Delhivery — Delivery agents extorting money

I have ordered various products from Furlover website for my pets.
The delivery agency was Delhivery for the same.

The AWB number is - [protected]
The LR number is[protected]

The delivery agent primarily was very rude and said that we need to pay him 500 Rs in order to get the delivery. The shipment was prepaid and complete payment was done to the Furlover website.
It is kindly requested to address the issue as delivery individual was arrogant and harassed the helper present at my home to call me and ask for money refusing to use his own number.
