I have 3 orders coming in they have delayed them all. One was accidentally sent to hyderabad instead of bangalore.. And the ones that are in bangalore are stuck in hoskote for days now. That too the products were already in hoskote didn't have to be shipped from another state delhivery has almost taken a week to deliver products that are already in bangalore!! It's ridiculous.
This has happened before and another one was also " misrouted". This is very frustrating.

The Delhivery AWB[protected] was picked up from Madurai on 4th Jan 2022, but even after two weeks, the product was not delivered and delivery date is getting altered everyday in website. My package was actually reached Chennai by around 7th Jan 2022. nit still it is not delivered. there is no customer care number. Could you please help me with the issue.

I have returned my product some 10 days ago but now it does not reach to the seller, so I did not get my refund. Please make it fast .

I am an ecommerce vendor and sell products on social media. I use delhivery to ship my parcel. My one customer received a partially torn parcel and i want a claim of my loss i.e rupees 1650. The awb no. of parcel is-[protected] and the date of delivery was 11/01/22

I just checked the tracking page it is showing Order refused or canceled by the consignee and did not cancel it and not received any call from the delivery person.

Delivery executive updated the status as delivery attempted without calling the customer and mentioning unable to reach. next day also same story is happening. I have ordered medical items which is important and supposed to receive early but the delivery service executive/team is delaying it.

For name sake they called on 17th evening and said they will be coming for delivery and they updated the status that I am not available ( I have the proof of call records) and false information updated in delivery status.

Worst delivery service ever i experienced.

I had order 2 items online. For the first 5 days, the goods were in transit, but after that they delayed the delivery for about more than one week by giving frivolous and senseless alibis. Ultimately they have returned my package without my prior consent and this is not the first time I have experienced such pathetic, unprofessional and fraudulent behaviour from while crew.

Hi my name is Piyush Singh my two parcels is not delivered yet one is parcel from flipkart which yet to be picked up (Tracking ID :[protected]. It's estimated delivery date is 17 january but it is not shipped yet.
and my second parcel is stuck at indore... whenever i track that parcel (Tracking ID :[protected] it shows that "Package arrived at Delhivery facility, Indore" and its estimated delivery is getting automatic increasing.
Please Deliver my both the parcels as soon as possible.

I had ordered from a small start-up, and they had sent my package via Delhivery. It shows the package delivered on the site, on my mobile phone, but in reality, neither my house members nor anyone near has seen a delivery executive dropping something off. No delivery executive contacted me, the proof of delivery sent to me is bogus, no "devensh" in my house or in my locality, and it contains false delivery coordinates. This is either some kind of big scam they are running or they are just incompetent with below-par supply chain executives. My package details are as follows AWB: [protected] and order ID:[protected]. If this is not resolved in the next few days, I am going to consumer court. PERIOD.

Respected sir I was sent a registered courier parcel named DSC through tracking number _[protected] order I'd [protected] to my mentioned address___ rajkumar son of sri harising vpo barwali tehsil Nohar district hanumangarh Rajasthan pin 335504 mobile number_ [protected] but it was not delivered to my address according to tracking it it was delivered at Ganpati plaza bhadra but it is not my proper or any way adress when I go there there is no office found so please have investigated it my DSC is essential for me and it is costing so much so humble request to deliver to me

I have not received my package yet, it has some invaluable gifts that i can't afford to lose. I got to know from the sender that it got lost in transit however it's not reflecting in my account. It's been 2 weeks since the package was delivered and i have still not recieved it. Everyday the estimated delivery date is changing, this is highly unprofessional.

This is so bad to inform that I had ordered more than 15 nos products from yaari app, & I received only 1 product & there is no update on other products & his delivery partner Wishmaster of delivery update delivered without products deliverynot yet delivered.i had ordered on Dec 2021. Neither they are available on calls, & not even getting reply from them on mail, just After that I sent 3/4 mails, but no reply. They don’t even have cash on delivery option. So money is already paid, & now no response. Such people should go to consumer court.

Neither there is a single contact number is working also not even they are replying over mails or Facebook. I requested them to self pickup on facebook, because if they cannot deliver i m ready to self pickup. but still they are silent.

But the payment was not received by delhivery's end. I had to pay cash to the Delhivery agent.
I also received msg from delhivery that payment is not received but it has been deducted from my side.
Delhivery is not picking the customer service calls.
Kindly look into the matter.

Two payment was deducted via GPay when delhivery sent me the payment link.
But the payment was not received by delhivery's end. I had to pay cash to the Delhivery agent.
I also received msg from delhivery that payment is not received but it has been deducted from my side.
But i have received two massage in delivery privet limited (Oops! Payment attempted through payment link for AWB [protected] failed. Any amount if debited from your account will get refunded within 4-7 business days - Delhivery)(Oops! Payment attempted through payment link for AWB [protected] failed. I ordered Google Qr code from delhivery courier service. But after some days, while tracking order, it is written that order was delivered but I can't received my order on my address. They prepared proof of delivery .but I can't received. No call, no msg .and after all order was cancelled.

I was home all day waiting for my parcel to get delivered but in the evening I got a ivr call that the delivery peoson could not deliver the order as the receiver was not at home, this is all seas of lies and this happen often by Delhivery delivery boys.
