I am filing this complaint against Delhivery Courier Services for failing to deliver a package booked via their Express Delivery service, and for causing unnecessary mental stress, false promises, and repeated delays.

Current Shipment Status: Stuck in Thane hub since 16th July 2025, 12:24 PM
I paid ₹485 for Express Delivery, expecting timely service. However, despite multiple follow-ups, the package is still undelivered, and there has been no genuine update or explanation from the company.
Their customer care team has only sent repetitive, copy-paste responses since 18th July, claiming the issue is "escalated" and the shipment is "delayed due to unavoidable operational issues." No specific resolution or estimated delivery date has been provided.
Furthermore, their IVR system is ineffective, and there is no way to speak to a real customer support executive. I have also posted this issue on LinkedIn, tagging the official Delhivery page, but again received the same canned message.
This constitutes:
Service Deficiency (non-delivery despite express charges)
False Advertising (claiming fast delivery without intent or capability)
Mental Harassment (caused by uncertainty and lack of support)
Unfair Trade Practice
Resolution Sought:
Immediate delivery of the shipment within 24–48 hours.
Full refund of ₹485 for express shipping charges.
Written apology and accountability from Delhivery.
Compensation for harassment and time lost due to their negligence.
