I had placed an order with H&M apparels, and Delhivery was assigned as a courrier partner with the tracking ID ending with 8310.
The tracking went as per timeline, but on the day of delivery (15/12/2021), the status was automatically updated as delivered. I have not received my products but the status everywhere showed as delivered. I waited for an entire day hoping there will be delivery sometime in the day. But there was none.
I contacted the customer support, but their help is of no aid. They claim to have a POD which they will share with me in 24-48 hours, they haven't yet. How will they, when I never recieved anything in the first place!
How can you deliver anywhere, when I still have the OTP with me? Why do you share OTP with the customer when you self-update and never deliver the products?

Complaint marked as Resolved Delhivery executives solved my issue within the day's time. They relocated my products, which was delivered at a wrong address. The address was incomplete on parcel which was partially even the H&M's fault for not printing the whole address.
The person contacted me and rechecked the address. Their respose was on time.
I am thankful we could solve this in less amount of time.

Updated by Misbah Mulla Thank you, I received my parcel today itself.
It was not entirely Delhivery's fault, but even H&M is partially responsible for this.
The customer address was not complete on the parcel, which might have confused the Delhivery personnel. To which they could have contacted the end customer for verification. But all's well that ends well.
I am thankful for the representatives who called me up and rectified the issue and even delivered my products on the same day.
