Hello Prachi Ranawat this side i booked an shipment on date 20 october, 2021 for malaysia and i got to know after a week that its been lost by logistic company.
I contacted the person who booked the shipment from udaipur Rajasthan and he is been saying that he has got no response fron higher authority for refund
I am requesting u to please refund Rs5000 against loss or otherwise i have to file a complaint in consumer court

    Delivery person didn't call me. No one has delivered my order still it is showing as delivered. Very disappointed with this service. It was a prepaid order.

      My Awb is[protected], pathetic and liar courier service is sending msg everyday that "courier couldn't be delivered as I was not available" I want to sue them for this lie and unprofessional remarks they put. One of the most pathetic courier service. No customer care no to contact. No one to respond, biggest fraud.

            Latest update -

            Dear Sir/ Ma'am,

            Apologies for the inconvenience. The shipment with AWB No has been re-routed from Gurgaon, Haryana, and will be connected to the destination center Gurgaon TauruGW, Haryana soon. Please verify your correct shipping address along with Pincode so that we can cross-verify it at our end. Meanwhile, we will try to expedite the delivery process at the earliest.

            How was my item re routed when it was supposed to be delivered today.

            Also how did without my permission the delay occur as per their statement.

            Delay due to customer request??? something is fishy with this company

              This is a civil offense. I have not permitted them to delay my order instead they have delayed by lying.

              I am adding picture as an evidence.

              Delhivery team stop being cheat.

              Your delivery agents try to steal items possibly by doing this.

              In the past same has happened to me with a fan that was supposed to be delivered... not sure what your team is doing.

              If this item goes missing or lost, i will definitely file a legal case against your company.

                They showed that I requested for a delay in delivery when I did not.

                Their delivery agents have been doing this multiple times.

                Want to go to police and file a complain or maybe file a civil lawsuit against this company for their fraud activities.

                      Hi, My name is Shalini. My tracking ID's are
                      [protected],[protected] and products are reached Chennai on 27 and 29th November. But still it is in Transit stage and not ready for out for delivery state. Everyday estimated delivery date is changing and not delivering the products on time. Requesting you to deliver the orders by today or tomorrow as this is very urgent order. Please help me to deliver the product as early as possible. Can you also the area of the courier service which has my order's.

                                      The guy who came to pick up the return product behaved pathetic and rude to fullest. He angrily tore the package and also the tags. When I said that it's your fault now u have to take it he stormed at me by saying that he won't take it at any cost and neither will I be ever able to return it. He furiously went.
