Delhivery — Exception in shipment

My order - omoojee guardian bell

I ordered it and prepaid on 5th march and it was already out and now its showing exception While The amazon says dispatched and delhivery says the order is canceled and not picked. Please provide me updates on it. I ordered this for my biker bsf.
