However, the delivery date has been extended three times without any clear communication or justification from your side, and as of today, July 26, 2025, the parcel remains undelivered.

The lack of transparency and communication is highly disappointing and unacceptable, especially for a time-sensitive electronic item. Additionally, the tracking information on your website reflects three changes to the estimated delivery date, further adding to my frustration.
I have attached the necessary documents, including proof of shipment and relevant screenshots, to support my complaint. I urge you to take immediate action to locate and deliver my parcel at the earliest possible time. Additionally, I request a formal explanation for the delay and assurance that such issues will not recur.
