Dear Team,

Payment for the same order will be deducted twice. Please check and update.

For the first payment i have placed an order but after payment your site payment page is closed and the homepage of delhivery is open and no order is placed and also the amount of 128/- is deducted from my account. After 0ne hour I placed the order again and paid again and that time the order for shipment was placed. Here I attached the screenshot of both payments. Please check and refund me for my first payment.

An order scheduled for return on[protected] and some person called me from the delhivery and asked me for my availability. and I am waited for one day to return my order. no one came for the order and after that no one contacted me . If check on there website they shows that executive was unable to reach you. whom should i contact for this complaint. no complain portal or contact number of delhivery executives or offices provided. and also every where there is bad delivery experience for the customers. what is the purpose of these people . if you cant provide us the service pleas quit your job and stay at home.

dont make customers to beg for there needs.

I got call from one of this number and they jst asked availability and gone. no other response no picking up of phone after this. and no customer friendly.

The company has not updated the status of the parcel from yesterday and return of the parcel is urgent so I request them to kindly look into the matter and update and arrange return to the seller ASAP. Below are also attached screenshots that they are just postponing the dates to next day every day. I have ecommerce business and I use different shipping partners to ship across India. Whenever I ship via Delhivery I have major issue with pickup. The pickup executive calls and confirms that shipment is ready but never shows up. Later if you try to call him he doesnt pick his phone. Executive number is [protected]. My package is already 7 days late i asked on twitter and on mail but they are only saying ill get it son the package contains my new router my old one died and today was my first exam i somehow managed it but they aren't helping when i asked them to give me address of the place where my package is near my location so i can pick it up they just ignored it i am just frustrated my exams are stopping in between i got warning coz of bad internet...

I have placed the order on shopee app and this is twice that my order shows delivered and I have not received any OTP or any call from delivery boy.
Even like other apps provide delivery agent number they didn't provided that too.
And on the top of it delhivery don't have any real customer support and their toll free number does not get connected easily if i get they don't have answer for it.

From past 2 days delhivery is not delivering my product and also it has delayed it by 2 days. It is still postponing the timings and i want them to delivery my product by tomorrow. Or else i am going legal on this matter.

Product ordered from Amazon, courier service partner with Delhivery. Not even a single attempt was made for delivering the item hence status kept on updating "delay due to customer request", this a complete lie! I was never informed nor intimidated about delivery. This is the 2nd time it happened. Due to this very same reason i cancelled my previous order. And sadly this time courier partner is DELHIVERY again. A courier service does not want to deliver product, i need to know the reason for this! Here i provided photo proof of what kind of pathetic service provided by Delhivery courier

The Delhivery agents in my hometown never deliver at the given addresses or even to the closest location. I’ve always had to go to their office which is a bit far from my place to receive my parcels. This is not the situation in other Delhivery locations in nearby towns. Could you kindly see to it that the agents out here follow the actual promise of Delhivery to deliver at the doorstep, or the closest location, instead of having...

We need to register a complaint regarding a return shipment. It's been more than a month ever since one of our products via the Meesho app (under username: [protected]@theindianspirit.com) was set to be delivered back to our warehouse in Vidyavihar, Mumbai.

The AWB no. of the courier shipment is [protected] was tracking it down from your official website. We got to know that the package is in transit and is already arrived at the Delhivery facility on the 15th Of October.

The expected estimated day of return is set to the next consecutive day each time the team tries to look out for the package status. And yet even after the package has arrived in Mumbai's Delhivery facility, it has exceeded the time span of more than 20 days.

This unprofessional behavior is not acceptable as we are kept hanging to the tread of hope that the package will be delivered in the next 24 hours but no one shows up. If the package is misplaced by your logistic team we would like your department to settle things down by paying us for the value of our product in the package.
