Delhivery — No movement of sent parcel from 6 days

Hey the awb [protected] was scheduled on 10 october evening and was delayed again and again and picked up after many tries and again after this the package has not been moved from the origin location and has been stuck in Gurgaon tarau headquarters from 3 whole days
No movement of parcel has been done in 3 days and its been getting delayed again and again, even the finance hold issue was cleared by seller but still no movement was done from 2 days,
It showed vehicle delayed controllable but no movement at all as it is still in tauru gurgaon from the start, kindly start the movement and ship it to customer as soon as possible
Kindly update me on this otherwise i will have to go to consumer court and national consumer helpline
