I am a resident of HIG Dx. 187, Katara Hills, Bagmugalia Extension Bhopal-462043.

On 8 December, 2021 at 12:41 pm a Delhivery delivery executive named Siddharth came to my house and gave me a QR code to pay for a COD order. Since I have multiple deliveries delivered via Delhivery for Amazon I paid to Delhivery via UPI an amount of Rs. 1946.50 after which he handed me the package for one Snigdha Shrivastava, a resident of MIG 187, Baghmugalia Ext.

I promptly returned the package to him and informed him about his mistake. He immediately called his superior and informed me that the deducted amount shall be refunded in 48 hours and took the package from me.

Since then I have been continually pursuing him via whatsapp and calls but to no avail. I have also tried complaining to Delhivery but haven't been able to connect to their toll free number nor do they have a complaint mechanism for this issue on their website.

It has been 6 days and my amount hasn't been refunded. I humbly request you to refund the amount incorrectly charged by you due to the mistake of your delivery executive and oblige or else I shall be forced to seek redressal from the judicial system.

Was called and emailed by Delhivery Support and then their branch manager the same day as filing the complaint. Shared the screenshots and the events with them. The same delivery guy reached out to me a day after and asked me to write an application that the complaint has been resolved. He took a photo of my ID with the application and transferred the amount wrongly charged via UPI into my bank account.

    I have booked for Pickup service which was supposed to happen on 10th December but till now the package has not yet been picked up and the status shows as shipper unavailable. Everytime it shows the delivery guy is out for pick up but never received a call from their side, and in the evening the status is always updated as Shipper unavailable.

      On December 13th, i was supposed to get my package received by Delhivery, which was internationally coordinated by ARAMEX. I was sent a 4 digit pin to be told to delivery agent when i was handed over my package.
      however at 3:48 pm when i checked for update - the system showed that my package had already been delivered. I checked with my residential complex by i did not receive the product. IF i didnt provide the agent with pin and i didn't undersign it then how can it be delivered?
      I immediately raised the issue with Delhivery, and also with aramex.

        I just want to say that I didn't ordered anything from DELHIVERY and recieved a parcel today and payment method was cash on delivery. I want to return this product and want my 1200 rs back as soon as possible. The product is a used one and damaged.

                  My hone address and landmark is available in product but the delivery guy and the Manager never agreed to come and drop the product, I always been told to come and collect the product from main road even though all other courier services will come and do home delivery.
                  The manager behavior is pathetic and unprofessional if you agreed to come to the point then only they Will Bring Your parcel of else it will get returned.
                  Delhiver guy should also understand that there job is to deliver product not cancelling the product.

                      I received a damaged package. 2 items out of three were missing. The delivery agent told me that it was damaged earlier . I canceled the order on spot. The refund was initiated only for 1 item since only one item was returned back. 2 items went missing at delhivery office. It's disappointing and upsetting. I want my refund for the 2 missing items. DELHIVERY should take responsibility.

                                I have raised retuen request in meesho on 27th november and same assigned to delhivery and delhivery didn't attempt my pick-up till yesterday. When I called delivery boy, he didn't agree to pick-up, same I have I requested in twitter then pick-up request was cancelled and again i have reinitiated return request from meesho, same again assigned to delhivery team #[protected].

                                I got below message today as delivery boy is out for pick-up.

                                your neha enterprises package with AWB [protected] will be picked today by agent [protected] - Delhivery

                                When I called him, again he refused the pick-up and behaved unprofessionally.

                                request been with delhivery since 27th november. How long they need to pick up. Really Worest service from delhivery

                                  Delhivery was supposed to delivery my shipment vide AWB[protected] on 6th December in Shillong. Since the parcel reached shillong, their lazy delivery executives have not delivered at all. I have been emailing them multiple times daily begging to deliver it, but they kept lying saying it will happen in 24 hours. It has been 72 hours and still not delivered. Now they are not even replying to email. They dont have any consumer helpline number either. They are not assisting me in anyway, and it is affecting my personal and business. SCAM organization who are not taking ownership.

                                    I had purchased a shoes from Zara and I chose to return the product on 28th November. Even after selecting return option, their delivery boy didn’t pick up the product for 3 days and after calling their executive the product was picked. Now it’s more than a week and the product haven’t reached the retailer. I bought the shoes on 16th and Zara has a 1 month return policy. If the product didn’t reach the seller before 16th I won’t get any refund. What kind of parcel service are you providing. It’s the worst one I’ve even come across. I would really appreciate if you do what’s necessary.
