Delhivery generally don't pick up parcels and they update regularly shipment is not ready. This happens 2-3 times in a week. The shipments are being scheduled through delhivery and after packaging shipments are being cancelled by delhivery every times. The packaging cost is gone. The shipment is getting cancelled by customers. All in all, it's been a huge loss most of the time. Please note, delhivery is only exception, their customer care is not reachable. I doubt even exist. No reply on complain tickets, email as well. Delivery management don't even respond for not a single emails, no acknowledge at all. There are many instances, sharing recent instance where so many shipments have been cancelled mentioning shipment is not ready. Now I have to reschedule and also there are few might be cancelled by the customers due to delay in the shipment. Was this information helpful? | |
