The shipment was booked from Bangalore to Raniganj via Shyplite and carrier was Delhivery.
The shipment was booked on 6th and on 10th of December 2021, it showed received at Dankuni hub, and since then, there has been no update with estimated date being pushed everyday. There is no way to contact them over phone and their complaint form on the webpage is never answered, a customer is left helpless and Delhivery does not care about it. on 17th December, Shyplite website shows the status as shipment missing, and still the carrier does not even care to inform us.
How can a company run without a contact option.

    I have order some products from mango.com on 26th nov .. who e-mail me the tracker no on 3rd of November i.e.[protected]. As per their delivery partner DELHIVERY.COM. it's been showing that order is yet to pick up front merchant. However I have called and e-mailed the merchant and they have confirmed, that they have send the courier from their side .Kindly check .. my order is stl showing as order pickup pending since last 11 days ... I've been more than 11 days I have not received any update from the company and now I don't know to whom to contact or complaint

      My purchase from Amazon with Delhivery reference number[protected] is still not delivered and have received no updates on when will it get delivered

      Also there is no way on the Delhivery site an enquiry can be raised nor there is any contact number

      Order was to be delivered on 10th December

        Delhivery courier delayed | No Response | Bad very very Bad

        I have sent a courier from the UK to Pune India via Delhivery one of the retailers from the UK. The name of the retailer is "Best Choice Cargo" He committed that it will get delivered within 14 days but it is still showing in transit. I was trying to find a support number on the website but this company do not have any support number to contact.

        After looking for lots of complaints from customers, Now I have got fear that there...

        I booked my consignment on 22nd oct from debagram (west Bengal) to jodhpur it shows booked on 6th nov and till now it stuck in bilashpur . because of this i miss big order as it was a sample for order. also i face financial problem because of this almost 2 month and still no update Delhivery have no costumer care number where i can call when i tweet they reply we reply, we look but no update. now i need full compensation and my loss what i face because of that. My order got cancel because of delay in delver contracted goods. i attached some of the screenshot of tweet and consignment number please look into that and help me. tracking id is[protected]

          I’ve been trying to contact Delhivery customer service or onboarding team for sober a month now. I’ve written 4-5 emails to their support team but haven’t gotten a single revert. Seems like they don’t care about getting new clients on board.

            My order is not delivering. Agent is asking to reorder the product. Delivery person is not willing to deliver the product. He just directly returning to merchant without informing me/ without my permission. I tried delivery reattempt request. Still not willing to deliver. Just returning. Please do the needful.

              Product Damaged during shipment

              I sent a water purifier from noida to indore through delivery doorstep service, I also took delhivery protect plan. The purifier got delivered but both the box and water purifier was damaged. I am trying to reach them but i am not getting any info from their side. My registered contact number- [protected]

                I had placed an order with H&M apparels, and Delhivery was assigned as a courrier partner with the tracking ID ending with 8310.
                The tracking went as per timeline, but on the day of delivery (15/12/2021), the status was automatically updated as delivered. I have not received my products but the status everywhere showed as delivered. I waited for an entire day hoping there will be delivery sometime in the day. But there was none.
                I contacted the customer support, but their help is of no aid. They claim to have a POD which they will share with me in 24-48 hours, they haven't yet. How will they, when I never recieved anything in the first place!

                How can you deliver anywhere, when I still have the OTP with me? Why do you share OTP with the customer when you self-update and never deliver the products?

                Delhivery executives solved my issue within the day's time. They relocated my products, which was delivered at a wrong address. The address was incomplete on parcel which was partially even the H&M's fault for not printing the whole address. The person contacted me and rechecked the address. Their respose was on time. I am thankful we could solve this in less amount of time.

                Thank you, I received my parcel today itself.
                It was not entirely Delhivery's fault, but even H&M is partially responsible for this.
                The customer address was not complete on the parcel, which might have confused the Delhivery personnel. To which they could have contacted the end customer for verification. But all's well that ends well.
                I am thankful for the representatives who called me up and rectified the issue and even delivered my products on the same day.

