[Resolved] Delhivery — no updates in shipping/tracking status on website/delay in delivery

My name is abhishek kumar, and i had ordered a book 'the stand by stephen king mass market paperback', worth rs. 941, on amazon on thursday, 24th august 2020. The book was purchased from seller bookswagon. It was shipped using delhivery on saturday, 26th august 2020 with tracking id/awb no.[protected].
As per delhivery website, the package is estimated to be delivered by thursday, 1st october. However, the tracking status shows it is currently at bilaspur-hr (I. E. It has not been shipped to my location). Please ensure that my package is shipped right now, or if its has already been shipped from bilaspur-hr to my delivery address, please update the tracking status on your website. Please ensure that the package is delivered to me on 1st october, 2020. Also, please provide me a fixed date by which i will receive my order.
For your reference, i am attaching screenshots of the order & tracking details from amazon and delhivery websites.

I was order a parcel since 14th of October it has been reach on 22nd to destination Hub but local agents are not attempting for delivery to my address now it's almost 5days ago since parcel was reach to destination and they don't attempt for delivery till now.

My package is supposed to reach today but either the tracking status is not updated or the product has not left from jaipur to bharatpur. The promised date of delivery is today and I need to recieve my parcel as my family won't be available later and we need to take the product with us.

Delhivery — no updates in shipping/tracking status on website/delay in delivery
I had ordered a EXERCISE BIKE FROM AMAZON on 25th august and the delivery agent is DELHIVERY WITH TRACKING ID[protected] .
As per delhivery website, the package estimated delivery is daily changing and there is no revert from there web portal nor they are returning a calll as per call back request, However, the tracking status shows it is currently at bilaspur-hr (I. E. It has not been shipped to my location). Please ensure that my package is shipped right now, or if its has already been shipped from bilaspur-hr to my delivery address, please update the tracking status on your website.
