Delivery missing

My package is already 7 days late i asked on twitter and on mail but they are only saying ill get it son the package contains my new router my old one died and today was my first exam i somehow managed it but they aren't helping when i asked them to give me address of the place where my package is near my location so i can pick it up they just ignored it i am just frustrated my exams are stopping in between i got warning coz of bad internet...

    I have placed the order on shopee app and this is twice that my order shows delivered and I have not received any OTP or any call from delivery boy.
    Even like other apps provide delivery agent number they didn't provided that too.
    And on the top of it delhivery don't have any real customer support and their toll free number does not get connected easily if i get they don't have answer for it.

    No it is showing delivered but it is not delivered to me yet please check with the delivery boy as when we contacted the delhivery office in jevargi they said the tracking number is not showing anything in their system and my another product is also not yet received tracking ID is [protected]

        From past 2 days delhivery is not delivering my product and also it has delayed it by 2 days. It is still postponing the timings and i want them to delivery my product by tomorrow. Or else i am going legal on this matter.

          Yesterday at 8 pm i have received my one product delhivery customer service also contacted with me by email Actually product has been bought by delivery boy delivery boy wants to use my product and this is very bad thing about delhivery I request delhivery courier to take strict action against delivery boy of that my product and you should give attention to all your delivery boys i am very very disappointed with your service i will never buy or sell with your courier service

            This product is going to deliver today but at 6 pm i checked then it shows product is delivered but whole day i didn't got any call from delivery boy or no one came at my address to deliver product

            Product ordered from Amazon, courier service partner with Delhivery. Not even a single attempt was made for delivering the item hence status kept on updating "delay due to customer request", this a complete lie! I was never informed nor intimidated about delivery. This is the 2nd time it happened. Due to this very same reason i cancelled my previous order. And sadly this time courier partner is DELHIVERY again. A courier service does not want to deliver product, i need to know the reason for this! Here i provided photo proof of what kind of pathetic service provided by Delhivery courier

I’ve always had to go to their office which is a bit far from my place to receive my parcels. This is not the situation in other Delhivery locations in nearby towns.                   Hello!

                  We need to register a complaint regarding a return shipment. It's been more than a month ever since one of our products via the Meesho app (under username: [protected]@theindianspirit.com) was set to be delivered back to our warehouse in Vidyavihar, Mumbai.

                  The AWB no. of the courier shipment is [protected] was tracking it down from your official website. We got to know that the package is in transit and is already arrived at the Delhivery facility on the 15th Of October.

                  The expected estimated day of return is set to the next consecutive day each time the team tries to look out for the package status. And yet even after the package has arrived in Mumbai's Delhivery facility, it has exceeded the time span of more than 20 days.

                  This unprofessional behavior is not acceptable as we are kept hanging to the tread of hope that the package will be delivered in the next 24 hours but no one shows up. If the package is misplaced by your logistic team we would like your department to settle things down by paying us for the value of our product in the package.

                    The shipment was booked from Bangalore to Raniganj via Shyplite and carrier was Delhivery.
                    The shipment was booked on 6th and on 10th of December 2021, it showed received at Dankuni hub, and since then, there has been no update with estimated date being pushed everyday. There is no way to contact them over phone and their complaint form on the webpage is never answered, a customer is left helpless and Delhivery does not care about it. on 17th December, Shyplite website shows the status as shipment missing, and still the carrier does not even care to inform us.
                    How can a company run without a contact option.

                      I have order some products from mango.com on 26th nov .. who e-mail me the tracker no on 3rd of November i.e.[protected]. As per their delivery partner DELHIVERY.COM. it's been showing that order is yet to pick up front merchant. However I have called and e-mailed the merchant and they have confirmed, that they have send the courier from their side .Kindly check .. my order is stl showing as order pickup pending since last 11 days ... I've been more than 11 days I have not received any update from the company and now I don't know to whom to contact or complaint

                          Delhivery courier delayed | No Response | Bad very very Bad

                          I have sent a courier from the UK to Pune India via Delhivery one of the retailers from the UK. The name of the retailer is "Best Choice Cargo" He committed that it will get delivered within 14 days but it is still showing in transit. I was trying to find a support number on the website but this company do not have any support number to contact.

                          I booked my consignment on 22nd oct from debagram (west Bengal) to jodhpur it shows booked on 6th nov and till now it stuck in bilashpur . because of this i miss big order as it was a sample for order. also i face financial problem because of this almost 2 month and still no update Delhivery have no costumer care number where i can call when i tweet they reply we reply, we look but no update. now i need full compensation and my loss what i face because of that.
