The order NLV[protected] is lying in transit for the past 2 weeks (since December 23im chennai).no response from the customer care.the consignment are live fruit plants.
For two weeks how the plants survive with out watering.The courier team is responsible for the delay in delivery so the plants if decayed then the courier company should refund the order amount to me.

    My money got debited from my account but not credited in company's account

    I have paid a COD delivery with internet banking for RS 1499 with ref AWB [protected] on 04 January 2022 . I got the following message

    Oops! Payment attempted through payment link for AWB [protected] failed. Any amount if debited from your account will get refunded within 4-7 business days - Delhivery

    I paid the delivery agent with the cash. The debited amount is not credited back and on speaking to INDUSLND...

    Address: Plot 5, Sector 44, Gurugram, Haryana - 122002

    My order no[protected] is being delayed for no reason. It has reached the nearest hub on 29th Dec and was expected to be delivered by 30th Dec but hasn't been delivered since then. The delivery doesn't call nor comes to my locality and instead updates fake infos like number not reachable, consignee unavailable, . If this issue isn't resolved by next 48 hours, I will have to resort to legal course against the timely delivery of item and harassing the customer.

      My package is reached to destination city(hyderabad), Its been more than 5 days. Status is continuously postponing to next day. There is no proper channel to connect with delhivery customer care. Only emails which is one way communication, For which they don't reply. I don't know, why fedex is passing orders to this incompetent delivery services. which do not know have a 2 way customer care support.

      please be transparent and update accurate delivery dates, don't play with dates just be updating schedule continously.

          But on tracking it shows delivered I was hoping to recived it within 48hrs promised by delihevry but after so many messages and and emails no reply yet Customer care call not receiving my call

            I'm from calicut which I had wasted my 3 days by going through one couriers my item recived at 1st and still in hold at your side please do needful help to despatch my courier, I not received your otp to share with them so they hold my parcel, I contacted with bank they said just share your ID card and get it, but at your side they not giving so pls do needful help AWB NO :[protected]

              [protected] tracking I'd for the order placed. The date of delivery was 1 Jan and today is 4 Jan they are increasing dates continuously no update why it is delayed there is medicine in my package i take it regularly i need my package. No response from delhivery for such delay will they compensate for me ..

                I didn't get my item AWB is [protected] and its showing as delivered. I got the notification message that it will be delivered by 27th dec but didn't receive my package. Please deliver it soon. How you guy can do this blunder?

                    Delhivery is such a worst courier company. They was supposed to delivered my product on 23rd and since then they are extending date to another day. Today is 3rd Jan 2022 and I didn't received it yet. They have such a worst service, they don't have proper mail or calling system to reach customer care. Delhivery hub is not so far from my home, hardly it is 4-5 km far. still they haven't delivered it.

While booking the expected delivery date was 31st Dec 2021. The company has failed to deliver the package as of today (03 Jan 2022).                       I had already made payment on three days ago but still no one came for pickup. Daily the status is showing "pickup will be done today" but in the evening the status changes to "shipper not available" without even letting me know. I have not even received call from them, neither are they receiving my call.

                        Regarding the product misplaced.

                        Address: Eshwari Rice Mill, Tevarachetnalli, Shivamogga (Taluk & District)

                        I have ordered one Mobile phone on Amazon and the sent mobile phone is different so I replaced and the Delhivery boy has picked up the parcel but he misplaced it and sent to another address with another tracking ID. And they are telling please ask Amazon customer service for further information.

                        I have booked office picked medicine delivery on 28 th December 2021 at DELHIVERY online portal, They have promised that medicines will b delivered before 31 st December 2021, But today 02/01/2022 11.35 P.M. my courier still not delivered . This DELHIVERY people continuously saying since 31 st December 2021 that courier will b delivered within 24 hours but it’s more than 72 hours & consignee still not get delivery

                          On 15th dec, I have ordered a top from meshoo. I live in Shirgaon, Walwa, Sangli. My pincode is 416313, but the delivery boy denied to oarcel doorstep.
                          They said to collect your parcel from Nagthane which is 6KM away from my house. I have paid for my delivery service.

                            The delhivery is showing continuously as the delhivery is rescheduled from 2 to 3 days. The tracking status ia not updated also.This ia really very unfair. It ia shoeing only delivery is rescheduled without any reason. The delivery is in bengaluru, and it is showing that the estimated delivery date as 2 jan 2022. How can this possible? The delhivery system is really slow. Really, disappointed from this slow and passive system of delhivery. Please try to resolve my problem.

                              I'm leaving in Andaman and Nicobar Islands and everytime I order something delhivery use to get the service for delivery...and this courier service is worse... because my every parcel comes here at my place and it use to get returned ...I dnt know what they r thinking ABT themselves my 1 parcel is here in port Blair Aries I and now it started showing its.in hold. I know this hold will continue till many days and after that it will get returned...why the hell this is happening...

                                I ordered a frame which was coming through the delhivery service
                                And the time period that was provided to me was 5-10 days and now it’s more than 25 days and I haven’t got any parcel.

                                It was a birthday gift for my fiancée and I didn’t got it till now
                                They do have a customer care number which is invalid
                                They are not even updating the tracking since 24 December 2021.
                                They are not even solving my concern on emails
                                I want to file a complaint against them that they are totally fraud
