Delhivery — Delay on delivery

The consignment was sent on October 28 and its not yet delivered. It reached my nearest hub on November 3rd and no further movement. Everyday they extent the estimated date of delivery one by one. No proper updates, it is showing that " destination is unable to receive ". Recently i had a consignment from flipkart and i got it in 3 days and no delay, why delhivery is taking this time, its been 16 days. Please do something.

See they confidently change estimated date of delivery and never delivered. I think they will say 'item missing " after several days of delivery 😢. Please provide me the contact details of Delhivery Aluva-peedika-(H) kerala
