I don't like my order

I ordered a Dolce & Gabbana Perfume worth INR 3189 from Myntra, the shipment was received at destination hub on 04/12/2021 and was OFD on the same day and my number would have been switched off hence they were unable to deliver, again on 06/12/2021 it was OFD but they didn't contact me with the parcel and it was marked 'Customer Refused' and was about to return hence I went to the office myself and collected on 7th December. When I opened the parcel, much to my surprise, My D&G perfume were replaced by a 200 rs worth of Fogg deodorant, I have my suspicions that One of the Delivery boy out of the two who had the OFD assigned on 4th and 6th have replaced it as I spoke to lot of people who had faced similar incidents in the near past.
Please check and I need a resolution as the items are non-returnable and I am losing out on my INR 3189.

I can't see any updates on the courier since last 5 days.
Also same replies I m getting from support team but no one is taking action.

I made a payment of 1748 via a link sent by the delivery staff, the payment was debited but the delivery person said he could not see it, so I sent it via google pay to him
So basically I paid twice for the same order.

I put a request to send a parcel on 2nd December 2021 and i payed the whole amount at that time. My TRACKING ID[protected].. I got a call in afternoon. The courier boy whose name is Mr. Shubhash Singh, told me that you request for send a parcel. I said yes i put and come to my location(mentioned in your site) then he told me very rudely that i"ll not come to your location and you have to come my(courier boy) location nd that was nearby 2 km far from my location... I ask him again for pickup but he told me that " Bhejna h to bhej nhi to rehne de".
and cut the call... After that i feel very bad about his behavior but i call him again for pickup.. He was busy that time... I called him again for 3-4 times... After 4-5 calls he pick my call and said " Meri manager se baat ho gyi h" then i requested him for manager no. And he told me that he will send me manager no. But he didn't give me manager no. yet... After that in the evening i got a call from his office and somebody told me that you didn't give parcel to our courier boy... I told the whole story to him and he said me that " Sir esa kijiye sham ko aapke yahan bus aati h to unke paas bhijwa dijiye or hm yahan le lenge" and i was like what is this, ye kya tareeka h kaam krne ka or agr bus me hi bhejna hota to m Himachal se Delhi aa rhi kisi bhi bus me bhijwa deta... But i forget the whole things and i said that please pick my parcel tomorrow.. He said ok..
2nd day, he(Shubhash Singh)call me nearby 3-4 PM and said i m on the way for pick your parcel and bring the parcel to the road and i said ok... Then i call my mom and told her that bring the parcel to road... She pick the parcel and went to the road... The courier boy came to my mother and told her very rudely that " Hum koi ghode hai jo itna bda parcel le kr chle ho " and my mother feel very bad that time but she didn't react for his very bad behavior.
After that in the evening i got a call from his(Shubhash Singh) office and somebody told me that your parcel is very heavy and what is inside etc etc... I told him that i already mentioned in your website that i put clothes in the parcel and if the weight is extra then tell me how to pay... I am ready to pay the whole amount and the person told me that " I will give u Google pay no. and you have to send 100 rupees in this no. " i was shocked that they are asking for a money not on comapny account but in their personal account. I asked him that i will pay the whole amount of extra weight but only in DELHIVERY official website not in any account then he said we are compromising with your extra weight etc etc etc and you have to pay on google pay no. After that i told him i also work with many companies who have public dealing but i never seen this type of behavior or unprofessional like you then he said ok don't send any money we will send your parcel...

This was my experience with DELHIVERY. And not only my experience, i seen lot of times that every company's courier boy are miss behaving with many people..

I hope you will look into this and take action on it as soon as possible..
Specially in courier Boy(Shubhash Singh).

Parcel number[protected] is in jodhpur city since 1st December but is not delivered yet. And the website is also useless to make any kind of complaint.
Every day it's tracking shows New date.Disgusting courier service by delhivery.

They sent me delovery code daily but do not deliver my package to me..they returm that package to supplier...idk any how deliver my package by today plzzz

My shipment AWB NO.[protected] has reached Srinagar on 27the November,
Till now it shows me not delivered. But called many times to courier partner, they said this shipment is lost. Please solve this issue as soon as possible.

Tracking ID is[protected] and it was supposedly "Out for Delivery" on Saturday. I waited all day but no one called me.

In the evening it said "delivery person could not reach you" though I was available and had no one even attempting to call me.

Now the package has left Bangalore - the hub nearest to me and has reached back to Hoskote.

When can I expect the delivery? There is no phone number of delivery person so how to coordinate?

The status is showing delivered but I haven't received the product yet. And I haven't got any delivery related message

My mother received the parcel that costs 1369 and she gave him 2000 but the agent gave her back the around 100 rupees, as my mother didn't know the right amount of the parcel and the courier guy misguides her. Please solve the problem and give me the right amount back, otherwise we need to do the legal steps onwards as it's not acceptable!

AWB [protected]. The website says that the courier is out for delivery but no one calls or shows up. It says unexpected scan. The courier is very important to me and no one is helping. It has been 10 days since. I am willing to go and pick up the courier myself but no one is giving me that information either. Its sad how they treat their customers

Package not delivered since last 4 days status showing as delivery failed. Tried to contact the delivery person, but he is not picking up the call, rejecting my call.
everyday it shows that parcel is out for delivery but at the evening it shows delivery failed.
kindly get my parcel delivered at registered location or return it to me.

Hello, I shipped a parcel with awb number[protected] to Delhi, from lucknow on 29th. The parcel had to reach Delhi for a wedding. It is stuck at bilaspur hub since 2 days. I am so hopeless since it was for a wedding and wedding is on 4th

I have been facing this issue for so long now, that I don't know how to deal with it any more. I have been ordering a lot from different brands and there is one of your delivery agent who is harassing me a lot, to a level where I don't know what to do anymore. There has been times wherein I have gone to the hub and picked up y own orders. I don't understand this behavior. I have called him multiple times, he is not picking up and when by any chance he picks up the call he is harassing me by saying I don't have time for this you go to the hub and pick it up yourself and what not, You will be having all those call recordings as well, kindly check them all. He is having I don't know what issues with me but he has been cancelling all my orders, he never delivers them. And by any chance if I have registered a return he is never showing up. I have a return that needs to be picked of H&M and he is just not coming. Its been 2 weeks that he has been harassing me with this return. I am the one who is calling him back and forth and he is not picking up.

You are requested to arrange a call back for me so that I can talk to a supervisor and get this thing sorted. Twice I have gone to the hub now and wasted my money and my time because of his behavior. He is just not ready to listen. The hub people are not helping at all. PLEASE HELP ME WITH THIS.

The material reached on 2nd nov 2021, but never despatched. left for delivery on 3rd nov 21 but did not deliver. Today its 4th nov 21, i am not sure whether they will deliver or not. MOST UNFORTUNATE IS Delhivery do not have any customer careless department no. I MEAN NO PHONE NO. Why Indian government do not have any guideline for all these courier companies.

Delivery boy cancelled my Pick-up Order without contacting me and wrote that order was cancelled by customer end he never contacted me he didnt even tried he just generated cancellation OTP the cancelled order without OTP this is pathetic behavior i tried contacting Delhivery consumer care but they are also not helping i want action on that delhvery boy for his rude behavior

My package has to be delivered by 3rd dec 2021 but the package shows it has been delivered on 2nd dec but i didn’t receive any package from Delhivery.

A product not delivered since past 7 days it shows it reached the destination but still not yet delivered and shows the same info daily when I track.
