The shipment was booked from Bangalore to Raniganj via Shyplite and carrier was Delhivery.
The shipment was booked on 6th and on 10th of December 2021, it showed received at Dankuni hub, and since then, there has been no update with estimated date being pushed everyday. There is no way to contact them over phone and their complaint form on the webpage is never answered, a customer is left helpless and Delhivery does not care about it. on 17th December, Shyplite website shows the status as shipment missing, and still the carrier does not even care to inform us.
How can a company run without a contact option.
