some excuses ready for not picking up the packages I need stricter action against him and I need the company should change this pickup boy immediately.

                                  My shipment AWB no.[protected] is still not delivered and wrongly have mentioned in their website we have tried but customer not responded, it's very disgusting and poor service by company.
