I have placed order for two T-shirts on PETER ENGLAND App on 06/03/22. (Order No.5848557). One T Shirt was dispatched through BLUEDART COURIER from Bangalore and delivered to me on 8/3/22.
The other T Shirt was despatched from Mumbai through this Delhivery courier. (AWB No.[protected]. As per tracking it reached Samshabad (Hyderabad) on 08/03/22.
Since then it is lying there. Status shows as "On hold, Destination unable to receive" since then. Till date even after 9 days it is not delivered to me. They don't have a contact number to talk. Raised query in website, but no response. Raised QUERY with Peter England also. They only send sms that 'it is delayed'. When the other courier delivered with in two days, why these people take such a long time??? They are not reachable as they don't provide contact number and also don't respond to queries raised.
