I'm leaving in Andaman and Nicobar Islands and everytime I order something delhivery use to get the service for delivery...and this courier service is worse... because my every parcel comes here at my place and it use to get returned ...I dnt know what they r thinking ABT themselves my 1 parcel is here in port Blair Aries I and now it started showing its.in hold. I know this hold will continue till many days and after that it will get returned...why the hell this is happening...

    I ordered a frame which was coming through the delhivery service
    And the time period that was provided to me was 5-10 days and now it’s more than 25 days and I haven’t got any parcel.

    It was a birthday gift for my fiancée and I didn’t got it till now
    They do have a customer care number which is invalid
    They are not even updating the tracking since 24 December 2021.
    They are not even solving my concern on emails
    I want to file a complaint against them that they are totally fraud

      Hi, I have sent my parcel to India and now its with Delhivery facility hub in Noida. The Tracking number is [protected]. It is supposed to be reaching today before 10am to my parents house in Noida Sec -77, but till now it is showing the package is with delivery center in Noida. I wanted to know when the package will be delivered to sec 77 Prateek Wisteria in Noida..Call on [protected] URGENTLY!!

        Delayed delivery "delivery could not be attempted"

        The delivery was supposed to be on 22nd december, but the tracking says it could not be attempted twice. i do not know why the courier individual is not contacting me after i receive the PIN. This has happened twice. I am leaving station tomorrow and I need the delivery ASAP....

        Address: N24-N34, S24-S34, Air Cargo Logistics Centre-II, Opposite Gate 6 Cargo Terminal, IGI Airport, New Delhi – 110037

        Package with AWB[protected], booked on 9th from Pune to Aligarh via Pickrr. Reached Aligarh on 16th. But, marked return by Delhivery with reason " improper packing". No information provided to us as the customer. The package was properly packed in a heavy insulated styrofoam container. I shared the pictures of the package at the time of hand over to the delivery agent.

        On repeated follow ups, Pickrr provided pictures of damaged parcel on 28th & today they say that Delhivery has marked package is lost in transit.
        Delhivery does not provide any update at all. Their contact number is not available anywhere. Hence, they cannot be contacted on phone.

        How is such a big package lost in transit suddenly after 3 days of sharing the pictures of damaged package? This is clearly a case of theft as such heavy packaging cannot be damaged unless done intentionally. We had also written "Handle with care" on the package.

        Attaching pictures of the parcel at the time of handover to the pick up agent & of the damaged parcel provided by Pickrr.

        This is totally unacceptable. They are stealing the packages of customers.

          I am Diksha, I had placed an exchange order on Ajio, product delivery was happening via delhivery.

          Delivery boy came and took exchange product and told me that he will deliver the product next day. But, now he is not picking up my call also not delivered my products yet. I want delhivery to take strict action and provide me my delivery

            Parcel lost and no update from Delhivery

            I placed a return on www.adidas.co.in. The Delhivery guy refuse to pick up the return in first attempt. We placed the return again and the same person showed up for pick-up, this time he picked up the parcel.

            He came back to my door after half an hour saying "Keep this item with you, I'll come back tomorrow for pick-up". We refused to take it back.

            There is no update on where my product is right now and the Delhivery...

            The Item is already reached to destination place. But still in portal showing the below message.

            We're sorry your shipment is delayed.
            We are experiencing delays due to airline capacity constraints. You will be experiencing a slight delay in delivery. We regret the inconvenience.

            Kindly check and delivery the product. It suppose to deliver by 28-Dec-2021 but still not delivered....

            My order has not reached yet it's been 10days my ordr is not received delivery boy is not calling. And simply cancelling the order .

              We created a shipment on 13 dec and it was supposed to be delivered by 19 dec but then it was delayed and new estimate delivery date was 22 dec but now it’s 30 dec. They haven’t delivered the product yet. We paid ₹1816 shipment fees. Now who will take responsibility if customer declines the order most probably it’s gonna be rejected now. Who will bear the RTO chatges and shipment charges? The package is in Chennai since 12 days or more. The tracking id is[protected]
              The shipment was done through Shiprocket.

              The shipment hasn’t done yet. Who will bear the RTO charges if customer rejects the order? Most probably he is gonna rejects the order because it has been delayed for more than 20 days.

                Hi,

                I am Abhishek Gupta booked a shipment on 5th Dec 2021 from delhivery.com to Nagaland from Kolkata tracking no.[protected]. I have raised multiple complaints through mail but no one is replying every time they are saying shipment is untraceable kindly wait for 48hrs 25days already crossed and it was having Christmas caps.
                Package value is around Rs.5000 need full refund.

                    This company is secretive about providing contact numbers for their customer service. Emails are either responded with a "we apologize for your frustration" or not responded to at all.
                    Delivery dates aren't met. Tracking system is bogus and deceptive false information is posted instead of factual. Packages lying at final destination for 4 days remain undelivered and every day the "estimated delivery" changes.

                      Inordinate delay in delivery the consignment. Repeated calls to staff go unattended. Haven't seen a worse courier - not sure why people choose Delhivery. Had a horrible experience - package was in delivery center for 10+ days - once in August and this is repeating in December now.

                        May I know what is the issue going on with you guys? Why one of our customer's courier packages is not getting delivered yet?

                        May we expect the delivery today? Highly unsatisfied with the service
                        There is no direct/indirect way to communicate with you guys.
                        It is getting delayed since last week.
                        This would really impact our customer feedback and this is really very bad.

                          My orders from home centre and Myntra have been returned as delivery agents from Delhivery do not contact the customers but when you track it it says consignee unavailable, called customer and all that but the point is the customer is never called. It's already taking too long for the order to reach our place but no intimation is given how s the customer supposed to know. The order is then returned by Delhivery

                              My tracking id is[protected] of delhivery. My package date to deliver to me is 24 December but I'm still not getting it. my package was arrived 24 of dec. In ahmedabad today is 27 of December still I'm not received my package yet.
