To,
The Concerned Officer / Customer Support Team,
I, M Sarmah, resident ofJorhat, Assam, wish to report a fraud done to me through a cash-on-delivery parcel.
On 8 October 2026, a Delhivery delivery person delivered a parcel addressed to me, with cash on delivery. I order many products online, so I believed it was one of my orders. I paid ₹584 by UPI (Google Pay) to Delhivery’s payment ID. When I opened the parcel, it had only a very small baby toy, worth far less than the amount I paid. I did not order this item. Someone booked it to my address on purpose to cheat me into paying.
Payment details:
Amount: ₹584
Date and time: 8 October 2026, 5:37 pm
Paid from: through Google Pay
Paid to: Delhivery (…[protected]@ybl on PhonePe)
Parcel details (from the shipping label):
Courier: Delhivery
AWB / tracking number: [protected]
Order number: [copy the full order number from the label, starting [protected]…]
Sender / return address: darvika TEX, Shop No-401, C/F, Opp. Alpine, Green Velley, Karuneshhomes, Valak, Velley
Product: SKU “product850”, Free Size, Qty 1, Multicolor
My requests:
Stop the cash-on-delivery money (₹584) from being paid to the seller, and refund it to me.
Find the seller using the AWB and order details above and take action against them.
Block this seller so they cannot cheat other people the same way.
I have kept the parcel, the packaging and the shipping label. I am attaching photos of these and a screenshot of the payment.
Please take urgent action.
Thanking you,
M Sarmah
