Hi Consumer Complaint Team,

"Tracking number[protected]LR Number:[protected]"

It's been more than a week but, i have yet not received a callback on the late delivery regarding my consignment on "[protected]" yet.

I was promised that my consignment(with original date of delivery as 21st Dec) would be delivered by 25th Dec but it has been 27th Dec now & yet there has been no delivery of my parcel.

Kindly help me in this matter at earliest.

They are not delivered some of my product. And not picking up return. Courier boy behavior is bad he cut the call. They said yha aakar le jao. They can't come near my house.

I haven’t been contacted for the delivery and I myself have been previous numbers used by delivery men of Delhivery and now today’s update says that the delivery has been cancelled!!!
This is bloody atrocious!

There is a package of mine in the Hub which was in ETUKURU ROARD, GUNTUR, AP., So the package was in delivery location but was not updated any status. I was going out of state for 3 days, so i went to the Hub to collect the package and the Employee (VENIGALLA. KOTESWARARAO) regretted to give the package and was telling in a wrong method which i had enquired the correct process from another branch of your company. So if was telling that your employee Mr.V.Koteswararao has misbehaved with me by using unparliamentary words. And still I haven't received my package . Whenever I contact him he was telling "I haven't gone to the Hub. So I didn't give you package". And now he completely blocked my mobile number because of i was contacting him. I will take severe action on him if i haven't delivered my package tomorrow. And his mobile number ([protected]). Your company was giving free salary ro him without doing his work and sitting in home.

The package with AWB[protected] was picked up on[protected] however package is still not delivered as on[protected]

Delivery Executives Not coming up and delivering the products... They tell us to come down to road and collect it. Also they take away the courier back if we do not collect it from road side... They do not have proper customer care number where we can register complaints... The email support replies takes time and the complaints remains unresolved...

It’s been 3 days and I keep getting messages regarding order will be delivered today but I don’t get calls in the whole day. I am myself calling previous delivery men and trying to get hand on the number!! I mean is this my job?!
Can’t you take deliveries more seriously ??!!

I ordered my product from meesho on 19 December 2021 and now the till date I haven't received my order. When I track my order it shows out for delivery from the 25 December 2021 and now the same issue shows and no contact number shown at any site or any other platforms. I'm very disagree of your system. My tracking number is [protected].

My self seetharaman I have ordered the product through crewd AWB[protected] Yesterday delhivery courier boy name call mani [protected] contact no called my by 4'o clock and asked my address i have shared the exact location to him then he called by 5'o clock and I shared the location again by 6:30 again I shared the location after that I him him back by 8 he never responded my call then I got the call by 9:30 from mani number but his manager spoked me your shippment got delivered r not I told no and i explained the problem

In few minutes that mani called me and scolded me like any thing stated that he delivered the product to me I told if you have delivered the product tell me the identification of me and my home after that he realised I told his bag is hole and he left the product in hub itself
In meanwhile I told he I'll cut my head and he is rowady in collage days he know all police etc .
Then I complaint to his manager pursoth and explain all he did hear my words he is supported to this employee only
So pls take the action on him and delivery my product as soon as possible

Your courier boy in ludhiana named Mohit bhagat is misbehaving with me and not delivering my orders and ordered products and he is passing false information from his side that i am not accepting my orders and none of a single time he has called me up on my contact number nor he has contacted me and refusing my orders from himself only this is being going on from 6 months continously i am very disoppointed from your shipping company and my shippments which are very important for me and going back to the senders

There a return pickup has been initiated from client side but since it's three days. Delhivery person not contacted me. But the last two days status update as my not reachable.

Please tell where is my package. Your delhivery fraud with me . He took the package from the sender but not send the package.

My PUMA package with AWB[protected] was picked up by a Delhivery courier boy on 22 December 2021. On 23 another Delhivery courier boy called me to pick up the package and I told him that it was already picked. Now today I received a message from puma that my pickup failed. kindly help

On 23/12/2021 delhivery partner called me to confirm the delivery he told me that he delivered the product in my home as i was out of station but when i reached home there is no delivery and they are not picking up the call.kindly resolve the issue. kindly deliver my product.

We Had Sent Three Packed To Our Customer, Each Packet Had Six Items With Delivery Challan. Two Package Delivered Perfectly But Third One Delivered With 3items Missing.

Someone From Delhivery Stole Three Item And Repacked Packet And Delivered It.

Now Delhivery Is Saying The Will Mention Package As Lost And Give Us Claim As Per Agreement Which Is Around 2000 But Actual Value Of Loss Item Was More Than 30000.br...

I ordered electrical induction from my home.At first i got it 5 days late and when i got it, it was totally broken

I ordered a product online which was to be delivered by delhivety .but the product was not delivered when I checked the status it said it will be delivered by 22 December but it never showed status that the product is your for delivery and next day on 23rd December I received a text regarding return of product to the shipper
I even went to the office delhivery but it was nowhere to be found I could not find it on Google maps neither there was any address on the site
This happens first time with me, worst delivery service .

I have not received my shipment No delivery person called or came to my address and today around 2pm I got the message that order has been delivered kindly solve the issues. In my previous experience with your services Your delivery Persons didn't even ask for OTP then what is the reason of sending it our mobiles. if you provide local delhivery service contact details would be useful for further use otherwise it is very difficult contact...

Actually i ordered my debit card and it has been dispatched by a delhivery excecutive on 17th of december and it was to be reach to me on 18 of december but it get delayed by 1 day then other then other and today is 4th day an i didnt received my card yet.
