[Resolved]  Delhivery — Package intentional delay - regarding

My package was picked on 15th. Today it's been 11 days but the delhivery staffs yet to deliver my package at the updated address "Zolo Ostro" Bangalore. This company is maintaining a delivery app, in which, the delivery date of my package is modified to the next day on a daily basis. And there is no actual update on this or any support from Delhivery customer care.

My package actual worth 4000, Delivery charge 871, to bubble wrap my package the pickup person asked 300 and same was paid to his personal account.
As of today, there is no "Actual status" or "True update" on my package.

Kindly help me on this.

I choose to collect myself option and they gave me the number for the point of contact after that only it got resolved!
Delhivery customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
