Delhivery — Fraud Parcel Received from Delhivery with no mention of seller information

Hi Sir,

This is to bring to you kind attention that, I received a fraud parcel, from delhivery courier service on 11th October 2021

The delivery address and name was given as mine.
The parcel was with cash on delivery so I made the payment of Rs 945 using Google Pay.

I have no information about the sellers address or contact details.

Please guide what needs to be done at this stage to claim my money back.
Kindly extend your support in this regard to help us get our money back by reaching out to the seller so that this fraud is not done in near future with anyone else.

We have also informed this case with the Delhivery Office near me at Vasant Nagri, Nalasopara East, Maharashtra. I have also reported in google pay about my transaction of Rs 945 which I paid through upi transaction to Delhivery.

Today I have received a message again from delhivery regarding some random package (which I suppose is another fraud package with COD).

This is the second fraud order that I will be receiving now from Delhivery . If this keeps on happening and someone from my family pays for the order like we did today, we need this to be stopped as soon as possible.
There is no address of seller given in the parcel.
Someone is sending package to my address with cod without mentioning any details of sender. I have attached the details of fraud orders which I have never made (I cant trace the sender information in any way).

We expect a positive response from your end to resolve this issue as soon as possible. I have requested a refund for the fraud transaction that I made of Rs.945 to delhivery.
