Product not delivered even after 14 days. Tracking id:[protected]. Estimated delivery date initially was 29 Dec, and it keeps changing every 2 days. Product is required for important need and need it delivered as soon as possible.

    Your delivery centre Mahwa (321608) is not delivering my parcel with AWB no.[protected]
    On enquiring they told me that because of size of parcel we can't deliver it. I requested them to get it deliver but they refused and updated wrong remark on delhivery that "Customer refused/cancelled the consignment", which is not true. The delivey boy never attempted the delivery so how can they reject delivery on their own.
    I tried contacting customer care of delhivery but no response and this is not happening first time, i am facing same issue from your Mahwa (321608) delivery centre for past one year. Please take some strict actions otherwise stop picking up parcels from E-Commerce when you and your team are unable to deliver the parcels.

      This Package Hasn't Been Delivered To The Destination The Package Seems To Have Reached The Final City But Is Still Not Out For Delivery. The Estimated Delivery Date Was 3 Dec 2022 And It Has Been Already Passed. Also, I Have Been Trying To Call The Customer Care Number But The Call Ends As Soon As I Start Calling Them. I Have Been Also Following With Them Through Email But No Response From Their Side.

        Here I want to let the company know that your pick-up courier boy BHARAT BHANU is Wort Employee Ever I have seen till know. He doesn't Know how to speak with customers and he always have issues on picking up the packages from my address Rohini. He always give excuses for picking up the packages.Other courier pickup Boy from delhivery doesn't have any issues But These BHARAT BHANU has always some excuses ready for not picking up the packages I need stricter action against him and I need the company should change this pickup boy immediately.

          My shipment AWB no.[protected] is still not delivered and wrongly have mentioned in their website we have tried but customer not responded, it's very disgusting and poor service by company. I do not want next time to use this company for courier services, no call centre, no support services very very very poor. Plz try to atleast deliver my shipment now

            The order NLV[protected] is lying in transit for the past 2 weeks (since December 23im chennai).no response from the customer care.the consignment are live fruit plants.
            For two weeks how the plants survive with out watering.The courier team is responsible for the delay in delivery so the plants if decayed then the courier company should refund the order amount to me.

              My money got debited from my account but not credited in company's account

              Oops! Payment attempted through payment link for AWB [protected] failed. Any amount if debited from your account will get refunded within 4-7 business days - Delhivery

              My order no[protected] is being delayed for no reason. It has reached the nearest hub on 29th Dec and was expected to be delivered by 30th Dec but hasn't been delivered since then. The delivery doesn't call nor comes to my locality and instead updates fake infos like number not reachable, consignee unavailable, . If this issue isn't resolved by next 48 hours, I will have to resort to legal course against the timely delivery of item and harassing the customer.

                My package is reached to destination city(hyderabad), Its been more than 5 days. Status is continuously postponing to next day. There is no proper channel to connect with delhivery customer care. Only emails which is one way communication, For which they don't reply. I don't know, why fedex is passing orders to this incompetent delivery services. which do not know have a 2 way customer care support.

                please be transparent and update accurate delivery dates, don't play with dates just be updating schedule continously.

The date of delivery was 1 Jan and today is 4 Jan they are increasing dates continuously no update why it is delayed there is medicine in my package i take it regularly i need my package.                               Delhivery is such a worst courier company. They was supposed to delivered my product on 23rd and since then they are extending date to another day. Today is 3rd Jan 2022 and I didn't received it yet. They have such a worst service, they don't have proper mail or calling system to reach customer care. Delhivery hub is not so far from my home, hardly it is 4-5 km far. still they haven't delivered it.

                                  I have booked office picked medicine delivery on 28 th December 2021 at DELHIVERY online portal, They have promised that medicines will b delivered before 31 st December 2021, But today 02/01/2022 11.35 P.M. my courier still not delivered .