                  I have placed an order in Myntra and it was delivered by Delhivery with the AWB[protected]. Mode of payment is COD and while attempting to pay thru phone pe, the transaction was successful and money got debited. Yet the delhivery person refused saying he didn't receive the payment. We paid again and took the parcel on the delivery guy promising to get the refund in 4-7 working days. It has been 15+ days and nobody is responding. Delhivery team lead- Nagaralu branch has spoken harshly questioning us why we had not maintained liquid cash in hand and instead chose phone pe. Visited office either but no one is responding.

                    No response and action on the complaint posted yesterday.. Why is the company sleeping and unduly delaying the scheduled pick ups causing discomfort to the customer.

                      My Tracking ID is[protected]. My luggage had been picked from Lucknow and already reaches Bangalore on 13th however delhivery team is nether responding to my calls nor confirming of the delivery.
                      Once I am trying to track, it says rescheduled and just a few minutes before someone called to inform that one of the parcel has been misplaced by them thus they are rescheduling it.
                      Kindly address this on immediate basis as I am really not sure if product is in safe hands or not

                        From Assam, Guwahati. I have ordered a product from Meeso on 28.11.2021 .it was a prepaid parcel. it was assigned to delivery courier with AWB No.[protected]. My address was my official address. the product was out for delivery on 05.12.2021 i.e Sunday. As office was closed on sunday the delivery executive partner Name- Wahid who was assigned the delivery called me . I told him that office is closed today you can delivered it tom me tomorrow. he told me that i will show the product delivered and hand it over to you tomorrow. I gave him the OTP, he showed the product delivered. but till today i.e. 15.12.2021(Wednesday) he did not hand over the product to me. I called him many times .Every time he shows many excuses such as the parcel is kept in office, it is kept in godown, could not find it etc.

                        Kindly help me out.

                            My Seller had placed the parcel on 6 dec 21 (AWB:[protected] and from that day the tracking site is showing the status as "Pick up not Done".
                            Where we called the courier service they are excusing with same reply always that it will be resolved soon and site will be updated.
                            Today when we took followup for same on call and from office the parcel is not yet dispatched or scanned for process.
                            Also the behviour of the person was so bad to explain that you don't know how much problems are we facing while working. So please don't tell us us how to work and deliver the service.
                            Is this something happening all over the Delhivery Courier Services, or there is some loop in Jodhpur office, that they are always giving excuses.

                              I am a resident of HIG Dx. 187, Katara Hills, Bagmugalia Extension Bhopal-462043.

                              On 8 December, 2021 at 12:41 pm a Delhivery delivery executive named Siddharth came to my house and gave me a QR code to pay for a COD order. Since I have multiple deliveries delivered via Delhivery for Amazon I paid to Delhivery via UPI an amount of Rs. 1946.50 after which he handed me the package for one Snigdha Shrivastava, a resident of MIG 187, Baghmugalia Ext.

                              I promptly returned the package to him and informed him about his mistake. He immediately called his superior and informed me that the deducted amount shall be refunded in 48 hours and took the package from me.

                              Since then I have been continually pursuing him via whatsapp and calls but to no avail. I have also tried complaining to Delhivery but haven't been able to connect to their toll free number nor do they have a complaint mechanism for this issue on their website.

                              It has been 6 days and my amount hasn't been refunded. I humbly request you to refund the amount incorrectly charged by you due to the mistake of your delivery executive and oblige or else I shall be forced to seek redressal from the judicial system.

                              Was called and emailed by Delhivery Support and then their branch manager the same day as filing the complaint. Shared the screenshots and the events with them. The same delivery guy reached out to me a day after and asked me to write an application that the complaint has been resolved. He took a photo of my ID with the application and transferred the amount wrongly charged via UPI into my bank account.

                                I have booked for Pickup service which was supposed to happen on 10th December but till now the package has not yet been picked up and the status shows as shipper unavailable. Everytime it shows the delivery guy is out for pick up but never received a call from their side, and in the evening the status is always updated as Shipper unavailable.
