The subject shipment was picked up from Pune on 26th May 2026; however, it has still not been connected to the destination network as of today.
I have been continuously following up with the concerned pickup team and was informed that the delay is due to congestion at the Pune branch. The pickup team attempted to contact the Pune branch multiple times, but their calls were either disconnected or they were provided with incorrect updates. I also tried contacting the branch on [protected], but my calls were disconnected twice.
The Customer Service team of Margus Shipping shared the contact details of the concerned personnel. However, only Mr. Prashant and Mr. Sachin responded to their calls, and they repeatedly assured that the shipment would be connected on 27th or 28th May, which did not happen.
On 29th May, I was informed that the shipment boxes were not traceable at the Pune branch and that no one had clarity regarding their whereabouts. Later in the evening, one box was located, but the second box is still missing and remains untraceable.
This situation is extremely concerning and has caused significant inconvenience. I request your immediate intervention to trace the missing box, provide the current status of the shipment, and ensure that the pending shipment is connected and delivered at the earliest.
